Our stay at North Bay Apartments was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way! The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of Rhodes, with everything you could possibly need within easy walking distance. Restaurants, cafés, shops, attractions, and all the charm of the city are just steps away, making it an ideal base for exploring Rhodes on foot. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Michalis. From the very beginning, he was incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He gave us fantastic recommendations for authentic local restaurants, which turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. His level of care went far beyond what we could ever have expected. On Sunday, when we urgently needed a pharmacy and most of them were closed, Michalis immediately stepped in and helped us find one that was open in the city. He was always available whenever we needed anything and checked in with us every single day to make sure we were comfortable, enjoying our stay, and had everything we needed. This kind of genuine hospitality is rare and made us feel not simply like guests, but truly looked after and welcomed. We cannot recommend North Bay Apartments highly enough. Perfect location, wonderful accommodation, and above all, an outstanding host who genuinely cares about his guests. Michalis made our experience in Rhodes even more special, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. Without a doubt, we would stay here again and would recommend North Bay Apartments to anyone visiting Rhodes. A truly exceptional experience from beginning to end — 10/10!

Really nothing

Fantasztikus volt a szállásadó, minden nap kérdezte, hogy elégedettek vagyunk-e. A szállás kiváló helyen van, konkrétan a parton, és valóban volt kilátás a tengerre az erkélyről. 100 méteres környezetveb legalább 5 kisbolt, ahol minden kapható (kenyér, tészta, italok, tisztálkodási szerek).- Lift működik, a szoba jól felszerelt, klíma, hűtő, főzéshez szükséges dolgok, tea-kávé valamint ajándék vizet és bort is biztosítottak, a hallban rengeteg nyelvű könyv is kölcsönözhető, hogy a parton lehessen olvasni. Távozáskor a csomagokat megőrizték zárt szekrényben.

Nagyon kedves volt a fogadtatás, minden nap érdeklődött a szállásadó, hogy meg van-e mindenünk, nagyon figyelmes volt. Rugalmasan kezelte utolsó nap a távozási igényünket, így volt lehetőségünk később indulni a repülőtérre.

Very Nice Stay!

Şehrin merkezi bir yerinde, tüm önemli yerlere yürüme mesafesinde , üstelik deniz manzaralı muhteşem bir daire. İhtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Üstelik Mixalis harika bir ev sahibi ve her konuda yardımcı olacaktır. Beklentimin çok üzerinde bir konaklama oldu, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Immeuble récent bien équipé près de la plage et des restaurants. Le centre est très proche également. Situé sur la ligne de bus de l'aéroport. De plus Michalis est in hôte très serviable et très sympathique qui donne beaucoup de conseil. Philippe

Πολύ ευγενικός ο Μιχάλης που μας υποδέχθηκε! Αισθανθήκαμε πολύ άνετα και σε κάποιο θεματάκι που προέκυψε με την φασαρία που προκάλεσαν οι γείτονες ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα! Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο και μπορούσες σε 10 με 15 λεπτά περπάτημα να βρίσκεσαι κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης καθώς και στο παλάτι του Μεγάλου Μάγιστρου. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα Μιχάλη! Ευχόμαστε να έσαι πάντοτε καλά & χαμογελαστός!

Great location which is almost at the sea and beach which is very convienient. Additionally there is good commute to city centre and other atractions. Apartament was clean, we have received water and wine and some jams/butter/honey for breakfast. Host was great!

Doors could be more soundproof because we could hear everything outside the room that happens on the corridor. Had the feeling it works both ways. But it was minor issue, we couldnt hear people from other rooms.

Stunning view, great clean and neat place, with some additional perks. We absolutely enjoyed how helpful Mixalis was. He is a great guy and was very accommodating. I wish more people would visit this place. The location is absolutely by the bus stop, taxi shop, surrounded by all food places. Highly recommended. From our room we could see the sea all the time. So good. The AC worked well. Water was fine.

A zuhanyfüggöny nem volt megfelelő állapotban, a bejárati ajtó nem jól szigetelt, így aki a nappali részen alszik, mindent hall.

Appartamento centrale per fare un giro la sera. Con i mezzi pubblici o a 700mt si possono raggiungere spiagge più belle. Molto pulito e il proprietario cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Un po’ rumoroso la sera perchè l’appartamento si trova su una strada principale. spiaggia sassosa e ventilata a 100mt.

The location is very good, the house was clean. The bed is comfortable, we found everything we needed. If we come again, we will definitely prefer it again, the pent house view was also very good. Michalis is a very helpful and positive person 🙏🏻

Közel a part, minden nagyon könnyen elérhető, kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman. Michalis nagyon kedves, kommunikatív, segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom !

