Everything was amazing. Paid only £12 per night for a super comfortable room, extremely clean and the nicest possible staff. If you’re looking for an affordable place in da lat, 10-15 min walk from everything I highly recommend staying here

Communication with host was great before arrival and during stay. Host was very responsive and helped in arranging cab to airport.

Mình thuê phòng 2 giường, phòng rộng rãi, có tivi khu vực bếp và bàn ăn phù hợp cho gia đình nhỏ và nhóm bạn. Rất hài lòng vì chị chủ dễ thương, hỗ trợ và home cũng ấm cúng, tiện đi lại. Nhưng phòng của mình đi mùa hè hơi nóng ngộp 1 chút nếu là mùa đông sẽ rất hợp lí. Nhưng k sao, có quạt + thời tiết ĐL nên ko là vấn đề

Spacious room with a large bed, fridge and tv. Great location only a few minutes from the lake, and a walkable distance from most food options and shops in the centre of Da Lat. Staff were helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early, and kept us updated through both the booking.com app and WhatsApp.

As with most places we have found in Vietnam, the bathroom featured a walk-in shower/wet room, but due to the design of the shower door and location of the drain, the bathroom often would not drain well after a shower. Also the balcony was very small but this wasn’t a big issue for us

The apartment was in a very good location, close to the city center while being sufficiently away from the traffic-heavy main roads, so it was quiet. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and many convenience stores within walking distance. The room was large with good furniture and the room was well laid out. There was a kitchen and a full size fridge, along with a good size table and several chairs to work on a laptop remotely. The staff was very friendly and quickly responded to any requests or questions.

Just be aware that there is no elevator in the apartment, but the staff helped guests with bringing their luggage to their rooms on the upper floors. If staying on the first floor, an elevator is not needed. There is some construction happening on the same block as the apartment so there may be construction noise, but we only heard it during regular business hours and did not hear any noise at night.

Great location, very quiet but in the centre. The room was very clean and felt cozy.

The mattress wasn't good. There was no air conditioner, but it's not so hot in Da Lat, so it's ok.

Staff were friendly and able to help with our requests. We were able to get our washing done and rent a moped.

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. We arrived at around 5:30am after an overnight bus and were kindly allowed to check in straight away. On the day we left, they also let us use a shower after check-out before our evening sleeper bus. We also rented a scooter from the property at a very reasonable price.

Отличное расположение, в самом центре города, было удобно везде добираться, рядом ночной рынок. Невероятно отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, помогали по всем вопросам. Очень чистый, уютный номер, со всем необходимым. Превзошел мои ожидания, однозначно рекомендую!

My partner and I stayed here the week before Tet holiday and honestly, it was such a win. The owner and staff gave us a really warm welcome right from the start! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean the room was - literally every corner was spotless. The layout is smart, so even though the room is a decent size, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The room we booked also has a small balcony looking over the street (the neighborhood is actually really clean and quiet). The bed and blanket were super comfy, we slept like babies! Huge plus: the hot water is strong and consistent since they have their own heater. They’ve thought of everything - full amenities, tea, coffee, and even a fan that we didn't end up needing. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s a quiet area but only a 3-minute walk to Xuan Huong Lake and the central market, with some great coffee shops just a minute away. We enjoyed our stay so much we actually forgot to take any photos! Will definitely be back next time we're in Da Lat.

Интернет для видеосвязи работал слабо, но достаточно хорошо если просто смотреть видео.

Super clean room, extra fresh smelling linens. Very accommodating staff let us check in early on our arrival. They also let us store our bags after we checked out. Close to the lake, only 10 minute walk to the central market. The are great places for food and coffee very close. One street over there is a Winmart and Kmark (imports, mostly Korean) which are great for picking up snacks, drinks and other essentials.

We had the attic room which was nice but a little small. If I were to stay again, I would upgrade booked one of the bigger rooms.

This was the best hotel/home stay I been to in Vietnam The family who own/ run the property are amazing. The done my laundry and my clothes smelt amazing. They go above and beyond to help with any issues I had. The woman on the front desk even carried my bag to the bus and it was very heavy. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean with lots of drinks and even noodles in mini bar. I know they are hundreds of hotels in this area but I wouldn’t go to any other hotel after staying here. If I ever return I will 100% come back to this hotel. I can’t remember my room I think I was 301/302/303 one of those rooms so from the bottom of my heart I want to thank all the staff who work at this hotel/ home stay for making my time here so special

It was in a very good area and easy to walk to the night market and lake. The hotel is new and a couple of minor issues I pointed out to the manager who was happy to hear about them and agreed they were easy fixes. The lady selling macaroni soup down the street has an excellent product for cheap. Thank you. I stayed 5 days.

Дёшево. В номере чисто, постельное бельё чистое и ароматное. Встретили приветливо, бесплатная стоянка для мотобайка. Есть холодильник. Рядом кафе и продуктовый магазинчик, рядом озеро для прогулок.
