Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel familial. C’était propre, la chambre était très confortable (bonne literie, nécessaire de toilette, kimono). Le personnel était aux petits soins, vraiment adorable et de très bon conseil. Il y a une petite salle en bas pour boire un thé, manger. Nous avons aussi apprécié le quartier, authentique et résidentiel qui permet de se reposer après l’agitation de la ville et d’être plus près des japonais. C’est toutefois très facile de se déplacer et il y a plein de bonnes adresses dans le quartier. Si nous revenons a Tokyo, c’est dans cet hôtel que nous logerons!

Tout ! La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, le confort. Le logement est bien situé à 10minutes à pieds d'une station de métro qui permet d'aller partout dans Tokyo. Juste en face, une laverie très moderne et dans le quartier plusieurs endroits pour manger sur place ou à emporter. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Un hotel con encanto, agradable y tranquilo, en un barrio bonito de Tokio. El personal siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hospedamos dos veces allí durante nuestra estancia en Japón e hicimos uso de su servicio de transporte de maletas. El hotel está muy bien situado cerca de la estación de metro con acceso directo al aeropuerto. Totalmente recomendable.

המלון אומנם קרוב לרכבת אך כן מדובר בשכונה מאוד משעממת, אם רוצים לעשות משהו בטוקיו חייבים לקחת רכבת משם, קחו בחשבון. הקירות קצת דקים וגם הרצפה, מה שיכול לגרום למעט רעש לשכנים (התלוננו עלינו) או לגרום לכך שתשמעו רעש מחדרים אחרים (קרה לנו אך לא התלוננו). המקלחת קצת קטנה בגובה, אדם שמעל מטר ו-80 סנטימטרים (1.80) קצת יכול להתקשות בה.

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich - weil wir zu dritt waren, haben wir ohne Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer erhalten. Alles war modern und sauber, die Tipps, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr gut!

Wspaniały hotel z dobrą lokalizacją

Je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux comme hébergement à Tokyo! La guesthouse est impeccable, moderne, relaxante, agréable. La literie est très confortable et l’ambiance très calme. C’est idéal pour se reposer et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour le confort et pour faciliter la vie des voyageurs. Le personnel est adorable, efficace et attentionné tout en restant discret. Tout est pensé : consigne à bagages, balance pour les peser avant de partir à l’aéroport, thé et café, eau filtrée, cuisine équipée à disposition… De plus la situation dans un quartier authentique et à deux pas du métro Yamonote et de nombreuses lignes est très pratique. Tout cela pour un prix extrêmement raisonnable. Si je reviens à Tokyo, je file tout droit à Wagokoro !!

Lo mejor, sin duda, es su personal: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, explicar y recomendar. El alojamiento cuenta con una cocina completa en el espacio común. El barrio es agradable y tranquilo, está muy bien comunicado y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: un gran supermercado, lavandería, restaurantes y una deliciosa panadería muy cerca. La habitación se limpia a diario y todo está muy limpio y bien cuidado

Las habitaciones tienen una pequeña nevera y son cómodas, aunque bastante pequeñas y sin armario. Por este motivo, no las recomendaría para más de dos personas, aunque en la descripción figure que pueden alojarse hasta cuatro.

La amabilidad de sus trabajadores y la cocina que tienen en la 1 planta para poder cenar después de pasar un largo día en Tokio o desayunar para cargar pilas.

La habitación para 3 se queda pequeña, no tiene armarios, solo unas perchas para colgar algo y tienes que estar abriendo maletas todos los días.

Un des nos meilleurs hôtels de notre voyage d'un mois. Très bien organisé. Très propre. Cuisine propre disponible. Des rideaux aux fenêtres ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Important quand le soleil se lève à 4h du matin en Juin. Très bien situé. Quartier calme. Le meilleur de l'hôtel : la dame de la réception très dynamique et très souriante ET de bonne conversation. Je recommande à 200%.

We liked everything about our stay, the room was wide and clean. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming.

There is a thorough attention to every detail. The room we stayed in was spacious and neat. We mainly just slept there while visiting Tokyo the entire day, but everything was very comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful, they offered very good recommendations for places to eat and general neighborhood info as well. The hotel is easily accessible, it has Nippori train station quite close and the neighborhood feels safe even late at night.

Lokalizacja hotelu blisko stacji metra i kolejowej, z której jeździ pociąg bezpośrednio na lotnisko Narita. W bliskiej okolicy hotelu supermarket, piekarnia, dwa conbini oraz restauracje. Hotel bardzo przytulny, mały, kameralny, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. W hotelu jest możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy i herbaty, odgrzania własnego dania i zjedzenia śniadanka zakupionego we własnym zakresie. Polecam! Super miejscówka.