Perfect location with an amazing view from 2 balconies. Apartment is equipt with all you may need and the host is extremely polite and hospitable and even provided us some home made olive oil!

A szállás egy kompakt kis apartman. Mi az 1. emeleten voltunk. Van lift. Elérhető a Netflix. Az apartmanhoz két erkély is tartozott, reggeli csakis ott. Az erkély a tengerre néz, a reggeli látvány megnyugtató, este pedig mindig látni a naplementét a török hegyek mögött. Van klíma a hálószobában. Az épület alsó részében van egy gyógyszertár. Szemben egy kisbolt (bár kisbolt szinte minden utca szakaszon van). A tenger kb 3 perc sétára van. Az óváros kb 15 perc séta, de észre sem lehet venni mert nyüzsgő utcákon megy az ember végig. Onnan a kikötő kb 10 perc.

Az apartman a bulinegyed szélén van. Így éjszaka eléggé hangos, ha nyitott ablakokkal alszik az ember. Pár nap alatt nagyjából meg lehet szokni. (Bár mi a foci vb alatt voltunk ott)

The location is perfect near all the attraction. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. Michaeles is a super host, replies in no time and very attentive to help and give advise. I recommend the place

A glass shower will be more effective than the curtain

Michalis was exceptionally kind, attentive, responsive, and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting him—he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, very close to everything. The view is stunning, and being right in front of the sea makes the stay even more special. A special thank you for the lovely wine surprise—we truly appreciated it. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Asunnolla oli hieno merinäköala, siisti. Vastaan tuli ystävällinen henkilö. Olin vain muutama tuntia asunnossa.

Tarvitsin enemmän ohjeitä miten pääsee asuntoon.

Sijainti on täydellinen, kauppa ja ranta toisella puolella tietä. Ravintolat ja kaupat 5 min kävelymatkan päässä. Vilkas tie vieressä, mutta sisälle ei kuulu ääniä , kun ovet suljetaan. Makuuhuoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu, joka viilentää huoneiston hetkessä. Asunnossa kaksi parveketta ja meillä oli näkymä merelle. Isäntä, Michalis,on aivan ihana. Kyselee kuulumisia ja sopii siivousajat ja neuvoo muutenkin tarvittaessa.

C'était correct pour deux nuits, l'appartement est bien situé.

L'environnement est bruyant, il faudrait mettre des volets roulants pour protéger de la chaleur et du bruit.

Absolutely stunning view from the balcony at sunset! Michalis is extremely helpful, responsive, friendly and had made our vacation much easier. Everything worked well and we would totally recommend these apartments to our friends visiting Rhodos👍

Cleaning could be done 10% better, then it would be perfect.

Beliggenheten, hyggelig vert som alltid var tilgjengelig God seng, bra dusj og det utstyret du trenger for å lage enkle måltider. Vann og vin i kjøleskapet ved ankomst. Fin utsikt fra begge terrassen. Kommer tilbake.

For oss var alt perfekt

The apartment was good. Restaurants, shops, and the beach are close by. The old town is about a 20-minute walk away, and the harbor is around 15 minutes. A large supermarket is a 30-minute walk, but a smaller shop is available just a 1-minute walk away, and a Spar is about 10-15 minutes. There is a café and a gyros place right on the corner. Beach 2-minute walk. The accommodation was well-equipped. The air conditioning worked well. The view from the terrace is stunning. Sunset view is the best but it is beautiful anytime. The owner is extremely kind, responds immediately if you message him, and welcomes you with a smile and kind words. You can request cleaning, but it is not mandatory. We also asked to borrow a beach umbrella, and he provided one, which was extremely useful—thank you very much again! I recommend both Rhodes town and this apartment.

Some reviews mention that the place is noisy. This is true. There are clubs nearby, and the road is busy. If anyone has a problem with this, they should bring earplugs. Other accommodations along main roads are noisy too. What bothered us more was that the neighbors on the terrace were unfortunately loud; they came home at the middle of the night. They were loud both in the stairwell and on the terrace. I mentioned this to the owner at check-out, but honestly, it is not his fault.

Super lokalizacja, w apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba, czysto i wygodnie. Bardzo miły I pomocny wlasciciel Michalis, dziękujemy za śniadanie i powitalne wino. Pozdrawiamy Angelika&Jarek

Super accueil et bon conseil restaurant. L'amolecement est bien tout prêt de la plage, veille ville, port mandraki.

L'emplacement est bien mais trop à proximité des bars animés à deux pas donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit donc sommeil moins reposant.

Локацията е чудесна. Михалис е прекрасен домакин, много отзивчив. Нямаше нещо, което да ни липсва в апартамента с чудесна гледка и в близост до всичко пеша. Наистина сме много доволни от престоя и препоръчваме !

