The staff were very well trained in customer service. Nothing was a problem. They had a solution or a suggestion for our needs.

The hotel has seen better days, having said that, their service makes up for the wear and tear of the property.

El hotel era viejo. Retienen los pasaportes más de lo debido. Había una señora en recepción que estaba hablando constantemente por su teléfono móvil, luego te atiende a la vez que habla por su teléfono móvil, y no atendía a los clientes, y se sentaba en una mesa fuera del mostrador de recepción. El hotel era muy ruidoso por la noche.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is located close to the train station Casa Port which was useful

The check in took some time, 3 people were in charge for it, everyone doing just a small part while one person threw my passport recklessly to his colleague as if he didn't care if it would land on the ground There were very loud noises in the room above mine, as if there was a construction going on (sounds like a drill machine, moving furniture and stuff like that) in the middle of the night ?? After I called the receptionist it became quiet but the next night some noises returned Although the room was cleaned well, there was some mold on the ceiling right under the air conditioner. Also the shower had stains. The WiFi often didn't work well

Temizlik çok kötü, özellikle havlular çok pis ve lekeli lekeli , keza çarşaflar lekeli ve temiz değildi , banyo ve odadaki koku hiç hoş değildi, kahvaltı çok kötü ve yersiz , hiç bir peynir çeşidi yoktu , domates hiç bir sabah yok, Yani hiç bir dört yıldıza yakışmayan kahvaltı ,

The a/c wasn’t working, even when the staff pretended like they are addressing the issue - nothing changed, it was extremely hot and muggy in the room

Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable. La habitación era enorme, muy amplia y limpia, con cama grande, armario, sofá... Y al ser un piso alto teníamos vistas a toda la ciudad. El desayuno delicioso, era tipo buffet y tenían muchas opciones. ¡Todo maravilloso!

Room was small

Worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Kept awake by noisy guests shouting at midnight. Noise from traffic cars sounding horns all night. Guests moving furniture through the night. Dinner mediocre. Rooms huge but not very clean. Rain shower not working. We actually asked for a quiet room at check in to be told all rooms are quiet! We were given a room at check in with a guest in bed who we awoke on entering. Avoid this hotel. We were allocated this room as part of a tour. I will be requesting a refund.

Het was een goede locatie, zijstraat van een hoofdbaan. Dichtbij voldoende eettentjes. We werden meteen met de parking en garage geholpen door het personeel. De betaling verliep vlot en de uitleg was duidelijk. Dankjewel, Saïd!

Отель находится рядом со станцией CTM. Для нас это было важно, т.к. ранним утром выезжали в другой город и не пришлось возиться с такси.

В номере присутствовал странный запах. Не очень понятно, откуда он. Но был тяжёлым. На одну ночь не страшно. Дольше- ощущался бы дискомфорт.

Hotel location was very good - easy to reach from the airport and walkable distance from everything.

Room was outdated, especially bathroom.

Bel hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité / prix. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Situé dans un bon quartier à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La salle de sport est assez complète !

Deux petits points "négatifs" : - le prix des soins proposés est assez élevé - le mobilier et les installations mériteraient une petite rénovation (la douche, l'ascenseur...)

Ein schönes modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Für eine Nacht war es gut. Riesige Zimmer.

Bespaar uzelf de spijt, Er zijn genoeg andere hotels in Casablanca die hun gasten respecteren en de juiste hygiëne handhaven. Diwan Casablanca hoort daar niet bij.

I was a bit worried when I heard that my our had booked this hotel because of the negative review. But this proved to be unfounded. What we liked: *From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Shoutout to Melika from housekeeping who went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. *Our room was quite large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We really like the banquette by the window and the nice view. There was also a nice array of complementary toiletries and big bath towels in the bathroom. If you are plus size, towels that completely wrap around your body are a wonderful thing. *We had the buffet at the hotel’s restaurant as we were meeting our tour group and it was delicious with something for pretty much every taste. *We also had the buffet breakfast and the food was abundant, varied, and tasty. We especially appreciated the made to order omelettes, the msemmen, and the hot milk for our coffee. *The hotel is conveniently located and there is a small Carrefour supermarket up the street for snacks and other items. The hotel is also very close to the Central Market and restaurants. What could be improved: *The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but that’s pretty subjective.

