KAZA Aouchtame 1

Het appartement is erg leuk en proper, maar het balkon op het gelijkvloers is wel niet helemaal privaat. De andere bewoners passeren voor je balkon, hoewel niemand je lastigvalt.. De zee is PRACHTIG maar om er te voet te geraken is een heel zwaar en steil stuk af te leggen. Op het strand zijn er tagines te bestellen en sfinj met thee, limonade...Er zijn geen faciliteiten (toilet,...) Idealiter een auto hebben in aouchtame. Ook om boodschappen te kunnen doen of een apotheek, restaurant etc best een wagen hebben die je naar Azla kan brengen.

Faciliteiten rond strand en rond het appartement voor kleine inkopen, de weg naar het strand was te zwaar en steil, er is weinig in de buurt op wandelafstand. Je moet een wagen hebben.

A côté de la mer et proche de tetouen ainsi que des cascade d'Akchour. L'hôte est très réactif et la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique.

Un peu bruyant la nuit et manque de vaisselle.

The drain in the shower was blocked due to all the sand and there were no cleaning products to wash dishes

Maison typique du Maroc dans la montagne avec vue sur la mer. La plage est accessible en descendant des escaliers de l autre côté de la route. L hote est tres gentil, nous a donné pleins de conseils pour manger à la plage.... Village à 10 min en voiture pour faire des courses.

Отличное расположение у самого моря. Большая, просторная локация. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Все работает. Чисто. Есть терраса с видом на море. Поскольку мы не на машине, нам помогли закупиться продуктами в Тетуане. Отвезли в отличный рыбный ресторан. Вопросы по локации решались быстро. Кстати, на берегу готовят отличную рыбу. Внешнему виду заведений значения придавать не стоит.

Единственный момент: необходимо брать с собой антикомарин или мазаться репеллентами перед сном. Ночью комарики кушают. И поскольку душевая никак не отгорожена от туалета, туалетную бумагу лучше прятать куда-нибудь подальше. Иначе она будет мокрая.

La communication a été très agréable et efficace avec Ouidad et Adil sur place.. La maison est propre et la vue juste incroyable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un temps magnifique et pu profiter de la plage de Oued Alou. Cette étape de notre séjour sera un beau souvenir

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building. It has a small private terrace with a table and sea views (sunrise). It features two separate bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen has everything you need (except a microwave). Everything is relatively new and in good condition. It also has a Smart TV and good Wi-Fi connection. We couldn't hear our neighbors. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Free parking is available nearby.

he house is located near the highway: a little higher up, you can't see the cars, but you can hear them. Also it is best to get to the beaches by car.

We loved our 4 days at Kaza Aouchtame! The house was spacious, spotless, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, which made it easy and comfortable to go back and forth. Check-in was smooth and the host was fantastic. He was always easy to reach and even drove us to the airport himself and sent us off with a big hug. Such a warm and genuine experience. The location alone is reason enough. Highly recommended.

The only small downside (not about the house itself) is the street lantern in front, which shines quite brightly into the house at night and takes away a little from the otherwise beautiful night view.

L'accueil, la propreté, et l'emplacement idéal pour des vacances au calme.

Manque un peu de vaisselle comme des grandes assiettes, un micro-onde également aurait été le bienvenu.

The location was awesome.

Wow the most amazing sunrise I have ever seen. There is nothing that we need at the property that we don’t have. The beautiful sounds of bird songs. The sound of the waves. So tranquil. The sea view is out of this world. Can’t have enough of it. We sat here for hours in the comfortable veranda just taking in the all of natures beauty. The way the outdoor seating area is designed and situated is near to perfect. It’s like a giant picture frame/ cinema screen. Loving every moment we are here. Will 💯 recommend and come back again.

Bed is although very clean and to a very good standard is a little uncomfortable.

Exceptional house, next to the beach, with a table and chairs on the patio where you can eat your meal, have a tea or coffee and watch the sea. Located in the mountains, fresh air and peace, away from the big city and crowd. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. She even left us tea and capsule coffee for the coffee machine in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you need for our stay - big toaster, microwave, gas hobs, washing machine. Bed sheets, blankets and towels were very clean. I asked the owner for any kind of heater for the children's bedroom and she provided very kindly one. Parking was safe and available right in front of the house. We really would love to visit again when the weather is better.

Nice stay at a beautiful location. The view from the apartment is magnificent. The apartment is both near the nice towns of Azla and Oued Lauo, where you have all the facilities you need. Thanks Ouidad and Adil for this nice stay!
