La posizione, la struttura la piscina.

A mio avviso dovrebbe esserci più cura per l’ospite. E poi abbiamo notato che al mattino rifacevano il letto ma non pulivano camera e sopratutto il bagno.

Great location, generally clean and quiet. Good for families with amenities close by. The staff at times were really good and other times left a lot to be desired. Usually if an issue was raised they would attempt to sort it out quickly which i credit them for. They are generally happy to talk to you and advise where they can but like i say there was just some basic mistakes i thought were odd. Wifi was probably the best i have had in a hotel especially that size. Lovely terrace but see below Very nice rooms - good size, clean and good decor. Close to the Castle in Uchisar. Approximately 10 minutes from Goreme. Quick check in and check out. Ample local parking.

Even at 11pm the member of staff behind the counter did not offer to help us with our bags despite me carrying one sleeping child and having 6 bags. The room had no soap in the toilet on arrival. The AC did not work which i had to get someone to fix and to be fair they did attempt within a day (but the workman left a nail on floor). Even then it was mediocre. The fridge was barely working and had to set it to maximum to get a moderate amount of cooling on anything inside. The big shower head was broken and leaking but they did fix it very quickly and was not any issue after that. The pool staff area leaves a bit to be desired. It is understandable if the pool is quiet the staff go elsewhere to help but considering the main reception is 10-15 yards away that shouldn’t matter. On more than 1 occasion when i asked for pool towels the main reception staff would say to just wait for the pool staff to come back or go up to the terrace to find them ourselves. Very poor service from reception. When pool staff present the service was good Room service do not change your sheets daily despite my wife specifically asking reception if they did this on arrival and said they do. If we didnt ask the cleaning staff the sheets were not changed, just set. Terrace- shame there is no regular breakfast service up there despite this being advertised as such. I was not even allowed to bring my breakfast from the second floor to the terrace to eat. The staff said this is not allowed but people from outside the hotel could do this. I do not think this is a problem if there is genuine limited places on the terrace but when we were there the most i ever saw on the terrace eating breakfast was 1 table. Given the inside of the terrace seats about 80 people and another 20-30 outside i thought this position was really wrong particularly because it was advertised as having a roof top terrace breakfast. In reality its not for those actually staying at the hotel.

Vacsorázni szerettünk volna esténként az éttermükbe de az üres volt minden este .Utolsó nap korán indultunk haza (7.30) és kertünk hideg reggeli csomagot ,legalább a gyerekeknek mivel csak 8.30 tól van reggeli ,sajnos azt nem kaptuk meg !

Struttura di dimensioni contenute, estremamente accogliente e con colazione varia e curata. Staff disponibile e sempre presente. In prossimità dell’ingresso alla Valle dei Piccioni ed in posizione eccellente per visitare Uchisar.

Solo una persona dello Staff parlava e comprendeva l’inglese.

Nice new hotel a few minutes walk from Uchisar centre. All the staff were charming and helpful (especially the chaps on reception who sorted out a problem with our airport transfer on the last day). Rooms are just like the photos, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone, with the most delicious bread. The small pool area is great and feels luxurious.

The hotel is very new and they seem to still be working out some of their processes. For example our rooms were rarely cleaned before 3pm. Sometimes the room clean wasn’t thorough - on the first day our bathroom bin wasn’t emptied. I’m sure these things will improve as the staff gain experience.

La ubicación del establecimiento es perfecta, en una zona tranquila del pueblo de Uçhisiar, pero con vistas al Pigion Valley.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto, pero la piscina es algo ruidosa. Al desayuno le faltaban alimentos del gusto europeo.

Sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia quotidiana. In 4 giorni non sono mai state raccolte briciole di biscotti per terra. Inoltre un giorno abbiamo trovato i nostri vestiti (lasciati sul divano prima di uscire) buttati a terra.

Hotel curato e pulito. Comodissimi per visitare la Cappadocia. A 5 minuti a piedi dal castello di Uçhisar.

Het was een geweldige plek!! Prachtig uitzicht en een fijn, school mooi hotel. Echt een plek waar we heel graag terug willen komen. Een echte aanrader!! We love it!!!