Overall, very good. The staff was wonderful and the location was not too far off the station. Beds were fine and the facilities were small, but functional.

The bathrooms were very cramped. Having to take off shoes at entry was very traditional, but not super practical for a hotel. Corridors were tight and rooms felt cramped; even more so than comparable sized business hotels.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were very good and clean. It was a convenient location and loved the nearby bakery.

The room was exceptionally clean, although small, it was tidy and well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly, their guides on the area were informative, and ultimately made our experience very memorable.

The only gripe we had was the location of the area itself, but we were given a shortcut by the hotel staff which saved us tremendous amounts of time.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Nippori, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Tokyo et voyager dans tout le Japon. Ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, c’est l’incroyable gentillesse de tout le personnel. Toute l’équipe est adorable, souriante, serviable et toujours prête à aider. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de garder nos valises pendant deux semaines pendant que nous faisions notre voyage à travers le Japon, puis nous avons pu les récupérer à notre retour. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au début puis à la fin de notre voyage, et ce fut un réel plaisir d’y revenir. Les chambres étaient nettoyées parfaitement chaque jour, avec des serviettes propres remplacées quotidiennement. Tout était impeccable! Autre point très pratique : une laverie automatique se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, à seulement quelques pas. Cela nous a permis de faire notre lessive très facilement pendant notre séjour. Il y a également plusieurs FamilyMart à proximité ainsi que de très bons restaurants accessibles à pied. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre professionnalisme et votre bienveillance. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus agréable. 按照系統推薦選擇4人住最便宜的選項(高級雙床房)，實際入房時是和室架高房型，有2張已鋪在架高地板的日式床鋪跟2張折疊成1/3的床，將所有床攤開，最後一張床會超出價高地板的邊緣，4個人住需要輪流將行李箱攤開，浴室像APA體系的有浴缸但非常小巧。

Little far from the nearest railway station if loaded down with luggage.

Accomodation was small (as is all accom we encountered in Japan) but it was immaculate and the staff were so so lovely. They recommended a wonderful restaurant for my mum's birthday and even came to the room with flowers for her, so thoughtful. Would recommend. 10 minute walk from the station and a laundromat 2 mins away and the best bakery a 3 min walk.

Loved our stay here. 8 minute walk from Nippori station. Easily accessible from Narita (Keisi Skyliner). Great location for getting around Tokyo. Traditional Japanese room was very comfortable. Area is very quiet. Fabulous bakery/cafe and supermarket 2 minute walk away. Staff were excellent. Would stay again.

The staff was lovely, they were very welcoming, and they gave us good recommendations for finding food in the neighborhood. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area.

This is the second time my son and I have stayed here and I cannot praise the staff or Wagokoro Guest House enough, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, I found them professional polite and very friendly, the area around the guesthouse was very quiet and it was just five minuets from the train station, all in all a perfect package for me, I will definitely stay here again hopefully in the not too distant future

It’s a great place! Great host and super clean

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! They taught me a few interesting Japanese phrases to use at home or day to day. They also cleaned everyday and was very accommodating to time constraints. I really recommend starting with Wagokoro, very kind people!

The shower was a bit small for someone who is 6’1” but all of Japan is quite small for 6’1” people haha

只住两晚，第二天回来发现酒店把房间和浴室都打扫了，震惊了，怎么会有这么好的酒店。酒店服务人员会说中文日文英文，态度特别好特别亲切。和室装修讲究，有日式小桌子、小灯和窗纸。

不隔音，一楼房间能听到前台的声音。但并不是很吵，本来所在环境就很清幽，顾客和工作人员自己也都比较注意。

Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel est situé à 8 min a pied de la station Nippori, ce qui permet d'accéder aux sites principaux de Tokyo en peu de temps.

La chambre est mal isolée phoniquement. Surtout avec l'arrivée tardive des clients dans la nuit, le risque de nuisances est important. Vous risquez de vous réveiller en pleine nuit.

Tres bien placé, hotel tres propre, calme et le personnel très aidant et accueillant ! Un personnel vraiment aux petits soins donnant des explications et essayant d’aider dans toutes les situations, dans un pays où c’est difficile de comprendre, c’est très apprécié !

Estuvimos 2 veces, y ambas veces en muy buenas habitaciones para 3 personas, espaciosas considerando el tipo de vivienda en Tokyo, buen baño, y el personal super preocupado por todo, nos ayudaron con el traslado al aeropuerto, todo muy bien.

