الفندق ممتاز من ناحية النظافة والمكان وكذلك الرسبشن وبالذات الشكر للجميلة تستينا جميع الطاقم كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين. ساعتمد الهوتيل في رحلاتي المقبلة ان شاءالله وارشح الهوتيل للأصدقاء قريب جدا من كل شي.

La situación. El barrio tiene mucha vida sana. El personal amable y la habitación nueva y limpia.

El desayuno se pide por una pagina web a una hora concreta, pero nos tardó una hora más los dos días que estuvimos, además no tenía los ingredientes que pedimos. No obstante estaba bueno, pero si me das a elegir, tienes que ponerme lo que he pedido y a la hora más o menos. Además no pasaron a limpiar la habitación hasta por la tarde.

E um hotel simples, porém atende com excelencia. Todos os empregados são absolutamente simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente Dunia e Habiba, as atendentes do balcão, e, por elas, estendo meus agradecimentos a todos os demais. O quarto onde me hospedaram era muito bom. De bom tamanho, com varanda e banheira. Tinha móveis bons e adequados e era muito limpo. A limpeza do quarto era on demand: eu a solicitava dia sim, dia não. Mas se quisesse, era feita todo dia. A localização do hotel e muito boa. Tem tudo por perto e, para meus interesses, foi perfeita.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment top ! Au pied de l’hôtel, il y a plusieurs restaurants. Pour les touristes comme nous qui préfèrent éviter de manger local, il y a également un McDonald’s, un KFC et un Burger King à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. La chambre quadruple est spacieuse, même si les chambres doubles sont, elles, vraiment petites. Les draps étaient propres, la climatisation fonctionnait bien et la chambre était très fonctionnelle. Le vrai plus de cet hôtel reste sans aucun doute son emplacement, qui est idéal pour se déplacer et trouver facilement de quoi manger. Merci également à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son attention durant notre séjour ! Au final, c’est un bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout compte tenu de l’emplacement.

Il faut absolument demander que le ménage soit fait dans la chambre. Malgré notre demande, seules les serviettes ont été changées le premier jours. Le 3 eme jours nous avons quitté l’hôtel très tôt donc nous n’avons pas pu demander que le ménage soit fait, à notre retour notre chambre n’avais pas été nettoyé. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il n’est vraiment pas top. Pendant tout notre séjour, nous nous sommes contentés de prendre notre café et de manger rapidement quelque chose pour couper la faim, avant de finalement manger à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Il ne faut également pas être surpris par l’état du hall et des escaliers : le bâtiment entier n’est pas uniquement un hôtel. Il y a notamment des vendeurs de vêtements, des avocats, etc. L’état général du bâtiment peut donc être assez choquant dès l’entrée. Enfin, la chambre double était vraiment très petite, même si elle reste vivable pour quelques jours.

Ну в целом для центра Каира цена и сам отель неплохие. Отель расположен в старом, судя по всему, жилом доме, который, конечно вызывает вопросы, но сами номера отеля нормальные.

We were received on the first day by Sama at the reception. And she made sure, we felt welcome and served drinks immediately. The high level of hospitality and comfort existed during our whole stay. If we called, they responded immediately and helped us out with several services. Another young woman at the reception, Donia also made us feel at home. Everybody was so service minded and professional. Our breakfast was served in the room at our chosen time and was almost like a brunch.

Only the noise from the street and café outside was disturbing at times during late evening and night. Maybe bring earplugs, if you are sensitive to that.

In the heart of Downtown Cairo, this hotel is very good value-to-money ratio. It is clean, has very good A/C and cute little breakfast. In front of the hotel there are few cafes, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Local vibe around the hotel is classic busy Cairo. Hotel is at 6th floor of the building. Entrance is between cafes.

The location is great right in the busy downtown, yet in the room is fairly quiet. From here is also a short walk through the crazy under the bridge markets and to the bazaar as well. The bus from and to the airport is very close too. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast is brought to your room and you need to call for it, then if you spend the day in the room for whatever reason you need to be prepared to knocks on the door for the food tray, otherwise they enter invading your privacy.