Bel emplacement, beau cadre, hôtel neuf, chambres grandes et confortables! En basse saison (fin juin) on a payé peu cher la montgolfière avec l’hôtel, 70e par personne. Bon petit déjeuner

Musique forte en journée, impossible de se reposer ou lire tranquillement pour ceux qui cherchent du calme. Pour autant, pas de bière au frais ni de cocktails pour profiter de la musique non plus donc un peu spécial comme ambiance. Il existe des horaires pour la piscine mais elles n’étaient pas respectées non plus pendant notre séjour. On a signalé que le coffre était cassé mais personne n’est venu régler le problème. Personnel très peu anglophone

We just stayed for a few days in this beautiful hotel. It is well located, only walk away to the village centre, where you can find lots of restaurants and local shops. Taxis are just round the corner, and no problem with quickly getting to all attractions that this beautiful area can offer. They hotel staff is really helpful, especially Ahmet and Derya, who served our wonderful breakfast. All reception staff was really kind, and gave us lots of advice. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was delightful. Fantastic holiday. We hope to come back again. Thank you. Chris and family.

La piscine, le petit déjeuner, la terrasse, la chambre.

Le balcon, porte de douche cassée, l’accueil du réceptionniste déconcertant et très froid qui nous a pas du tout mis à l’aise. On avait envie de repartir. Ça nous a un peu gâché notre premier jour. On avait pas l’impression d’être bienvenue et d’avoir réservé.

Room needed a little more storage. We stayed for 8 days and there were no drawers, just a few hangers.

Werkelijk een vijf sterren ervaring. Een iets kleinschaliger hotel en dus precies wat we zochten. Alles wordt eraan gedaan om ons een top ervaring te bezorgen. Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers , heel proper en een lekker ontbijt. Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk en die altijd klaarstaan om te helpen waar nodig. Zeker extra aanbevelingen voor Ahmed die aan het ontbijt en aan het zwembad steeds voor ons klaarstond om ons een onbezorgde tijd te geven. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden voor iedereen die in Cappadocië op zoek is naar een gezellig hotel dichtbij alle activiteiten in de buurt en die gesteld zijn op een bepaalde rust.

Location is great.

The staff was not helpful. We asked for a sheet and they said they did not have any extra . The juice for breakfast stayed overnight in the dispenser not refrigerated. There was no bar, the pool was cold.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und hervorragendem Service. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Soggiornare presso questa struttura è stato un sogno! Le camere sono ampie, curate, e accessoriate di tutto. Ci sono tanti dettagli che rendono l'ambiente accogliente e ti fanno sentire coccolato. Anche gli spazi comuni sono molto belli , dal piano piscina alla sala colazione che merita una menzione tutta particolare per la varietà e la freschezza dei prodotti. La posizione é perfetta! A due passi dalla valle dei piccioni nel pittoresco paese di Uchisar (molto più caratteristico e tranquillo di Goreme). Certamente questo albergo lo consiglio con il cuore.

The hotel is within short walking distance of nice restaurants and Uchisar Castle. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. It offered a nice view of the balloons from a rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel war zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλή και ιδιαίτερα το δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι γιατί είχαμε και ωραία θέα (κοιλάδα περιστεριών και αερόστατα). Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαριζόταν καθημερινά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και παρόλο που φτάσαμε νωρίτερα μας παραχώρησαν το δωμάτιο.

Το πρωινό ήταν γευστικό αλλά δεν είχε ποικιλία και τη μία από τις μέρες διαμονής δεν είχε μπουφέ και η ποσότητα του πρωινού ήταν λίγη.

Very nice hotel well located in Uchisar. Easy parking on the street in front of hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful.

sehr gutes, gesundes Frühstück mit frischem Gemüse, verschiedenen Käsesorten, Antipasti und warmen traditionellen türkischen Gerichten, Tee, Kaffee und Kaltgetränken; sehr schöner Pool sowie Roof Top mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal; aufmerksames und freundliches Personal; wir waren 3 Personen (1 Erw., 2 Kinder) und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett gebucht - uns wurde ein größeres Zimmer mit einem dritten Bett ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt :-) dadurch hatten wir einen guten Schlaf und wirklich einen entspannten Aufenthalt; wir wären gern länger geblieben; Café und Restaurants in naher Umgebung; die Burg ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt

Kapılar ahşap ve çok boşlukları var. Dolasıyla yan oda kapıyı sertçe kapattığında yatağınızdan sıçrayabilirsiniz. Kapıların sesi bu kadar geçirmemesi için kesinlikle birşey yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odalar yanyana olduğundan özellikle yoğun zamanlarda sıkıntı yaratabilir.

Het was erg warm in de nacht, airco systeem stond nog niet aan omdat het te koud buiten was. Werd wel een ventilator aangeboden. Zwembad was nog niet gevuld.

