فقط الإفطار لم يكن ممتاز انصح بالاهتمام أكثر بخامات المواد

Le batiment est trés ancien, l'entourage est trés brouillant, le cartier est sale. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, on ne peut pas parler de buffée lorsque vous devez récupérer votre café ou votre thé au comptoir.

The design is so victorian as the real name Victoria. I really like the design. It is classic and attractive. The staff are so friendly and welcoming the residents. Also the housekeeping are very polite and helpful. This place gave me a sense of belonging and memorable thoughts.

The sound in balcony little bit high however they responded when I called them.

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal im Victoria Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, der Bahnhof Ramses Station zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir konnten problemlos nach 23.00 Uhr einchecken, obwohl nicht vorher mitgeteilt. Mehr Auswahl an Getränken wie Cola, Kaffee etc., dafür wurde der Malventee gestrichen. Finde ich persönlich sehr schade. Gartenterasse ist grösser als früher. Auch spät abends konnte noch ein Getränk bestellt werden. Batterien im Schranktresor waren ausgelaufen und wurden sofort getauscht.

Frühstück teilweise vorbereitet und mit Plastikfolie abgedeckt. Am letzten Tag gab es dann wieder Buffet. So langsam merkt man dem Holz an, dass es schon ein altes Gebäude mit entsprechend alter Grundausstattung ist. Hier wäre sicher Renovierungsbedarf gegeben.

A charming, classic hotel with a welcoming entrance and a pleasantly spacious, atmospheric room. The shower is excellent, everything is impeccably clean, and the service is professional with very attentive housekeeping. Breakfast is simple, and bread, eggs, and coffee all need to be ordered separately. Extremely good value for money, and conveniently located near the Central Station. On the downside, there is no sound insulation, and the hallway carpets feel impersonal. I would happily return once the windows are properly insulated.

All staff was good . Morning Rceptionist was new and no experience.

Desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable y desde el hotel que está junto a la estación, con Uber que es muy barato puedes ir a todos los los sitios, necrópolis, Giza incluido a Alejandría. Muy muy económico en Uber

Hotellet er IKKE opvarmet. Derfor er det koldt at opholde sig indendørs i januar, hvor vi var der.

Kulden indendørs. Varme retter til morgenmad er godt for mange, men ikke for mig. Der var ingen yoghurt og ingen frugt.

Las instalaciones, el tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno estaban OK. Pero tuve un inconveniente grave con un personal del hotel que desmerecen mi estancia.

.Un empleado del turno nocturno del Hotel (Omar, alias Pluto) me contactó utilizando datos que había dejado en la reserva y me ofreció excursiones en nombre del Hotel. Contraté unas tres excursiones, pero a la primera me reclamó que pague por adelantado sin darme comprobante, a lo que me negué. Finalmente, al hacer la segunda excursión, y al no cumplir el itinerario acordado, cancelé la restante. Este empleado del hotel, quien me acompañó en las excursiones, me amenazó con no devolverme al hotel si no pagaba y casi me deja varado en Alejandria. Terminé pagando una suma mayor a la convenida por las amenazas que me profirió este personal, quien durante el viaje fue grosero y muy violento, tanto el como el chófer, quienes, a pesar que se había pagado, nos seguían exigiendo dinero.

刚入住空调就发生巨大的异响，一直疯狂漏水，房间的地毯脏得像从垃圾堆里捡来的，入住期间还发生停电，可以说是零服务，并且可能不太欢迎拆尼四。国内八十的水平。

This hotel is very beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious, the bed is large and comfortable and the service is excellent. All the staff members are extremely friendly, also the breakfast is delicious and fresh. The only thing to note is that it’s located in a lively area so it’s not very quiet but the location is excellent and close to many tourist attractions

Nice large room, in a classic hotel with old style charm - high ceilings, with big heavy old style furniture and a comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but the shower hot!. Staff were friendly and polite and location wise within walking distance to Ramses railway station. Breakfast was a little limited on options for a vegetarian but the staff were friendly.

Me alojé con mi familia durante 12 días y fueron una grata sorpresa tanto la acogedora y amplia habitación triple, la buena ducha con presión del baño, la limpieza diaria, el detalle de dejarnos aguas y tes en la habitación, el desayuno buffet rico y variado, la profesionalidad del personal, en especial la de los camareros del desayuno… En definitiva, muy recomendable y hotel con decoración especial, un clásico cuidado con cariño y muy buena relación calidad precio. A 20 minutos andando del Kalili y a un Uber del resto de lugares de interés. Muchas gracias por todo Victoria!

The location was great as it was near to all the metro and could access everything fast. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was basically okay. The mattress was comfortable.

We booked a suite with city view but our room had no window and no view at all. The hotel is pretty old and the refurbishment shows very poor workmanship. The shower was leaky with water spilling everywhere. The Internet was almost non existent.

The room was comfortable and cleaned well by the attenders. The morning breakfast buffet was good too. The reception and kitchen team were helpful.

The air-conditioner did not give hot air due to some issue and it was needed for the cold nights. But that was not a major issue considering the size of the room and bed. The bathroom was too small but still it was okay for 2 night stay

The staff, the food, the old majestic hotel and the safety. Loved the location. Walked to the Ramses bus station, to the National museum and all around Tahrir Square.

Some of its charm is frustrating but would not change it - noise from the streets and the bathroom had a slight smell.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very polite.

I wouldn't say the neighborhood is that good. Also, if you had a room with a window on the street, you would hear the horns all night. Also, for breakfast, although the staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was not that satisfying and had no fruit at all.

Traffic noise

The location is central, few metro stations in walkable distances. We had another place to stay in Cairo(super duty), though went through multiple hotels to see the room states prior booking it. We were super lucky to find Victoria Hotel as it was clean with white sheets and white towels, plus no cigarette smoke stained rooms(the biggest plus!). The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with requests, directions etc. I would mention our gratitute to the lady in receiption who welcomed us on the request to show an available room prior booking it and also Ahmed who warmly welcomed daily us. If you are travelling from airport, recommend to book taxi in advance (Uber works in Cairo but too many scams from that direction). I would recommend the place to all and wish to come back to Victoria Hotel.

The Cairo street noise is everywhere and you might hear it from your window too while sleeping. Not the big deal but if you are very sensetive, bring your earplugs.
