Special place in the middle of nature!

The setting was incredible The property’s reserve was amazing Staff were all so lovely and friendly Food was good A very authentic expensive Well located to get to Salento and Cocora Valley

The rooms didn’t really live up to the photos. Our room had bad damp in it and we had a dehumidifier on the whole time. The rooms lacked much style or charm they were too simple - they needed prints on the walls or a rug or a chair or something to make them more homely. Bathroom wasn’t great either

Las instalaciones espectaculares. El lugar es mágico

Llegamos y las habitaciones no estaban listas. No había toallas en los baños. El personal del hotel con muy buena disposición pero se nota poca experiencia y preparación para atender. Para el precio del hotel falta manejar mejor el nivel de detalles en la atención. Tiene mucho potencial el lugar pero falta.

El entorno y la cálida atención

La comida del restaurante podría mejorar mucho (en calidad y variedad).

Lo unico que no estuvo del todo bien fue un almuerzo en el que pedimos hamburguesas y aunque la carne estaba de muy buen sabor, estaba demasiado dura y muy seca.

El lugar es hermoso

El personal esta muy disperso, no se oberva que se tenga estandarizado quien recibe a los huespedes, dar indicaciones sobre actividades a realizar.. se llega con mucha expectativa por las campañas de marketing pero estan desconectadas con el personal, incluso algunas de las ofrecidas en página web ya ni existen

Location, nature, style and attention

The price seems fair but still quite high for this type of accomodation

We arrived at 11 pm, and there was no one to greet us. We contacted security and were told that we should 'come back tomorrow'. I explained we had only booked for one night. We ended up having to get a taxi at 11:30 pm after finishing a hike to another accommodation. There was no real engagement or apology after, even despite being charged half the price of our stay. I spoke to the hotel the following day, and they told me that they thought I would be a 'no show', yet no real effort was made to contact me beforehand or to explain that check-in had to be done before 10 pm. Considering they had my details, their lack of communication was shocking.

Endroit fabuleux ! Loin des touristes et dans un cadre de verdure luxuriante ! Les chambres sont magnifiques , le personnel est adorable et les repas sont excellents ! Je recommande vivement pour visiter cette très belle région ! (En plus on peut faire un tour avec l’âne pour faire une visite dans la montagne et voir la belle cascade )

Beautiful setting

BUGS! No screens on windows, and so many bugs/mosquitos making it impossible to keep window open. Room felt stuffy because of this. Also hot water and water pressure not consistent for shower, had to take cold shower two days in a row.

The property and location were very beautiful. It is set up high on a hill from a beautiful country road. The garden is thoughtfully planted & maintained. The decor was very tasteful and I loved that it incorporated handicrafts from the region. The breakfasts were delicious. We also had 2 dinners & found that the choice, presentation and food were really exceptional.

Sazagua was a wonderful place to stay in the Cocora Valley ! The staff very welcoming and the setting is stunning !

Breakfast and dinner slow. Some transport related imperfections in planning the experiences they offer. Completely unacceptable to ask for more money on transportation after the experience.

Gorgeous setting, fabulous food (thank you Juan Pablo!) and AMAZING staff. Rooms very comfortable. Minor issues immediately resolved. The thoughtful, friendly Sazagua team ensured we had a wonderful experience.

I recommend the hotel. I am extremely satisfied with the tours organized by the hotel, the one at the Coffee Farm is a unique experience, I highly recommend it. The guide David, who they hired, was exceptional - accurate, with sufficient information, with the ability to show places where there are not many tourists.

The hotel is a real gem. Cannot recommend enough. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, a well-balanced mix of comfort, style and modernity. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had mountain views from the room, including from the (hot) shower in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, in fact we ate most meals in the restaurant, so we tried most of the menu, and everything was spot on. The location is fantastic, we mostly used Uber to get around and it was very easy.
