Primordial Apartment

La posizione è eccezionale, tranquilla, con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la old town. Michalis è attento, presente tutte le mattine, ti augura 'buongiorno' e ti dà informazioni sui posti da visitare, dove andare a mangiare .... l'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, in frigo appena arrivati c'erano acqua e vino a disposizione. Torneremo senza dubbio!

I don’t even know where to begin. Thanks to Michalis, we had an absolutely wonderful holiday in every way. The room was spotless, had an amazing view, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Next to the beach, beautiful view to the sea from the balcony. 15 minute walk from old town. Communication from host was great.

Cleanliness of the shower curtain. Please wash it more frequently, taking a shower wasn't a great experience.

Great location 2 min walk to the beach and shops/restaurants, and an easy 15 min walk to the Old Town and port of Rhodes. Great security building, with everything needed for my 5 night stay. Loved that there was a washing machine!

Only issue was the shower, the drain wasn't working so well and the water filled up in the base quickly. However this is pretty standard in Greece, the showers are generally pretty terrible everywhere!

The host was exceptional. The apartment had everything that was required for our weeklong stay. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, shops and local buses.

Apartament miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Michalis był bardzo pomocny, mogliśmy zwrócić się do niego z każdą prośbą. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, w szczególności podobała nam się duża suszarka na ubrania (niezbędna po plażowaniu!), domowa oliwa, wino i przewodnik w naszym języku :) było bardzo przyjemnie!

Everything, the location is perfect near beaches, bars, restaurants, shops not too far for an evening walk into the old town. We stayed in same apartment last year so no hesitation in going back. Comfortable clean apartment, with all needed essentials included, even milk, coffee etc as we checked in late. Twin balcony on separate sides so always in sun or shade if needed. Michails the host was outstanding and genuinely couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect!

The location is excellent if you want to stay right next to a beach and still be within a walking distance to the old town. The terrace was super awesome. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful, allowed early check-in, and let me leave the luggage there afterwards. Definitely would stay there again.

Kierownik obiektu skontaktował się ze mną niezwłocznie po zarezerwowaniu obiektu, przez wiadomości utrzymywał ze mną kontakt w moim języku ojczystym bo było bardzo miłe. Udzielił szczegółowych wskazówek jak dostać się do obiektu i jak się ulokować. Ponadto na następny dzień po wymeldowaniu miałem możliwość zostawić bagaż w skrytce i nadal zwiedzać miasto. Gościnność i troska o klienta na najwyższym poziomie! Polecam każdemu podróżującemu.

Servito da ascensore, dispone di un piccolo balcone con vista parziale sul mare. Sicuramente la posizione vicino al mare e al centro, vicino a servizi, negozi e ristoranti. Michalis ti accoglienza con un gran sorriso, gentilezza e disponibilità!

L’aria condizionata andrebbe forse posizionata nella cucina/soggiorno anziché in camera da letto perché diventa troppo fredda e direttamente su di te. posizionata in altro ambiente rinfrescherebbe senza essere troppo diretta.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse de Michalis qui s’occupe des locations. Très réactif, donnant de précieux conseils, le top! Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour pouvoir cuisiner si on le souhaitait, même l’huile d’olive qu’il cultive !

Дуже зручне розташування, буквально 3 хвилини до пляжу. Поруч є все що треба: аптека, кафе, магазини. Окреме дякую господарю за теплий прийом та швидку допомогу у будь яких питаннях. Апартаменти постійно прибирали, кімнати були дуже зручними та в них було все що треба. Mixalis - неймовірний! Пригостив грецьким вином та своєю олією, завжди був на звʼязку та допомагав у всіх питаннях!

100 meters to beache 100 meters to all good pubs

Personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne-a stat mereu la dispozitie. Locatia este si ea foarte buna, are plaja fix langa. Noi am putut ajunge in toata statiunea in doar 10-15 minute. Camera a fost confortabila, am adorat balconul. Am primit apa si vin din partea gazdei cand am ajuns, iar la plecare am putut sa ne lasam bagajele in lokere la locatie.

