One of the best and clean Hotel in Casablanca.

Fuimos un grupo de 5 habitaciones y al que no le tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación porque estaba infestado de hormigas, se les hacía un lago por lo que goteaba el aire acondicionado. Las fotos de los espacios comunes se ven bonitas, pero le falta mantenimiento en todas las áreas. No dispone ni de área para aparcar el coche para descargar las maletas, tienes que cortar la circulación. NO VAYAIS a este hotel.

No parking, poor water pressure that was constantly moaning, lack of ironing board, kettle, bathroom toiletries, 200 tv channels without a single one in english.

Chambre non prête à 15h. Donc nouvelle chambre pas fini. Climatiseur ne fonctionne pas. Électricité salle de bain dangereuse. Monsieur à l'accueil très désagréable gardant les passeports en caution. À fuir à tous prix.

Rien n'est appréciable. Une nuit dans climatisation, une porte avec un trou de serrure de 2cm de diamètre, une salle de bain vétuste. Un lit 2 places avec un matelas trop vieux. Nous avons dormi dans 2 les différents... un cauchemars...

Prisen taget i betragtning, så var der ingen value for money. Virkelig slidt og fattigt hotel, som bestemt ikke havde fokus på god rengøring og frisk morgenmad.

Seemed a bit neglected. There were signs advertising the restaurant times for lunch... They were not serving lunch.

Los botones son un poco invasivos. Supongo que por la cultura. Prácticamente arrancharon las maletas para llevarlas a la habitación.

It was absolutely beautiful, it looked exactly as pictured, and it was very clean. There was ample space for a family of four in our suite. The staff were also kind. Air conditioning worked great!

We had water problems every night when we were ready to shower. There would either be no warm water or literally no water running at all. By the time we were ready to shower each night the person who could fix the issue would already be gone.

II was disappointed with the welcome during our group stay. Apart from the porter who was kind, the rest of the staff was not up to standard. The manager at reception, *Mr. Said*, made me wait 10 minutes to answer a question while looking at his messages. In the morning, when I arrived with my group, he was at reception and didn’t even greet us. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. The hotel urgently needs customer service training. The atmosphere in the hotel is not pleasant, and you don’t feel comfortable there. L'emplacement est proche de la Médina.

L'eau chaude se coupait pendant la douche. Nous avons retrouvé un cafard dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas fini notre nuit là-bas. Nous sommes partis dans la nuit. Et lorsque nous l'avons expliqué au monsieur de la réception il a ri. Vraiment nous déconseillons cette adresse.

Lots of traffic but rooms were not noisy

الموقع قريب من محطة البيضاء المسافرين حوالي 400 متر فقط والمنطقة امنه ويوجد بالقرب منها المدينه القديمة 4 دقائق بالسيارة وقريب من سوبر ماركت مرجان 2 دقيقه مشي فقط ومطاعم ومسجد قريب في الجهه الشمالية حوالي 180 متر

غرف الفندق ضيقة ويجب عليك انت تختبر المكيفات قبل المبيت اذا كنت مسافر في فصل الصيف والافطار ضغيف وغير متنوع

It’s stunningly decorated - really an old house with glorious tiles, carving, painting, etc and very thoughtful staff

That was our first stay in Morocco and we immediately got a Moroccan old vibe like we were in a movie, we liked the decor and the elevators, doors to the rooms,.. We definitely liked it. The beds were very comfortable, we had all the things we needed. The service was welcoming, helpful and noble - I'd like to add. We felt ourselves noble with it. Breakfast was rich with everything to fulfill any needs. The location is also quite good to rich to the main points. Thank you. I'd definitely like to stay there again.

Difficile trovare una nota positiva, forse la struttura anni ma tanti anni fa era anche importante, oggi è decadente e mal gestita. Camere poco pulite, sportelli nel muro al bagno che si staccano a guardarli, doccia mezza rotta, colazione mediocre a un costo assurdo, ho chiesto alla reception di chiamare un ristorante non parlando francese, ha fatto il numero e mi ha passato la cornetta...argh

The staff was friendly and helpful, also the location was just right for me staying for one night. The decor was pure Morrocan, it even has a fez wearing concierge. However, the suite needs a little TLC and the shower is a bit hit and miss.. Overall I cannot grumble for the price I paid, and yes, I would stay there again.

The bathroom could do with updating as the shower leaks a lot of water rendering the tiled floor very slippy.

It's in a good location and close to everything. The receptionist, Ms. Imane, was very helpful and friendly. I thank her.

The rooms need renovation. Breakfast is mediocre. Sufficient for a one-night stay.