Hotel Diwan este amplasat in centru. Raportul pret/calitate este excelent. Cina a fost ok, dar fiind Ramadan a fost putina lume. Micul dejun cam saracacios. Camerele mari si foarte mari, curate cu tot ce la trebuie. A fost bine. Multumesc!

The price is good however the place really needs air conditioning. The 10th floor was stifling. Good location though.

Dit hotel biedt een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en is een prima keuze als je het centrum van Casablanca en de omliggende bezienswaardigheden wilt verkennen. De locatie is gunstig genoeg om veel plekken gemakkelijk te bereiken, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Een minpunt was de verwarring rondom het ontbijt. Bij aankomst werd aangegeven dat kinderen gratis konden ontbijten, maar de volgende dag moesten we hier toch voor betalen. Dit was voor ons verrassend, aangezien we in Marokko nog niet eerder hebben meegemaakt dat er voor kinderen ontbijtkosten worden gerekend. Daar staat tegenover dat het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Een mooi gebaar was dat we zelfs na sluitingstijd nog gebruik mochten maken van de fitnessruimte, wat we erg hebben gewaardeerd. Al met al een prettig verblijf met enkele aandachtspunten, maar zeker een hotel dat het overwegen waard is.

El hotel está muy bien, ubicado en una zona en la que cerca hay restaurantes y heladerías y con parada de autobús cercana. El desayuno fue espectacular.

Aunque está bien ubicado hay muchos niños en situación de calle y con malos hábitos lo cual hace que la noche sea un poco complica.

Les équipements sont assez sommaires (quand on est arrivé, on n'avait pas de tapis de bain, pas de verres pour se brosser les dents. Ni de verres pour boire). Assez bruyant avec les bruits de voitures dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner est moyen: le café est imbuvable. Les personnels du restaurant ne sont pas toujours aimables. En revanche, les personnels de l'accueil sont très aimables et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est assez vétuste.

所在地周边都是酒店集中地，作为当地四星酒店整体装修以现代风格为主，卫生情况过得去，有一个270°的三面连通阳台，视野较好，洗手间和冲凉房干湿分离成独立两个房间，但入住房间的冲凉房在冲凉时出现渗水情况，一定程度影响入住体验，斋戒月期间西式自助早餐品种较少，填饱肚子是可以的；另外酒店对出街道可以免费停车，斜对面是CTM巴士站（Rue Léon l'Africain, Casablanca），距离默罕默德五世广场1.2公里

O atendimento da concierge foi excelente. Todos os funcionários bastante prestativos. O quarto espaçoso e muito confortável. Banheiro grande com chuveiro excelente. A localização é ótima. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé.

Great place to stay. Yes, its old and shabby. The glory of old days gone. But is that not a something very authentic and very local. With all that Casablanca spirit in it? Friendly staff will make your stay special. Place is safe and clean. Its not a 5star place, and needs renovation, but then all the spirit of old Casablanca will disappear... Breakfast is ok, good pastry choice, but if you're English breakfast lover, you'll be disappointed. Ask for an omelette. The chap is nicest person on the planet will meke it for you. Location - depends what you're looking for. For me- was proximity to Port Train station and Marche / Medina. 5 min walk to both. I would stay again. Thank you to all staff members.

Quand on rentre l’accueil est froid si vous êtes entre femme attention y a bcp d’hommes dans l’accueil qui vous dévisage de haut en bas, bcp de personnes fument à l’intérieur dans notre étage des gens étais dans le couloir avec leurs cigarette la chambre est imprégné du tabac, c’est dommage

Proximité des visites,touristiques et de la gare, grâce à un excellent réseau de trams. Accueil souriant Petit déjeuner meilleur que le repas du soir

Prix du dîner prohibitif par rapport à la qualité, mieux vaut se restaurer ailleurs. Hotel vieillissant Mais compte tenu des prix pratiques, gardons le sourire