O singura recomandare, sa se schimbe usile de la intrare in camera, pentru a contribui la reducerea zgomotului. A fost singurul punct slab.

Great service and support from Michalis, the manager. The apartment is well situated and within a walking distance from the main sightseeing. There is an organized pebble beach 150 meters away from the apartment. All the appliances work perfectly.

Some stuff in the kitchen should be renewed.

Ingen frokost, men egen kjøkkenkrok med fasiliteter som vannkoker, kjøkkenutstyr, kokeplater, kjøleskap med en liten frysedel og vaskemaskin. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt, nært til alt.

Konumu çok iyi bir yerde ,herşey gayet düzenli ve kullanışlıydı,ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut.özellikle Michalis tesisin sahibi harika bir insandı,onun için bile burada kalınır.sorduğunuz ve ihtiyacınız olan her durumda yanınızda .kendisi mükemmel bir insan.gözünüz kapalı burada konaklayabilirsiniz.

Michalis è gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato un autista di sua conoscenza, Aleksandros, che ci venisse a prendere in aeroporto A/R (cosa che consiglio di fare perchè all'arrivo in aeroporto non ci sono sufficienti taxi/bus per raggiungere il centro di Rodi). Anche Aleksandros è stato gentilissimo, ogni giorno ci scriveva consigliandoci posti da visitare! Michalis ci ha accolti e aiutati con i bagagli; ci ha fatto trovare in frigorifero una bottiglia di vino locale per darci il benvenuto e ci ha lasciato il suo olio di produzione. Ogni tre giorni faceva fare le pulizie in appartamento secondo le nostre esigenze di orario. E' sempre stato carino e discreto. La posizione della casa è ottima perchè a due passi da tutti i servizi: sotto casa c'era la farmacia e locali in cui mangiare cose diverse. a 10' a piedi si raggiunge la bellissima Rodi vecchia. Consigliamo a tutti di prenotare qui, non ve ne pentirete!

Consiglio solo di mettere il box doccia in bagno in modo da non bagnare tutto il pavimento/wc poichè la tenda non è sufficiente.. per il resto tutto fantastico!

Michalis is a most wonderful host. He looked after every need. It was a delight to chat to him every day. The property is well located in terms of beach and airport public transport. Would also be convenient for those enjoying the nightlife of Rhodes town. Close to the historic city centre and Palace, Archeological museum, art galleries, aquarium and Acropolis. The two balconies of the apartment were handy, one of them out of the hot sum and the other great for drying clothes.

Could be noisy some nights or early morning. Finding breakfast and good fruit shops was a bit of a challenge.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la disponibilità del personale: l’uomo con cui abbiamo parlato è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Anche la posizione è ottima e l’appartamento era in buone condizioni.

L’unico vero problema è stata la pulizia. La cucina era visibilmente sporca e abbiamo preferito non utilizzarla, mentre il bagno non era particolarmente pulito e all’arrivo erano presenti peli e capelli. Per noi non è stato un grande problema, ma chi sceglie questa struttura soprattutto per usare la cucina potrebbe rimanere deluso.

Ο Μιχάλης είναι ευγενικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός άνθρωπος. Πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε όλα. Σε κάνει να νιώσεις σαν στο σπίτι σου.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Minden tiszta és kényelmes volt, takarítás két naponta volt. Érkezésünkkor behűtött víz és bor várt minket. Michalis rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész házigazda, bármiben számíthattunk rá. Csak ajánlani tudjuk a szállást!

I absolutely loved this apartment and my stay here! Really spacious, well furnished and had everything I needed for my stay in Rhodes. So close to the beach and a really short walk to the bus station, Marina and old town. Michalis was an incredible host and was so friendly and accommodating. He provided a microwave when requested and gave plenty of suggestions and recommendations for the area too. The balcony was a fantastic feature to enjoy too!