Единственное, что есть нормальное в этом отеле - расположение в самом центре города.

Отель получил оплату картой при заселении, а потом снова снял её, когда я вернулся домой. На запрос развели руками - мол у нас только одна оплата. Разбирайтесь сами. Добавим к этому постоянное отсутствие горячей воды и слабый напор воды, плохие матрасы и вид на «помойку» в окне. Короче, не надо сюда ехать

Waren nur zwei Nächte da, konnten zum Glück spät einchecken. Es war alles so weit in Ordnung, WLAN war ganz gut, alles sauber und ordentlich. Von dort aus sind wir gut in die Stadt gekommen, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Taxi

Es gab leider zwei Einzelbetten und nicht wie gebucht ein Doppelbett, man hat beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt weil der Vorhang so kurz war. Allgemein war das Hotel oke aber nicht herausragend.

We had a wonderful stay of several days at this hotel. Everything was truly high-quality and pleasant. The room was prepared for check-in in a timely and efficient manner: everything was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. Demande à être rénové ! Ça sent le moisi ! On n’a pas pu y séjourner ! On est parti !

Cet établissement est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Jeune fille a l’accueil très gentille et agréable. La chambre est bien.

Nous avons demandé une petite serviette en plus de la grande qui était dans la chambre mais ça été refusé. L’état de la salle de bain n’est vraiment pas top. Receveur bruyant, aucune place pour poser ses affaires. Nous avons donné une robe au nettoyage et elle a été perdue.

A személyzet a recepción mogorva volt és nem túl segítő kész. Viszont a bácsi a portán mindent feletetett. Kedves és figyelmes volt

The breakfast staff and breakfast itself were great. The decor was suitably old school. Location fine

Every thing was tired. Bedroom was just about ok but ensuite was barely held together and hot water was only if you’re lucky. The wall safe in the bedroom was non functioning, the in room fridge was a bonus.

It was a brilliant ,walking location to Medina & train station .

It was a bit tired & old . There was black mould on the walls & ceiling above & around the beds . The bathrooms had no shower curtain so the water splashed into the bathroom floor with no drainage . The aircon in room 1 didn’t work well. The staff had no problem to give us another room .

Indrukwekende hotel met een vriendelijke personeel. Een ontbijt buffet is zeker aan te raden.

De nacht reseptionist was kortaf en was niet echt gastvrij en behulpzaam.

I was very disappointed and very surprised to discover a religious text , a book of about 30 pages , in the room drawer. It reported to be proof that God exist, and that atheism is wrong.. written by no other than the director of the Hotel chain that this hotel is part of and seems to have been placed in every room in all of their hotels. This is very offputting.. even offensive. I do not want a Hotel preaching to me about any Religion.. I refer my hospitality vendors to be Secular. To not imply, support prefer or preach any religion at all.. I will avoid this Hotel in the future on this reason..

Le personnel est charmant, l’accueil était parfait. La chambre était suffisamment grande ainsi que le lit. Bon petit déjeuné le matin, un cuisinier vous prépare même une omelette selon vos choix. L’emplacement est génial, juste devant l’arrêt du tram et non loin de l’arrêt Casa-port pour la liaison avec l’aéroport. Je recommande cette adresse.

Juste la douche qui éclabousse le sol mais ce n’est pas trop grave

Hotel di gran classe a un prezzo ottimo in una posizione fantastica. Il personale è molto gentile e soprattutto la colazione era da hotel 5 stelle... Consigliatissimo

It was near the port, and the rooms were spacious with good water pressure. Easy walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. Nicely decorated

It is in need of updating and the shower and lights were in need of repair and it seemed very dark. The breakast was limited in savoury options even though there was a large selection of cake options. Admin never responded to messages.

Recepcionistas muitos gentis. Nos serviram chá de menta e bolachinhas na chegada. Pudemos escolher o quarto. Decoração bem marroquina (meus filhos amaram). Toalhas e wc ok. Café da manhã excelente.

Não tinha estacionamento perto. Tivemos que parar na rua ao lado e pagar a vaga para o cuidador de carros amigo deles.

La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale car près de la gare et des lieux touristiques. L'hôtel est calme, propre et le personnel accueillant et arrangeant, notamment pour le gardiennage des valises. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très bon, beaucoup de choix européen ou marocain.

Il y a quelques problèmes d'eau chaude dans notre chambre qui ont été réglé assez rapidement mais un peu embêtant tout de même. Un livret de prosélytisme religieux était disposé dans notre chambre, ce qui nous a un peu étonnée et heurtée.
