הייתי שם 2 לילות שלא ישנתי דקה אחת ! הייתי בקומה 4 וכל החדרים של הבית מלון צפופה (ללא בידוד קול ) והיה לידי 4 חדרים של משפחות שצעקו וצחקו כל הלילה . ביקשתי מהצוות 3 פעמים ולא הצליחו להשתיק אותם , וכך סבלתי 2 לילות ללא שינה . החדרים ללא בידוד קול למרות שהיה רשום . היה לי תקלה גם בסיפון של השירותים , קראתי להם הגיעו תיקנו ותוך חצי שעה התקלקל חזרה . חבל מאוד ,

Its location was excellent, the cleanliness was satisfactory, and breakfast had everything you could expect from a traditional Turkish-style spread. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that you shouldn’t expect the same variety as you would at a five-star hotel. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I also booked a Sumela tour through the hotel and was very satisfied with that experience as well.
I didn’t have any particular issues or concerns during my stay.

Biz otele vardigimizda internet problemi vardi , problem 1 gün sonra hall oldu ama yine problem oluştu 2-3 saat sonra . 205 numarali odada kaldim . Girişin üstü. Sesli bir oda . Sabahlari yemek kokusu geliyor . Birde karsi binayla üz-üze olduğu için perdeler hep kapali kalmak zorunda kaldi

Reviewed May 24, 2026Location, everything within easy walking distance. A sumptuous and varied breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean. Super comfortable mattress, and very clean bed linen. A double room might be a bit small, but ours was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There aren’t enough hangers or hooks in the room and bathroom.

Everything, from the mean violent staff, to the fact that there was no Internet for 4 days, to the blinking lights in the bathroom, the smell of the bathroom, the broken bed. It is not worth even 1$ night. The worst part is when the staff threatened us.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, bár a fotó csalóka: a környező épületek nem látszanak, és csak a hotel ilyen szép, a mellette lévő épületek (már ami épp nem építkezés), teljesen más.
A szobában jó lett volna két szék, hogy ne csak az ágyra lehessen leülni. Bár olyan pici a szoba, hogy nem fért volna el benne még egy szék sem pluszban. Nagyon áthallatszott a szomszéd szoba fürdőszobájának a zaja: az ágyunk mögött helyezkedett el a szomszéd szoba fürdőszobája.

It was noisy at night, something with ventilation and also rooms are not soundproof so we could hear people talking in their room. WiFi didn’t work but they said it was all city problem, so I guess it’s not always like that

hotel parking - a bit more difficult to access (NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT!, but because of the casual behavior of others in traffic / vehicles left parked in the middle of the street, the hotel staff solved it), you need to prepare for narrow and busy streets with drivers with unusual behavior ... not just in Trabzon but everywhere in Turkey)

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Świetna obsługa hotelowa - zawsze pomocni, serdeczni, uśmiechnięci. Doskonała lokalizacja w samym centrum - idealna baza wypadowa pod zwiedzenie samego Trabzonu. Jest też bardzo blisko miejsca skąd startują zorganizowane wycieczki. Dobre i zróżnicowane śniadania, zajebista smażalnia ryb tuż za rogiem. Pokoje czyste, urządzone nowocześnie.
Pokoje są dosyć małe, ale to żadne zaskoczenie - metraż jest zgodny z opisem oferty. Widoki z okna "na morze" absolutnie nie przypominają tych ze zdjęć z oferty - morze owszem jest widoczne z okna, ale do linii brzegowej jest kawał drogi, realnie z okna mamy widok na niezbyt estetyczne budynki mieszkalne.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Находится прям в историческом центре. Рядом с площадью. Есть бесплатный шаттл в 11:00 до аэропорта Трабзона и автовокзала. Также можно заказать экскурсии чуть дешевле чем у агентств. Завтраки вкусные. Ребята на ресепшн очень клиентоориентированные. Номер удобный, чистый, одеяло очень мягкое, постельное белье приятное. Рядом много кафе, закусочных, магазинов которые работают до поздна.
Вытяжка в уборной не работала и был запах канализации

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και τα δωμάτια όπως και γενικότερα οι χώροι του είναι μια χαρά, όπως επίσης και το πρωινό. Όλοι οι χώροι πεντακάθαροι! Το καλύτερο όμως στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό είναι οι άνθρωποί του! Ο Hayri Bey, ο Ali Haydar Bey, ο Mahmut και η Leyla! Η ευγένεια, η ζεστασιά, η καλοσύνη, η εξυπηρέτηση και η φιλοξενία αυτών των ανθρώπων ήταν κάτι σπάνιο και εκπληκτικό! Ακούραστοι και πάντα με το ζεστό χαμόγελό τους! Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε όλη η παρέα μας οτι συναντήσαμε φίλους! Νιώθω ευγνώμων που γνώρισα τέτοιους ανθρώπους και εύχομαι να τους ξαναδώ πολύ σύντομα! İyi ki varsınız!