The staff were all very kind and willing to provide help. We felt genuinely well taken care of. The room size was reasonable but it was by no means uncomfortably small. We have to say the bathroom was tiny but still there was a small bathtub! The next day, the room was cleaned thoroughly and fresh towels were provided. The shares kitchen was also well equipped. The fridge was stocked with ice, so we could enjoy a nice cold coffee whenever we wanted. If we ever find ourselves back in Nippori, we’d definitely love to stay at this guesthouse again.

I cannot recommend staying at the Wagokoro Guesthouse in Tokyo enough! I have stayed there twice during two separate trips to Japan. The room is very clean and great value. The location in the city is very convenient and underrated I would say, with many authentic restaurants and Ueno park on a short walking distance.There is also a really cute bakery cafe around the corner. Traveling from and to Narita Airport is also very easy using the skyliner from nippori station. Besides, the staff is also extremely kind and helpful and helped me ship an item that I lost in Japan to my home country after it was found. I could not be more thankful to these people and definitely will return to this cozy guesthouse on my next trip to Japan! =)

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Narita Havalimanı’ndan gelen tren istasyonundan sadece 8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bulunduğu bölge çok sakin, sessiz ve nezih. Yakınında 24 saat açık market olması da büyük bir avantaj. Otel son derece temizdi. İçeri ayakkabıyla girilmiyor ve girişte misafirlere özel terlik veriliyor. Bu detaylar bizim için gerçekten olağanüstüydü ve Japon misafirperverliğini hissettirdi. Ayrıca akşamları oturup dinlenebileceğiniz çok sevimli bir mutfak alanı var. Tamamen Japon tarzında döşenmiş, sıcak ve samimi bir atmosfere sahip. Burada konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar tercih etmek isteriz. Personel ise hayatımızda gördüğümüz en güler yüzlü en yardımsever olanlarıydı. Her şey mükemmeldi.

Spotless clean facility. Helpful, friendly and accommodating staffs. For some reason tourists who stay in this hotel also very respectful and considerate of others. If you enjoy the Sento culture, there are couple of traditional Sento that's within 10mins walk.

Non tatami room a little smaller than tatami room. Especially when the beds can't be folded and put away. Neighborhood where it locate has a lot of non-Japanese residents. Probably due to couple Japanese language schools in the area? So you would hear lots of different languages here, could dampen your Japan experience if this is your first visit.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Pulizia quotidiana perfetta, posizione abbastanza vicina alla metro e in un bel quartiere autentico, bevande gratis e gadget offerti gratuitamente a gli ospiti. La cosa più bella è stata il sorriso delle due ragazze alla reception, gentilissime e pronte a chiacchierare con gli ospiti e a dare informazioni sul quartiere e la città. Anche il ragazzo é stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento, quando entrati in camera abbiamo trovato un bellissimo regalo da parte dell'hotel per la nostra luna di miele. Ultima perla, ho amato il the verde messo a disposizione degli ospiti e ho chiesto la marca alla ragazza della reception, il giorno dopo é stata così gentile da farmi trovare il sacchetto del the in regalo. Risceglierei questo hotel altre 1000 volte. Grazie ancora per averci fatti sentire a casa! Arigato Gozaimasu. Da Chiara e Massimo dall'Italia.

Great location to visit any spot in Tokyo, even direct train from Nippori to Narita airport. Super clean and extremely friendly staff.

The room was small for a family of five but we were fully aware of the size based on the photos and information upfront.

The attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the place. It was thoughtfully designed to give their guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful. My teenage daughter arrived one day before I did and I was nervous about her staying alone in an unfamiliar city by herself. They took excellent care of her and helped her settle in. Greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Close to subways etc.

We stayed there twice during our trip to Japan. The 2nd time the room was a little more well used than the first room. I didn't mind that too much....it was still quite comfortable The room had two beds. One was very comfortable (the twin size bed), the other one a little less so. The main thing was that the bathroom in the 2nd room had no towel rack or anything else to hang clothes on. It was a minor inconvenience. It looks like one had been there but it had not been replaced. The first room was excellent. The bed and pillows very comfortable (and I am quite picky about this as I have back problems).

We loved our stay here. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really liked the common space where you could enjoy an ice coffee and such.

The only thing I can think of is that the futon beds were a bit thin but that is to be expected when you book a Japanese style room.

Guest House Wagokoro was such a wonderful place to stay! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and location is great if you want to be near good public transport links but in a quiet part of Tokyo. Our room was clean and so comfortable. We highly recommend and would stay again!