Great location, shops and restaurants on the doorstep with a pharmacy next door. 2 minute walk up the beach. The room was great, so spacious with all the bits needed for an apartment, honey, salt and pepper etc. Michal the manager thought of everything. He is such a warm kindhearted soul who made sure I was ok as a solo traveller. The A|C was great, I took a lil fan for the living area. Balcony was great for morning tea and people watching! Price was incredible! Stayed 4 nights which was just right for my recuperation. When you close the fab shutters it’s as peaceful as can be I had such a good sleep, the bed was super comfy. I felt totally safe and will be back. Thank you Michael for a perfect stay ❤️🙏❤️

I liked everything!

The apartment had every I could have wanted, it was in a good location, was nice and clean and had a great balcony to relax and watch the people and the sunset. Michalis is a great communicator and was very clear with the arrival information, he was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this apartment without reservation if you are looking for somewhere in Rodos city.

Met by owner Michael who made us very welcome. helped us with luggage. explained everything. Had a complimentary bottle of wine plus other complimentary items such as tea coffee crackers bottled water. Clothes washing liquid was supplied and replaced when needed. any request to Michael was met with a smile and immediate response. Apartment was spacious. 2 balconies - we enjoyed sitting on balcony viewing the ocean. Highly recommend!!

The bathroom whilst was adequate and had lots of storage it could benefit from a renovation.

Michael is a wonderful host ensuring all needs are met. Gorgeous sunsets from balcony, the apartment is clean and well serviced within walking distance of all tourist spots, eating and drinking and transport needs.

Closest beach very pebbly with rubbish.

The location was excellent. Both the Old Town and the New Town were very close, and there are many good restaurants and bars. Elli Beach was also nearby. From the balcony, there was a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset.

Апартаменты имеют все необходимое для полноценного отпуска, кровати удобные, прекрасная зона отдыха на балконе, у нас был потрясающий вид на море, лифт, дополнительная уборка и смена белья и полотенец. Мы приезжали поздно вечером и нас ожидала бутылка вина и продукты к завтраку, кофе, чай, молоко, сухарики, джем, масло, мед и две бутылки чистой воды. Эта забота о гостях очень приятна.

L'équipement dérisoire du coin cuisine : pas de micro-ondes, une vieille plaque chauffante électrique rouillée, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine

The apt is perfectly situated for quick walks to the Old City and beaches. We used the car rental across the street. Most important was the lovely host, Michalis, who helped with every request from cleaning to towels to needed toilet paper. He gave us guidance for great and affordable restaurants. What a sweet and kind man. Great place with a great host.

Всё необходимое в номере есть: посуда,фен. Уборка и смена белья происходит регулярно!

Nagyszerű helyen lévő apartman. A tenger az erkélyről látszik, a naplemente is! Közel a strand, a belváros, az óváros. A vendéglátó Michalis rendkívül segítőkész, barátságos. Korábban érkeztünk repülővel, mivel az apartman már készen volt, így hamarabb is elfoglalhattuk. A vendégváró finomságokat ezúton is köszönjük. Pár méterre a szállástól autókölcsönző, étterem, bár, bolt.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Velmi ochotný, milý, usměvavý, vstřícný a nápomocný pan Mixalis. Čisté prostředí, výměna ručníků po 2/3 dnech. Krásný výhled se dvěma balkóny na moře. Možnost nechat si na konci ubytování kufr, jelikož jsme měli let až večer.

The owner Michalis is a true gentleman. i was made to feel very welcome from the outset. the apartment was super comfortable with lovely seaview from the balcony.

everything good . elevator to 3rd floor. seconds from the beach but close also to medieval old town. plenty of restaurants and cafes etc close by.

Great view from balcony. Plenty of space in the apartment. Easy walking distance to the whole of Rhodes town, old and new. Good promenade walks. Fantastic host (Michaelis).

Ήταν στο κατάλληλο σημείο για να εξερευνήσετε τη πόλη της Ρόδου αλλά και μια μεγάλη γκαμα από τα ευρύτερα σημεία του νησιού.. εύκολα προσβάσιμο το κέντρο μετά πόδια. Στη γύρω περιοχή από το κατάλυμα έχει ότι χρειάζεται να ψωνίσεις για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες αλλά και για παροχές φαγητού. Ο κύριος Μιχάλης πάντα στη διάθεσή σας σε ότι χρειαστείτε πραγματικά ότι ώρα και να είναι. Και πάντα με το χαμόγελο έχει τη λύση για ότι χρειαστείς. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα με τη πρώτη ευκαιρία επίσκεψης στη Ρόδο.
