Vị trí trung tâm, cực kỳ thuận lợi để đi đến các điểm tham quan. Host nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi chúng tôi check in lúc nửa đêm. Phòng không quá rộng nhưng rất phù hợp cho gia đình 7 người chúng tôi tham quan. Có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại!

L'emplacement parfait, au centre du vieux Hanoï, la taille de l'appartement, grand, l'hôte très à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes, et très réactif !

The hostess is a wonderful person. The location is top-notch, the accommodation is in a quiet area.

It was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy, and we spent evenings on the beautiful balcony, which was very romantic. The hosts helped us carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. There were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and stalls nearby where you could buy fruit and other necessities.

It was difficult to find. The floor in the room was not very clean.

Great little apartment, very good central location but very quiet at night. Comfortable bed and good air con. Laundry service available too which was handy.

Would have liked a few more pieces of cutlery, mugs etc and small selection of teas/coffees would have been a nice touch.

It’s a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay in the Hanoi. It’s great position was really comfortable for trying all the great restaurants and getting some breaks in between.

The lady that own this place was very friendly and gave Me lott of advaises.

Genau vor dem kleinen Fenster zu Gang war die Notausgangs Lampe. Auch wenn Licht im Gang war kam es direkt ins Zimmer. Es war sehr hell im Zimmer, ich brauchte eine Augenmaske Zimmer war sehr klein aber hatte alles was es brauchte

Останавливались втроём, я и дети-подростки, на 3 ночи в самом центре Ханоя, в пяти минутах прогулки до знаменитой улицы Train Street. Квартира из двух комнат с большими кроватями, небольшим кухонным уголком, электроплиткой и электрочайником. Свой санузел. Из небольшого переулка по лестнице поднимаешься на второй этаж. Вход с общего балкона. Квартира ухоженная. Великолепная, обаятельная, интеллигентная, тактичная, хозяйка Thu и её брат обеспечили нам встречу в аэропорту и бесплатный трансфер до квартиры. Это было очень важно, мы прилетели почти ночью. Обратно вызвали уже платное такси за 300 000 донгов, ехать 40-45 минут. Хозяйка помогла купить местную сим-карту, принесли прямо в номер. Огромное спасибо за это. Мы всегда были на связи в Ват Сапе. Thu рассказала, где вкусно готовят местную еду. А рядом можно было обменять валюту на донги по хорошему курсу. Для сведения, местная карта на 15 дней по 5 ГБ интернета ежедневно, обошлась нам в 350000 донгов. В номере большой холодильник, телевизор, фен, посуда. Под окнами садик. У нас было 3 ночи, но два полных дня для осмотра столицы Вьетнама. Везде ходили пешком. В день выезда, нам помогли спустить чемоданы с лестницы, вызванное хозяйкой такси уже ожидало на широкой улице. Проводили. Проживанием очень довольны. Спасибо Thu за внимание и доброту.

Я дала хозяйке несколько советов, как ещё комфортнее сделать проживание в этом замечательном месте. Так, для сведения. Это было первое наше жильё в путешествии по Вьетнаму. Душевых кабин нет. Когда моешься, вода течёт прямо на пол санузла. И так везде. Специфика такая. Будьте готовы и не огорчайтесь, а улыбайтесь !!!

Very nice facitlities. The staff helped us a lot. There were some problems with something in the building next to us so we had to move but the staff was very helpful to get us there as comfortably as possible. Definitely recommend!!

Cozy room in the middle of the Old Quarter with a super nice host lady. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was very cool to walk behind small stores to get to the accommodation.

Room was smaller than photos and could be cleaner but it was definitely a good pick for the price!

Die Lage war top. Im Herzen von der Altstadt. Zugang zu allen wichtigen Dingen sofort. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alles wunderbar unkompliziert.

La ubicación super cerca de las vias del tren, y aunque esta en el centro luego entras en el callejon donde esta el apartamento y estodo super tranquilo. Contacto con los amfitriones super bien. La cama muy comoda.

La ducha esta pegada al wc.. es lo unico. Baño para una persona esta bien, es pequeño.

Marzo2026. La anfitriona fue encantadora y estuvo muy atenta por WhatsApp a nuestras necesidades. Alojamiento muy bien situado en la ciudad antigua, a unos pasos de la famosa vía del tren. La habitación, con niebla nuevos, era pequeña pero muy confortable. Se accede por el interior de un callejon, cosa que la aleja del ruido de la calle y resulta muy tranquila para descansar.

Todo fue correcto.

Good, clean, relatively close to everything we wanted to see. Easy communication via WhatsApp. The owner helped us to order tours to Ha Long Bay, including taxi to airport.

