Amplasarea hotelului foarte buna, intr-o zona linistita, langa o scoala, aproape de bazar, centrul comercial, obiective turistice. Camera mare, curata. Personalul hotelului prietenos. Am utilizat serviciile acestui hotel de trei ori pana acum si voi reveni si in viitor.

Micul dejun modest dar nu a reprezentat o problema pentru noi .

The position of the hotel was very convenient for me as a tourist. Also the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The room was clean.

The rooms are quite small. If you wanna go to shopping, it will be hard to stack your items around the bed. Also, the restaurant could be cleaned more carefully, especially the trays. The breakfast was ok-ish.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good, the lady there cooking was also lovely. Location was fine, close to bus stations and other important places.

My biggest issue was the level of cleanliness. Even after requesting cleaning it was not too good. Especially bathroom - dust on ventilation, dirty shower, toilet looking like its about to broke down. So yeah, overall its a nice place but not clean at all which I hate :/

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Bili smo u hotelu s bebom i većim djetetom i trebalo nam je cca 20 minuta pješke do Hagija Sofije, Topkapi palače i Bazilike cisterne. Divno! Svi recepcioneri hotela su jako dragi i uslužni.

Hotel je smješten uz glasnu cestu, tako da prozori moraju biti zatvoreni kroz noć, a kako nam je soba bila na zadnjem katu i smještena tako da gleda na sunce od jutra, u sobi bi odmah bilo jako vruće (naš je odmor bio u ljetnom mjesecu), tako da smo spavali pod klimom. Soba je jako mala i neke stvari bi mogle biti čišće u njoj (soba nije očišćena ispod kreveta i ventilator u wc-u je bio jako prljav od nakupljene prašine). Također, neke se stvari u sobi treba popraviti (oštećenje od vlage na jednom mjestu na stropu, skinuta svjetiljka sa zida i na njenom mjestu ostavljeni kabeli koji vire). Doručak je svaki dan isti i nema puno izbora ali se možete najesti. Sve u svemu - ako vam je izgled hotela manje bitan i ako većinu vremena planirate provesti šetajući po Istanbulu, apsolutno se isplati odsjesti u Hira hotelu. ❤️

English: My stay at Hotel Hira was pleasant and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I got everything I needed. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it provides all the basic necessities a traveler would expect. One thing I would point out is that the room was quite small (although I had booked a single room). It was narrow and basically just enough for a good night's sleep. Some of the furniture and fixtures show minor signs of use, mostly visual imperfections, but everything was functional. The staircase and elevator are also quite narrow. The breakfast area in the basement is not very spacious either, with only a few tables. The breakfast itself was decent but rather modest. However, the very friendly and helpful staff made the breakfast experience much more enjoyable and worthwhile. If you are looking for a place where you can get a decent night's sleep, take a shower, and then spend most of your time outside exploring the city, this hotel is a great choice for the price. As for me, I would definitely stay at the same hotel again on my next visit. Deutsch: Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Hira war angenehm und komfortabel. Als Alleinreisender habe ich alles bekommen, was ich gebraucht habe. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und es bietet alle grundlegenden Dinge, die man als Reisender benötigt. Ein Punkt, den ich erwähnen möchte, ist, dass das Zimmer ziemlich klein war (obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte). Es war schmal und im Grunde ausreichend, um dort zu schlafen. Einige Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände zeigen leichte Gebrauchsspuren, hauptsächlich in Form kleiner optischer Mängel, aber alles war funktionstüchtig. Auch das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug sind recht schmal. Der Frühstücksbereich im Keller ist ebenfalls nicht besonders geräumig und verfügt nur über einige wenige Tische. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings eher einfach und überschaubar.

Lagan doručak. Nema nekog izbora. Standardno. I brzo nestane jer manje količine prave ili procjene na broj gostiju. Sve je u hotelu trošno. Klima je u sobi napola radila. Lijevi dio nije radio a desni jeste. Manje stropne sijalice trepte i pregorene pojedine. Kupatilo staro. Namještaj star. Jedino su dušeci na krevetima bili zadovoljavajući. Njih su vjerovatno mijenjali pa još uvijek nisu bili propali.

