Alles top! Wunderschöner Ausblick (mitten im Wald), für unseren Hund auch einfach genial! Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit, es wurde selbstgemachtes Brot bereitgestellt, einfach alles sehr liebevoll! Toller Charme!

One of the nicest places I've stayed in so far. A forest retreat it certainly is and so peaceful and tranquil. Fabulous cabin with everything one needs, a real home from home. Thank you Paddy and Eithne and I hope to be back next year. xx

Uns hat die wunderbare, einzigartige Lage am Waldrand super gefallen. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Urlaubsfeeling pur. Das ist Irland!! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir sind mit leckerem Schwarzbrot und selbst gemachter Marmelade sowie Kaltgetränke empfangen worden. Uns fiel es sehr schwer wieder Abschied zu nehmen.

Les hôtes sont adorables. Le gîte est magnifiquement décoré, on s'y sent merveilleusement bien ❤️

Great place to stay for a relaxing retreat! This place is attached to the owners main house, but we had a separate entrance that felt completely private. When we arrived, we were greeted by Paddy who showed us around and how everything worked. He also gave us some fresh homemade bread that was delicious! This place is dog friendly and our little guy had a great time. Overall, a lovely place to stay and relax in the middle of a forest with incredible views from the large windows.

One of our favourite stays in Ireland. Perfect combination of peace, beauty, serenity and comfort. Everything you need but close to loads of things to do. We loved every minute. Perfect for a romantic getaway or small family retreat.

This was one of my favourite places I have stayed, it was so homely, clean, and peaceful. There are wonderful walking trails around the property and Paddy and Eithne were absolutely wonderful.

Fabulous location, peaceful and relaxing. Eithne had left some homemade brown bread for us too.

A unique property and Asian influence and architecture! Only slept two nights but could have spent a week or more there no problem! So cosy - beautiful view peering outside the “glass house” panes of the windows overseeing the bush! Loved the spiral stairs leading us up to the bedroom with a skylight that breathes in a melodic bird symphony in the early morning! Not to mention the gorgeous property owners Paddy & Eithne who were outstanding hosts!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the Sligo forest retreat. It was beautifully remote and so quiet/peaceful, just what we needed. Our dog had the best time exploring and we especially enjoyed our morning coffee with the hosts lovely dog - Winnie! The location is perfect, it has a stunning lake nearby for swimming. During our stay we visited Galway, Westport, Sligo town, Strandhill, Donegal, Leitrim all within 1.5 hours drive and it was wonderful to have a quiet place to come back to after a busy day. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and full of helpful recommendations. We hope to return!

Paddy & Eithne are lovely people and really accommodating. We arrived with a one year old baby & they provided us with a cot, highchair & a bath. The location was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was exactly what we wanted for a two night secluded rest stop on our tour of Ireland. Great to be deep in the forest and because it rained a lot we were very comfortable relaxing and using the sauna. We had issues with the hot water but Paddy was on hand with his toolkit! Highly recommend

It’s a nice open plan property that is very up to date and modern, being in a forest it is lovely to wake up to nature surrounding you. The owners are very good people even went to the effort of making us a nice wheaten bread which was very thoughtful. If you are an outdoorsy person this is a very high recommendation to stay here I cannot fault it one bit.

Sauna was lovely and the whole unit has a very cozy forest vibe with amazing large windows. Fresh loaf of artisanal Bread and jams left for us which were also delicious!
