Franchement un des meilleurs homestays qu'on ait fait au Vietnam. Un excellent accueil. Les propriétaires sont généreux, très gentils et aidant malgré la barrière de la langue. Ils proposent régulièrement une tasse de thé, des gateaux, des fruits... Nous sommes arrivés en avance avec notre bus de nuit, vers 6h du matin et ils nous ont bien accueilli avec possibilité de laisser les bagages pour la journée. Les chambres sont confortables et propre. Le logement est bien situé, proche des lieux d'intérêt. Je recommande fortement cet homestay !

Initially booked for 2 nights at their Double Room then we extended another night. Pros: - Located in a quiet neighbourhood of the town centre. - Central market, shops, and restaurants are nearby easily accessible by foot. - Spacious, quietness, and cleanliness of the accommodation, with access to the balcony. - both uncle and aunty were very cute offering artichoke tea, snacks, and fruits. - host was friendly and responsive Thank you for hosting us. Highly recommend this place.

Очень удобное расположение, все рядом . Красивый вид с балкона . А самое важное это очень приветливые хозяева , улыбчивые и добрые люди . Только из-за них можно возвращаться в отель ) Угощают чаем из артишоков и сухофруктами ) Соотношение цена качество идеально подходит 👌 Так что рекомендую ребята , отличный отель 😊

Friendliest, most generous family! We were offered tea and snacks every time we came downstairs and were made to feel very welcome. Good location and amazing value for money. Càm ón cô!!

Beds are quite hard and can hear a dog barking at night and in the morning but not much of an issue.

Excellent location in Da Lat with some of the best hospitality we have ever received. Tea, water, fruits, sweets, snacks constantly avaliable to the host’s greatest pleasure. We felt so at home here and we sad we couldn’t stay longer. A beautiful home and a beautiful family. Thank you so much.

Très bel endroit où séjourner à Da Lat. La chambre était grande et propre et très bien située. Nous y étions pendant le Tet et c’était une magnifique expérience!! Nous avons eu droit à de la nourriture et une journée mémorable pour fêter la nouvelle année lunaire!! Merci beaucoup à toute la famille pour l’accueil! :)

Отель находится в центре Далата,рядом рынок,но очень тихо.Чистый,уютный номер.Хороший напор горячей воды.А самое главное-изумительные хозяева.Всем помогут,если надо.Угощают чаем и вкусностями.Мы обязательно вернёмся в этот отель.

L'accueil était particulièrement chaleureux avec le thé et des petits gateaux. L'emplacement est légèrement excentré de toute les commodités ce qui permet d'être au calme et d'aller ou on veut en 10 min maximum. Il y avait de l'eau gratuite a disposition ce qui est un plus. La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Staff were very friendly. They welcomed me with cake, tea, and fruit. Location is OK, fairly central, though you have to walk up a steep hill to get to the guesthouse. Huge bottle of water in the balcony, free for all the guests and fruit available at reception throughout my stay.

The bathroom floor was a problem in the room I was given, once you had a shower all the water stayed there, it formed a kind of pool, and would stay there for over 15-18 hours. This meant you had to 'swim' through this pool of water every time you needed the toilet. Minibar was also out of action in my room.

We had an amazing stay here and appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the hosts, who looked after us with plenty of tea and biscuits and let us check in very early after our early night bus. The room was simple but comfortable, with decent and cheap scooter hire available, gorgeous views from the shared balcony and a really convenient location for exploring Dalat.

Friendly family own homestay

No shade on the window

It was located in a fun part of town. Close enough to walk around but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. They took me to the crazy waterfall and helped me get my bike repaired really quickly and inexpensively. They made me a lovely dinner and I sat up with the dad drinking beer and laughing. In the morning he took me to his favourite coffee shop and refused to let me pay. Luckily I hid some cash around the house to pay for the dinner. They were the most fun hosts and I have been staying in Guesthouses every night for 6 weeks.

The staff was very welcoming and just amazing! ❤️ Everything was clean, the room was spacious & cozy, comfortable bed, hot water, good AC, nice view on the city, great price. The best place to stay at!

The owner was really nice and kept offering us biscuits and tea. She doesn’t speak English but with translator we got by and she was always very smiley. She also was understanding when we asked to leave early in the morning to see the sunrise and got up to open the door. (Ask the day before) The room was well equipped and the terrace had a good view also.

There was a noise at night which we couldn’t figure out where it came from that sounded like heavy rain but it wasn’t that.

The hosts go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Always trying to help in an authentic and humble manner. We loved the view from the top floor and and the home atmosphere.

The amenities are simple but good. One might find the steep incline from the street through a narrow alley cumbersome but we enjoyed the extra opportunity to exercise.

The owner and her family were so welcoming, kind and nice to us! Also the guesthouse is really close to the center and the room was nice and cozy!

The room is simple but very comfortable and clean. The owners and family are the loveliest people and gave us lots of food and tea. The location is ideal as it is back from the main road so nice and quiet. We really loved our stay here.

Not a problem for us, but some may find the mattress too firm. Also anyone with mobility issues may find the walk to the property difficult as it’s up a short steep alley.

I recommend it, the place is spacious, clean, has good lighting. And the owners are super attentive, you feel at home. I would go back without hesitation.❤️🇻🇳

Location is good, easy to get around by foot. They also have scooter for hire. I am warmly welcomed and they’re genuinely friendly. Glad I find this place, they’re the nicest people I meet in Vietnam. The room is clean and comfortable.

Our room was slightly small for four persons.

The family were so kind and one of the reasons I choose this homestay. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Nice shared balcony area which has water dispenser and snacks. Good location walking distance to central.

-Beds were very firm - was ok for my partner but I found it too firm. Something to be mindful of when booking. -property up short steep hill. I found this ok but some might struggle.

The room was very comfortable and sufficient for what I needed. It was very central and we were able to easily walk for food and drinks. Like other reviewers the absolute best part of the stay is the wonderful husband and wife that run the place. They are so helpful and generous and happy to do anything to make your stay comfortable. They greeted us with tea, cake, biscuits and fruit and offered us more each time we saw them.

The alley leading to the place is a little difficult to find.

The sweetest host we have ever met. Gave us an early check in after a sleeper bus (7am) and we were welcomed with tea and snacks. The location was good, close to the night marked.

A bit noisy, but didn’t bother us

Everything! This is truly the best homestay I've stayed at in the 4 months I've been traveling! The owners are so sweet, and when you check in, they greet you with a bunch of snacks and tea. The rooms are so clean and spacious. It's super affordable, and if you're thinking of staying anywhere else, just don't. Stay here and feel the love from this family ❤️

It was really great stay. To welcome we got a lot of snacks and tea. Rooms are very good equipment and clean. We got also help with communication with bus driver. Great people and amazing atmosphere!!

Everything was good. Location was convenient, close to city center. The women who run the place is nice. She offered tea and biscuits on arrival which is very nice.

The man who run the place wasn’t very nice when I woke him up to open the main door at 6am. You could tell he was angry at me. However guests should be able to come and go as they please.

No soundproofing: the windows are very cheap and don't block noise from the outside. There was constant dog barking at night, and I could only sleep 30min here and there. Exhausting. A good night of sleep is N#1 priority when going to a hotel. Something needs to be done about this issue.

The sweetest owners we have ever met. Did not speak english, but tried to do everything they could, so that it was a nice stay for us.

The room was pretty cold, especially at night.