Lokacija je top jer je sve blizu odatle za obići. I imao sam parking jeftino može se reči. Mali je parking ispred ulaza u hotel za par auta ali ja sam imao sreću da bude mjesta. 5€ dan.

Breakfast was excellent,lady was making Turkish bread (ekmek) every morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent,close to tram and bus station. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

I am very grateful to the hosts for their kindness and for going out of their way to help me during my stay. The hotel is located just 5–6 minutes from Aksaray Metro Station and around 9 minutes from Marmaray, with the real history of Constantinople all around you. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the kindness and courtesy of the hosts. They even went out of their way to find ice for me in the middle of the night. They did not have any at the hotel, but they called and arranged for some to be delivered. I had fallen during a walk earlier that day, and thanks to the ice they found for me, the swelling and bruising would have been much worse. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, and there were plenty of fresh towels. If you don't enjoy the breakfast, there are dozens of places to eat just a few minutes' walk downhill, many of them open early in the morning. And just across the stairs opposite the hotel, there is a fantastic bakery. I will definitely stay at Hira Hotel again the next time I visit the city. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality!

The large bed takes up quite a lot of the limited space in the room. The room could accommodate two people, as long as they have modest expectations regarding space. I also found the stairs quite steep, which was not particularly convenient for me.

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et accueillant, et la chambre était propre.

Malheureusement, je mets une mauvaise note à cause du petit-déjeuner : le réfectoire se trouve au sous-sol, sans climatisation, avec une chaleur vraiment atroce. Il nous a été impossible de prendre le petit-déjeuner dans ces conditions. La douche était également très entartrée, avec beaucoup de calcaire. C’est dommage, car le personnel était très agréable et la chambre propre, mais ces points ont vraiment gâché notre séjour.

On a eu coupure de l'électricité de 09h30 à presque 17h. L'hôtel doit envisager une alternative en cas de coupure d'électricité. Quid pour ceux qui ont essayé de déjeuner après 09h30.

Ar trebui aduse imbunatatiri mobilierului ( in special in baie) .

Camera sub așteptări, pereții cojiti si cu găuri, ventilator baie cu depuneri masive de praf, si miros greu de respirat.

The accommodation was ok with comfortable beds, the room was quite big, the breakfast was ok and the cook was nice. (she made some delicious donuts) We had parking right in front of the hotel. The staff was ok, always willing to help us whenever we called them. I recommend this location because it is close to the bus, tram and even metro stations. I will definitely stay at this hotel again

If the bathroom was a little bigger it would have been even better, but it's fine as is.

El hotel es acogedor, las instalaciones son confortables. El personal es sumamente atento, estuvieren pendientes de nuestras necesidades y nos orientaron muy bien sobre como movernos en la ciudad. Incluso cuando hicimos el check out para ir al aeropuerto, el servicio de transfer se demoró unos minutos y ellos se comunicaron de inmediato para resolverlo. La ubicación nos resultó interesante porque no de fácil acceso, muy bien comunicada con distintos medios de transporte y cercana a los puntos de interés de la ciudad histórica, a los que se puede acceder caminando en pocos minutos.

Breakfast was great. I liked most the helpfulness and friendliness of the workers, especially the lady arranging for breakfast. The location was also great.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel has an elevator, which was helpful with luggage. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was easy.