Bien placé au centre d Hanoï près de la cathédrale, du lac Hoam Khiem.... Propriétaire très gentille. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Nous recommandons.

The homestay was located away from the street which made it the perfect location! Close to everything in the old quarter, but away from noise. The host Thu was very helpful during our stay, gave nice recommendations, provided us with a heater during a colder night, and helped book further travels.

The bathroom was a bit old, and the madras a bit hard, but this is minor details. We loved staying here and everything else was nice.

4 nuitées dans 3 hébergements différents dont le dernier surclassé ! Pas forcément très facile à trouver mais les propriétaires sont disponibles par WhatsApp et se déplacent rapidement si besoin. Il y a des boîtes à clés très pratiques. Très bon accueil ! Très bien situé, à proximité de la rue du train...

La salle de bain est parfois basse de plafond, pas pratique pour les grands ! Il manque aussi de la place pour poser ses affaires dans la sdb. A noter qu'il n'y a pas forcément de fenêtres que l'on peut ouvrir. C'est donc sombre et plutôt réservé aux nuitées.

Conveniently located, next to Hang Da Market in the Old Town. A bustling area with all main attractions within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Well renovated house with all the key facilities.

The first appearance was a bit odd as the house is located in a small sideway of the main road. You have to pass a small way before you reach the homestay. the homestay itself is nice, clean and tidy

Teníamos una noche reservada en este apartamento y hubo un problema con las tuberías antes de nuestra llegada. Los anfitriones nos ofrecieron ir a otro apartamento mejor sin cargos. No puedo hablar de estas habitaciones por que no llegamos a verlas pero las que nos ofrecieron estaban impecables y muy limpias. Los anfitriones son muy amables. 100% recomendado.

El trato de la dueña es excelente. Te ayuda en todo y todo lo hace muy fácil. La ubicación es excelente en todo el centro (Old quarter) y puedes ir andando a todos los sitios más típicos de Hanoi. La casa cumple con las expectativas y tiene muy buena relación calidad precio.

Lo mejor fue el trato y la ayuda de la host, Thu.

It's down a small alley and not easy to find. There's no signage. We hired all 3 rooms in the villa,, there's one studio on each floor, but no central area to be together.. No lift. The front door is a sliding iron gate, not a solid door.; It does lock, though, as did each studio door.. None of these points are really terrible. especially for the cost. I should have checked what a 'homestay'(even though we hired the whole villa) meant in Vietnam and checked re the lift before booking.

I found this place on booking, but I never realized the hostess would be that kind. I needed the room for some days during the week. She was so professional and nice, trying to do everything to make myself comfortable. I had a big 20+ kg suitcase, she kindly offered me to keep it at her place while I would travel around the north of Vietnam. I changed 3 room, and all of them were very clean and stylish. The location is in the old quarter very near the train street. I would recommend this place very much.

Although the owner was trying her best, there is one thing I didn't like - noise outside on the street. People out there were talking very loudly, and they woke up very early, didn't even think that other people could sleep, and that might disturb someone. Anyway, it is not the fault of the owner.

It was a great place located in a quiet part of town just outside the old town quarter. Really nice host and quick to respond.

It could have been a little cleaner

The rooms were perfect. Well designed, modern, tidy and clean. The owners were very helpful, attentive and kind. The location is just on the edge of the Old Quarter, so everything is in walkable distance yet isn’t overrun with foot traffic. Our stay here made our trip to Hanoi much more memorable.

Wonderful host that accommodated us twice with earlier check-in / luggage drop off. Very responsive. She even provided us with a scale so we could weigh our baggage before the flight which was super valuable for us. Rooms are good size and clean, nicely furnitures. I especially loved the bedsheets that are great quality. Location is 2 mins walk to the famous Hanoi train, yet located in the back of a small alley. Make sure you get the description and pictures of the entrance upfront otherwise we would still be searching for it;)

For our second stay which was only one night we got the room on the ground level which itself is nice and cozy but very hear-through to neighbors above and any person/scooter passing by outside, so I think it's okay for one night but not longer.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Our room was beautiful, adorned with stunning artwork on the walls. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of her way to assist us.

Stuff is very helpful and they let me store the luggage untill 4pm without charge.

Great location! The studio is quite spacious and very comfortable. The owners are ready to help with recommendations, laundry or anything else you may need.

Everything! This was a gem, our favourite stay in all three weeks in Vietnam. The room is super new, modern, with great amenities (ac, heating, shower). The host and her family are all very nice, accommodating and helpful :)

clean, new, away from the busy street. no fridge, but watercooker and hairdryer. They came to pick us up by the corner, we would not have found it ourselfs. Close to trainstreet