Michaelis è un host davvero attento e presente, premuroso e gentilissimo. In casa c'è tutto, un piccolo kit per la colazione, detersivo per la lavatrice, ghiaccioli per il frigo e stoviglie nuove. L'appartamento ha due comodi balconi, la casa si raffresca velocemente con l'aria condizionata. Si trova spesso parcheggio entro i 500 metri. Molto comodo per il centro, sia storico che moderno. Lo consiglierei senza dubbio

Come in molti alloggi in Grecia, avrei preferito il box doccia invece della tendina.

The view from the balcony was beautiful!

The balcony door wasn't locking and our balcony was separated just with a low wall with the other apartment. The apartment had windows all over but no shutters just a curtain as a result the sun was entering from the early morning and the apartment was very warm. Also although the area is offering a lot of restaurants and it's close to the beach there is a lot of noise from the nearby bars throughout the whole night. All these were really contradictory with the 9.5 review.

Erinomainen apartementos hyvällä paikalla. Valtavan suuri parveke säkkituoleineen. Loistava sänky. Pesukone. Hyvin varustettu keittiö tarvikkeineen. Enempää ei voi vaatia. Mikään majoitus ei tällä hetkellä ole Rodoksella edullista, mutta tämä oli kuitenkin sieltä halvimmastaa päästä. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä.

Michalis çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Şu ana kadar gördüğüm en iyi ev sahibi diyebilirim. Odamızın deniz manzaralı olması ve mis gibi deniz havasını alıyor oluşumuz harikaydı.

Gemütliches, einfaches, sehr sauberes Apartment mit 2 Balkone was alles bietet. Kühlschrank, Herdplatten, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, TV usw. Bei der Ankunft waren Wasser und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt. Kaffee, Marmelade, Honig und Butter waren auch da. Was wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich war, ist die Gastfreundschaft von Michalis. Er hat sich Tage vor der Ankunft gemeldet, um uns die Ankunft so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Jeden Tag wurde nachgefragt, wie es uns geht, ob wir etwas brauchen und wann die Zimmerreinigung kommen darf. Das Taxi für den Transport zum Flughafen hat auch Michalis organisiert wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. In 10 Gehminuten waren wir in der Altstadt. 20 Gehminuten zur Akropolis von Rhodos und zum Aussichtspunkt. Viele Minimärkte, Hat's und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand war auch schön.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Super pomocny i serdeczny właściciel, który dba o swoich gości. W dniu przyjazdu otrzymaliśmy pokój znacznie wcześniej niż przewidywała godzina zameldowania, co było ogromnym udogodnieniem. Polecane przez niego restauracje okazały się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Z balkonu rozciągał się przepiękny widok na morze, który umilał każdy poranek i wieczór. Właściciel jest zawsze dostępny i chętnie odpowiada na każde pytanie oraz służy pomocą. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i z przyjemnością tu wrócimy.

Επειδή ήταν σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο είχε λίγο θόρυβο, επίσης πολλά κουνούπια βέβαια για αυτό δεν έχει καμία σχέση το κατάλυμα απλώς το αναφέρω.

La posizione è ottima: a due passi c'è la fermata autobus da/per aeroporto; l'old Town si raggiunge in una decina di minuti così come il porto di Mandraki da cui si prendono le navi per fare le escursioni; la spiaggia di Elli Beach è vicina e libera,ma offre anche varie alternative di lettini. L'host Mixalis è straordinariamente gentile, accogliente e si interessa del tuo soggiorno. Ci ha fatto trovare vino, acqua fresca e prodotti per la colazione.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo...il bagno🙄. Sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato: doccia non proprio comoda e spesso si sentiva puzza di fogna🤷🏻‍♀️.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Spiaggia di Elly a 2 passi e centro città raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti a piedi.

Forse la stanza che abbiamo avuto era un po' piccola per 3 persone, anche se funzionale.

We had a nice accomodation. Mixalis is a very warm host. The place is close to the beach.