The room was extremely small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom was not cleaned properly – there were dark hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Water kept leaking from the soap dispenser onto the floor, leaving it constantly wet. The room was also very noisy. You could clearly hear people closing doors, and someone upstairs was moving furniture during the night, making it difficult to sleep. I was informed that I would receive a takeaway breakfast because I was checking out at 5:00 a.m., but no breakfast was prepared or offered.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Yera Hotel. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant et disponible. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, ainsi qu’aux personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner et du ménage, qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur attention aux détails font vraiment la différence. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Номер чистый, для семьи из 4 человек самое то, была двуспальная кровать и 2 односпальные. Только за парковку авто взяли отдельную сумму в размере 5 евро

Patika naktsmītnes lokācija, pieejams kafijas automāts visu diennakti, ir kondicionieris, personāls ļoti atsaucīgs, numuriņā ir ledusskapis un wifi. Brokastis ļoti bagātīgas, ir arī siltais ( rauga pankūkas, frī kartupeļi, siera karstmaizes, cepti cīsiņi ar papriku vai frī kartupeļi plus vēl zviedru galda tipa izvēle.

Visas telpas ir mazas, ēdamzāle ļoti šaura, ja daudz viesu nav kur apgriezties un sēdēt.

Camera arată foarte rău. Nu are nicio legătură cu pozele prezentate pe Booking. Mobilierul in stare proastă, pereții scorojiti si cu găuri, podeaua mizerabila, mai ales sub paturi. Camera a fost intr-o stare generală proastă. Fotografiile de pe Booking nu sunt reale. De asemenea, împrejurimile hotelului erau frecventate de oameni vagabonzi, care dormeau pe peluza din fata hotelului. Gunoiul nu a fost luat din camera .L-am pus eu pe hol pentru a fi ridicat. Intr-un cuvant dezastru!

Opción ganadora en Estambul: muy cerca de Aksaray, una zona donde el caos del centro se relaja, pero cerca de una parada de tranvía que te deja en 5 minutos en Sultanahmed. Estándares de limpieza muy sobrados, desayuno más que correcto, personal muy agradable en todo momento, habitación amplia. Calidad precio es un sitio excepcional, no encontrarás lujos, pero tampoco los pagarás.

A szemben lévő dombon minden éjszaka hajléktalanok alszanak, nem biztonságos környék, a legfelső szinten voltunk elszállásolva és az egyik reggel egy hajléktalan beszökött a szobánkba az erkélyen keresztül, mindent zárni kell és figyelni. A reggeli nem volt változatos, minden nap ugyanaz.

Отдыхали семьей 3 человека в этом отеле несколько дней. Главный плюс — расположение: рядом много кафе и магазинов, остановки транспорта, метро недалеко очень удобно. Завтраки порадовали .Порции достаточные, чтобы зарядиться энергией до обеда. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — ребята на ресепшене очень приветливые, помогали во всем. Единственный нюанс: номер небольшой, но для нас это не критично, так как мы целый день в городе. При этом он очень чистый. В номере есть всё необходимое: удобные кровати,кондиционер, чайник, холодильник и даже тапочки. Соотношение цена/качество отличное. Вернулись бы сюда.

Местоположението е страхотно. Персонала е любезен, постоянно се интересуват дали имате нужда от нещо. Закуската е сравнително добра.

Small hotel, with several public transport options, supermarkets and coffee shops close by. The staff are very friendly, supportive and speak English. The breakfast has several fresh options, which are constantly restocked. The AC worked perfectly, and the sound isolation was good. The wifi worked well.

The bed had dents, which didn't provide a good night's sleep. The room was small for a double bed, and although it had a small table, for someone who needs a desk or similar, it is not suitable. The bathroom does not have a towel holder, which means it needs to be hung on the shower glass door. The breakfast room is tiny, and it was crowded in the two mornings I was there.

Близко к станции метро Aksaray, хорошая развязка, в пешей доступности трамвай Т1, магазины, такие как Show market, Migros. Недалеко идти к мечети Сулеймания, а также Eminonü. Понравилось отношение администрации, заселение прошло раньше, предложили завтрак сразу. Подача горячей воды в душе происходила сразу. Есть лифт в отели.

Местоположението на хотела е супер. Много близо до метро спирка и на около 20 минути ходене от Капалъ Чарши. Персоналът е супер любезен и отзивчив!