Central location in Uchisar. Peaceful and overlooks pigeon valley which is really nice to just sit and watch the balloons fly over in the morning or watch the sunset.

The rooms were large, simple yet thoughtful decorations. We had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was lovely and delicious. Beautiful hike, Pigion Valley right across the street that was so convenient. Located in Ushitar, a very small town, about 5-10min from Gerome, much smaller and a lot quieter - not in the middle of the action. Great if you prefer quieter neighborhoods. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting us dinner reservations and a shuttle from the airport.

We went in early May and it was much cooler than we had anticipated so the pool wasn't open. The weather isn't the hotels fault but it was definitely something I had to adjust to as I was looking forward to the pool, also the breakfast was served inside, not out on the terrace as pics suggest. Maybe also due to the cooler weather.

The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Warm light gives it a cosy atmosphere. Bed and shower were great. Location perfect. A short walk to the shops and the restaurants and a good starting point to visit the area by car. Personel is very friendly and helpful. At the reception desk our host dit speak his english quite well. The breakfast is well catered.

Bel emplacement à environ 10 minutes à pied du château d’Uchisar, avec une très belle vue depuis notre chambre. La chambre était sympathique et agréable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel le soir était bon, même si les prix restent assez élevés

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le même tous les jours, avec peu de choix. Pour un établissement de ce standing, nous nous attendions à mieux. De plus, les photos mises en avant sur Booking semblent montrer surtout le petit déjeuner payant, ce qui peut être trompeur. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes, mais seulement un lit double était préparé à notre arrivée. Un lit supplémentaire a été ajouté à la dernière minute et les draps étaient humides. Le plus gros point négatif reste la piscine, qui était vide lors de notre séjour alors que cela n’était pas indiqué au moment de la réservation. Enfin, les photos de l’espace piscine paraissent également un peu trompeuses : l’endroit est moins attractif en réalité que sur les images.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was given an early check-in as I had requested. They arranged excursions for me. The weather wasn't suitable for a hot air balloon ride for majority of my stay. They went up on one day and I watched them from the scenic hotel rooftop. Breakfast every day was delicious. It's a relatively new boutique hotel with good facilities and amenities. I prefer quieter areas so I picked Uchisar over Goreme for the very reason, it didn't disappoint. Near enough to Goreme if you need the buzz. Nearby there are restaurants, ATM machines and small supermarkets.

Nothing major but the room could do with bedside lamps and bigger clothes rack or more hangers.

Alles war scheiße. Lage Frühstück es war so dreckig ich konnte nur brot mit verpacktem nutella essen und wasser auch verpackt wenn man das personal angesprochen hat wurden nur die augen verdreht in den pool sind wir gar nicht es hies es wird gereinigt die oberfläche hat schon alles gezeigt habe dann selber mit teststäbchen gemessen war ganz schlecht keiner durfte von uns aus ins wasser

Het is een heerlijke locatie. Fijne kamers, heerlijk zwembad, heel vriendelijk personeel zoals Ahmed, Gonul. Ook alle anderen waren altijd vriendelijk en vrolijk. Het ontbijt was erg compleet en erg gevarieerd. Dat werd met veel zorg bereid door de lieve Derya. Een aanrader!

My stay for 5 nights at this hotel was so lovely. I would like to mention a big thanks to the staff to name a few Achilla, Murat and Effe ( sorry for any spelling mistakes- and also sorry didn't get everyone else's names!) They were all so kind and helpful and so welcoming. Murat kindly gave me a lift to a local restaurant and also picked me up at the end of the evening which was very kind of him. The hotel is very clean and although a modern hotel they have kept the decor in line with the surroundings. The service, location, breakfast & dinner was great. They have a swimming pool and lovely rooftop terrace. There are great views of pigeon valley and Uchisar castle and you can even see the hot air balloons at sunrise from the rooftop terrace. Uchisar was a lovely peaceful location and not as busy as Goreme. But still has shops and restaurants nearby without all the busyness. Goreme is not far a 5 minute taxi ride or a short walk. The people are so warm and friendly you will love it here. I did a few tours and ofcourse the Hot air balloon ride which was breathtaking. You must do it! Thankyou for a lovely stay.😊

Mooie rustige locatie, ruime fijne kamers met een terrasje buiten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het zwembadje buiten was super na een zomerse dag de omgeving verkennen. Bovendien was het personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Vanaf het dak kan je de luchtballonnen ‘s morgens zien. Wij hadden een super vakantie!