The host always helped with any questions and issues that we had. He put his heart into making our stay the best it could be. The apartment is located within a 15-20 minute walk to the old city and marina. It's located across the street from the beaches, taxi stand and bus stop. Good bars and restaurants are all around. The apartment has everything you need, and the air conditioning is excellent. We had two balconies that were great to sit on and people watch.

das die Dusche direkt neben der Toilette war und der Duschvorhang die Toilette nicht abgetrennt hat somit war jedes mal der Boden und die Toilette komplett nass!

Před přijezdem konkrétní informace, velmi milý a ochotný majitel. Výborná poloha, kousek od Starého Města Rodos i od moře. Vybavení vyhovující, určitě doporučujeme.

We liked the wine in the fridge, it was quite good. Location is nice. Clean. No problem with communication with the host.

The second night we left the balcony door open and got bitten by mosquitos. Fly screens would be nice.

Rodos tatilimizde bu otelde kaldık ve genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık. Konumu gerçekten mükemmel; hem denize çok yakın hem de Old Town’a yürüyerek rahatça ulaşılabiliyor. Odalar tertemiz, çok konforlu ve rahattı. Ayrıca gösterilen ilgi, güler yüz ve yardımseverlik de bizi çok mutlu etti. Rodos’a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine burada kalırız, düşünen herkese tavsiye ederim.

La posizione della struttura è perfetta. Michalis il proprietario molto gentile e accogliente. Noi avevamo l’appartamento al 4 piano con vista mare ed era il punto forte dell’appartamento.

Peccato per la pulizia della camera. Bagno sporco ( ho dovuto pulire io per personalmente ) E anche a terra c’erano capelli e peli. Se non fosse per la pulizia il resto era perfetto. Posizione ottima, vista dalla camera bellissima .

Op terras totaal geen schaduwdoek of parasol. Keukenblok oud en slechte kookplaat, onmogelijk eitjes te koken, duurt half uur en veel te grote pannen.

We really liked the terrace of the apartment. The location was also excellent, with a bus stop to the airport just a short walk away. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very welcome during our stay 🙂

Perfect location. Flat was very clean. Michalis was so helpful and friendly. Great value for money. On my next stay in Rhodes I would definately stay here again.

Appartement idéalement placé pour découvrir la ville de Rhodes et l'île. Bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. Et bien sûr notre hote. Michalis est efficace, serviable et d'une grande gentillesse. Ses conseils, ses adresses et sa disponibilité font le gros point fort de notre réservation.

Very friendly staff, great location (restaurants, grocery stores, bars, beach, sites of historical significance nearby).

The shower curtains do not contain the water, and it spills on the floor, which is really annoying. Also, the floor was not very clean, and I believe that the door should lock from the inside.

- Very, very friendly owner. - The apartment has two balconies. On one balcony there is a table and chairs and on the other there is a clothes drying rack. - The interior of the apartment is a bit older, but that doesn't matter, everything is fully functional. - The owner left a bottle of chardonnay, a bowl of Japanese medlar from his garden and olive oil in the kitchen. - During check-out, the owner asked me what time my flight was and offered me the use of a locker downstairs for the rest of the day. Very practical.

The apartment was comfortable and good value, with a (partial) sea view. A good choice for two people wanting to stay in Rhodes town, near all the action. The host was very friendly and attentive, and provided a welcome bottle of local white wine and a few snacks, tea and coffee etc.

Only downside might be the noise from revelers which can last until 1 or 2 am, although this is not within the control of the apartments. If you want to stay in this area you will have to accept a certain level of noise at night, as it tends to attract a younger crowd.

這間公寓實在太棒了！廚房裡有咖啡、茶、橄欖油與鹽，冰箱裡有葡萄酒、水、果醬與麵包 ，公寓裡還有洗衣機，wifi跟空調也都運作良好，對多住幾天的旅客很便利，房東Mixalis非常貼心友善，很關心房客，訊息回覆也很迅速，感謝他在我渡輪取消時提供的住房改期協助，在這裡住了一週，感覺就像在家一樣舒適，未來如果再來羅德島，這裡肯定是首選！