Ubicación, personal y estado de la habitación

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre-ville du Caire, sur une place très animée qui permet une véritable immersion dans la vie locale cairote. L’ambiance est très vivante dès le milieu d’après-midi et jusque tard dans la nuit, ce qui peut être assez bruyant pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. L’accès en taxi peut parfois être compliqué en raison des embouteillages et de la situation de l’hôtel au centre d’une zone piétonne. Malgré cela, l’emplacement reste très pratique pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques : environ 15 à 20 minutes du Vieux Caire et du quartier copte, et 30 à 40 minutes de Gizeh selon la circulation. Le personnel de la réception a toujours été très serviable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel.

Sama ve Ali gerçekten muazzam insanlar. Çok sıcak kanlılar, yardım severler ve iletişimleri oldukça iyi. Kahire merkezde otel bakarken güvenli ve uygun oteller bakıyorduk burası tam da istediğimiz gibi oldu açıkçası. Başka otellere bakarken sıcak su problemi, klima olmaması ve temizlik problemlerinden bahsediyorlardı neyse ki burada böyle problemlerimiz yoktu. Kahire'de otel bakıyorsanız bunlar şart ve olmayan yerleri direkt elemek gerekiyor ve burası da karşılıyordu. Kahire'de bu ücrete bu temizliği ve konforu sağlayan yer bulmak da maalesef zor. Ek olarak otel konum olarak her yere yakın, direkt meydanda ve ana caddede, hayat gece bayağı aktif. Gelecek arkadaşlara gönül rahatlığıyla öneririm.

The breakfast was complete and good, the location was excellent for my travel plans. Given the hotel's location's ability to sleep, the massive curtains muffled the street noise and early sunlight.

I arrived at the hotel on 16.04 at around 3:00 at night and I had to pay extra for midnight. So the 16th starts at 12:00 at night. I had paid for the hotel from 16.04 to 24.04. On the 24th I only used the hotel for 2 hours because I checked out at 2 in the morning. So why did I have to pay extra? And considering the reservation time, I did not exceed it. This is unfair to a foreign customer. The shower room was missing a glass door to prevent water from splashing all over the floor.

1 haftalık Mısır tatilimiz için ilk gecemizi burada geçirdik. ihtiyacımız olan her şey için çok yardımcı olundu. kahvaltı odaya geliyor ve gayet yeterliydi. Gece uyumak kolay gürültü çok duyulmuyor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara ise destekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz, Mısır’a gelmeden önce ve geldiğimizde her sorumu içtenlikle cevapladılar. Tatilimizin devamında ise burada yeniden konaklayacağız.

Excellent locations and options. Othervise a budget option comfort, but functional.

Toilet floor was floody and in turn dirty all my stay (3 days) (maybe leak from shower room, but not sure). I told about it at the reception, didn't change anything.

It is really good location. It's directly in the city center and everything is close!

The hotel is in downtown, so it was easy for us to walk around the city. There is access to the metro in only a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was served in the room and was delicious.

La cosa che ho apprezzato della struttura é la sua posizione nel cuore del quartiere Downtown del Cairo. É super centrale e comoda per raggiungere sia l’aeroporto, sia le piramidi. Consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare nel cuore del Cairo per vivere una vera esperienza locale. Il personale dell’hotel é stato super disponibile: mi riferisco a Sama, receptionist, super brava con l’inglese e super disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento va anche a Mohamed che ci ha portato i bagagli e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. La nostra camera era tripla ma ci hanno fatto l’upgrade a quadrupla, super gentili. Abbiamo ordinato la cena in camera visto che alle 9 chiudevano tutti i ristoranti e Sama si é occupata di tutto. L’hotel mette a disposizione servizio navetta per l’aeroporto e diverse attività con tour locali, molto carine. Infine, una cosa da assolutamente non sottovalutare sono le finestre con vetri spessi, ci hanno permesso di dormire bene durante la notte visto e considerato che eravamo nel cuore del Cairo.

Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato pulito ma la tavoletta non perfetta. Per questo ho messo un pelino di meno per la pulizia, ma a livello di pulizia generale, direi molto buono.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est très propre et qui est situé sur une place avec beaucoup de commerces. Un petit déjeuner copieux est servi. Le personnel est au petit soins en particulier Donia qui a eu plein d’attention et fait en sorte que je sois à l’aise pendant mon séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Downtown Cairo. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the street, which added to the overall atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. We would especially like to mention Sama, who was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay — her support made a real difference. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cairo.

What made the experience even more special was the amazing staff; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would like to give a special thank you to Sama and Ali Waleed for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication — they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was served directly to the room and every morning we got expired yogurt. One morning even the cheese was brown. They didn't clean the room even once during our stay.

I visited with a friend and found it to be affordable, comfortable, and well-located, with exceptionally friendly staff.

We had to request that breakfast be brought to the room, and it sometimes took up to an hour. We also did not receive any housekeeping service during our stay.

Ducha quente, cama e edredon macios e dos funcionários atenciosos.

O prédio onde o hotel está é um pouco abandonado e quando você chega assusta, inclusive o elevador não tem porta quando sobe/desce. O barulho a noite de portas abrindo e fechando, carros na rua, gatos miando vai até muito tarde e pode ser ouvido tudo no quarto. Se for sua primeira vez no Cairo, a localização pode assustar, porque é bem no centro com muito comércio ao redor e trânsito sem fim. Eu não recomendo para mulher sozinha e crianças.

Staff was good

It took us 1.5 hour to find the place- name board is very small- almost non existent. Breakfast options are bad, especially since they will only give you 2-3 limited options sent to your room (1 per person). Breakfast hours are also bad- as they only have 1 staff. Parking options are just terrible. I wish they would have mentioned clearly that it’s not secured parking. We don’t get the room we booked (got the downgraded room).

Super établissement, rapport qualité-prix imbattable, la chambre était incroyablement confortable, moderne, le lit royal j'ai super bien dormi. Le personnel à la réception était super gentil et arrangeant, j'espère que le responsable est conscient du bon travail que fait son équipe d'ailleurs :) Le petit dejeuner est servi en chambre, très agréable. La localisation centrale est super, bien que sur une place énormement animée et passante, j'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit. L'accueil est flexible et la communication est super, l'hotel est facile à trouver !

立派も市内中心部で様々なところへのアクセスが非常にしやすい。お値段も良心的で、スタッフも親切だった。

The people were very nice and knowledgeable. Sama was especially helpful to us! She let us know a great place to eat the local's favorite food and it was the best! It would have been tragic to have left Cairo without experiencing this place! Thank you, Sama!!!! :)

入住是在6樓，有專屬電梯，非常熱鬧，櫃台的服務人員很nice，退房後也可以免費寄放行李，房間很棒很舒服，早上叫車也都順利，附近很多吃的，整體來說超棒

The breakfast was simple, but overall tasty. The staff working at the hotel are wonderful, very attentive and kind people. I particularly appreciated that the manager was willing to reimburse me in cash for one night when I checked out earlier. I thought that was responsible and empathetic. The location of the hotel is close to everything in downtown Cairo.

Our room was very small and quite tight for three people. It is also extremely noisy in the area, with traffic, people shouting in the night, etc.,so if you stay here, you should be prepared for that.

도착 시간이 계속 바뀜에도 괜찮다며, 언제든지 환영한다고 하며 마음을 편하게 해줬습니다^^ 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 방도 깨끗했습니다~ 편하게 잘쉬다 왔습니다^^

호텔의 이유 보단 주변이 식당가라 밤 늦게까지 시끄러워요~ 참고로 전 어디서든 잘자는 타입이라 아무문제 없었습이니다^^

이번 여행에서 총 세번 숙박했는데, 세번 다 직원들이 너무너무 친절했고 숙박도 편안했습니다^^ 이집트의 좋은 기억만 가지고 돌아갑니다!!!
