Beautiful renovated building in the city center. There is a private parking lot nearby and there is a bike corner for storing bike(s).

The rooms were noisy especially due to a loud calling neighbor.

Leuk appartement met goede airco vlakbij centrum Ieper. Ook heel vriendelijke gastheer die ons goede tips gaf.

Spijtig dat je het dakraam niet kon verduisteren en de fietsenruimte lijkt wat klein voor het aantal gasten. Moesten onze fietsen er echt in tussen proppen.

Kleine zaken zoals peper, zout, koffie/thee mochten aanwezig zijn. Evenals meer toiletpapier.

Tolle Lage der Unterkunft, in zwei Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum mit tollen Cafes und Lokalen. Den PKW konnte man in einem durch ein Stahltor gesicherten Parkplatz abstellen. Um das Tor zu öffnen bekommt man eine Fernbedienung. Von der Unterkunft in drei Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Umgebung trotz Zentrumsnähe ruhig. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Everything was there. It was perfect. The man came promptly when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. He showed us around, & was really nice & helpful.

Very close to centre of Ypres, air conditioning was brilliant as it was over 30 when we stayed. Bed comfortable. Secure parking was an added bonus. We didn’t use the kitchen as ate out but seemed to have everything you would need

Would really have liked a screen or something over the skylight (ceiling window) in the kitchen area as it was so bright from dawn when the sun rose in the morning when still trying to sleep.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the large size hand towels too. Parking space was great. Bathroom was very nice. Lift. The host Bernard was very helpful and kind.

Next room’s noise/voices were a little annoying especially at the bed time. Also could do with some more spare toilet rolls. Also small dustpan and brush for us to keep the room clean.

Well appointed clean and comfortable apartment with all conveniences thought of. Location is excellent. Clear and prompt communication from the host.

Need a blind on sky light

We stayed here over a few days to explore Ypres and went to Bruges on the train, and it was the most fantastic find! The host was amazing, super informative, really helpful. The apartment is finished to a really high standard, and was spotlessly clean!! The location was amazing too, just a short 3/4 min walk into the main square and about 10 minutes from the train station. We drove, and we were provided with a Blue Badge for parking which was great, but also has a secure car park about 2 minutes away from the property. This was brilliant, and worked really well for us. The area around the apartment felt really safe, clean, and all of the locals were very friendly. I would recommend Cozy Flats to anybody visiting Ypres!

Great location and the apartment was well appointed. The lift was handy.

I am not sure if all of the decorations are required. Pillows could also be better.

The communication from the host was brilliant. The location is great for the centre but also for exploring History in the area. The level of cleanliness was also good and the private parking was a bonus!

The sky light could do with a blind. It wasn't too bad as we visited in April. The noise from next door was also quite loud.

The apartment was very clean, nice little touches with ornaments and accessories, plenty of crockery great location for getting around, useful local information and history

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartement mit zentraler Lage. Der Parkplatz lag nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Ypern. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very friendly and helpful host. Private parking. Flat was perfectly equipped and clean. Having a lift meant we had no issues transporting luggage to the second floor.

The property gives you everything that you would want from a place to stay. The apartment & building are finished to a high standard & everything is spotlessly clean. Modern lift, secure parking & bike store to place your bikes were an added bonus. The proprietor Bernard is a charming man who communicates everything clearly & effortlessly to make your stay as comfortable as possible .

Place was equipped with all necessities. Host was friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, beautiful and cozy; it is situated close to the centre of the town which makes it extremely comfortable to walk to the most important places and tourist attractions, shops, etc.

The apartment was clean, really comfortable and perfect for exploring Ypres and the Ypres salient. Our host Bernard was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Quite honestly we found everything to our satisfaction.

Nice size and a good price, close to the centre of town and transport links, small (but expensive) supermarket nearby. Very friendly host and check in process was easy. Apartment is well equipped, but a few extras would be a good idea for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom

Be aware that the room on the ground floor at the front of the property is very noisy as it's next to a busy road with a bus route. Traffic starts at around 7am. It was ok for me, but not good if you're sensitive to noise. It's quiet at night as only a few cars pass by. In general though, the property is nice although a few extras (dishwasher tablets, iron and ironing board, teabags etc) would be a good addition for a self catering holiday apartment.

Mooi nieuw appartement met alle mod coms. Zoals airco, inloopdouche, tv met veel zenders. Goed bed maar wel smal. Afgesloten parking in de buurt is super! De lift is erg handig voor de bagage.

De bank en de stoel waren niet plezierig om op te zitten. Vrij veel herrie van de weg door de kasseien straat, maar met het raam dicht is dit niet echt hinderlijk.

The flats are all new for 2025 and were spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bernard was a charming and helpful host who we met when we arrived. There is a lift to the upper floors. They are located just a short walk from the centre of Ypres with all of it's history and restaurants. There is a small Spar just along the road (well stocked but expensive), Aldi is a long walk or a short car journey. The private parking (3 or 4 minutes walk away) is very good as the whole of the central area is two hour permit (Bernard provides one) or pay and display. The main road along the front is busy until early evening but pretty quiet at night. Overall an excellent stay in a beautiful town.

Lovely, just lovely accommodation. There is everything you need. Close to the town centre, shops etc. The owner is a very nice gentleman.

It was in an excellent location. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could ask for to make the stay enjoyable.

Skylight was unable to be covered. Made sleeping difficult due to daylight from very early morning. Also provide maybe some essentials like dishwasher tabs, tea bags/coffee, sugar.

Location is perfect and the amenities outstanding quality. Value far beyond the price.

Possible to hear other apartments in building, not bad but noticeable.

The free secure parking nearby was a bonus. Everything inside the apartment looked new and it was 100% clean. Everything worked as it should. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances.

Place was clean and well appointed - but the television screen was broken so there was no tv for the 4 days we were there. Bernhard was a cheerful and welcoming concierge who came straight over when I reported that the tv would not go on. Clear booklet of instructions.

No working tv. Too many plastic flowers. Having come from a property in France where we had no 'free wifi' for 21 days (which was promised) but a good tv we came to Belgium to find free wifi but no working tv. For people of our age, especially when there is a Euro footy tournament that was a blow.
