It was clean and quiet, it was also in a great location.

There was nothing truly special about the hotel. For the high price your truly getting a bare minimum experience and a clean room.

Nothing it was great

We are so glad we stayed at Zenza Boutique! The staff were always so attentive, friendly and kind. We stayed for five days and we got so used to everyone and their great energy. They had water bottles available at all times for guests and delicious pastries every morning. The rooftop and pool are also such great facilities and it is close to everything. When we go to TCI again, we will be staying there

The bike that you use for free are in bad condition brakes and all rusty can even make in to 1 mile and turn back

Отель находится в 20 метрах от канала, где припаркованы яхты и катера. Вид из окна или балкона придает яроксти антуражу. Рядом с ресепшеном есть всегда фрукты и круасаны, которые можно брать не только на завтрак, но и в процессе дня. Номера светлые, новые. Все понравилось.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and bike to snorkeling.

Loveeee the bedrooms, only negative is the sliding door between the toilet and shower so you couldn’t do both at the same time. Location is decent if you like quiet vacations. View of the marina is lovely, close to various restaurants.

I think the pool is badly positioned if you wanted sun. Better breakfast options would be a good sell! No onsite bar (I’m sure I saw a rooftop one in photos). The WiFi was terrible! Lack of luggage storage rooms especially if your flight is later than check out.

The stay was great. The room was very nice, the staff was friendly and there were a couple restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed.

Honestly, a 5-stars review for Zenza. TCI is an extremely overpriced island. Most hotels go for +$1.2k per night up to +$12k per night, which does not make sense at all. However, Zenza offers high quality rooms at a great location for less that $500 / night. They provide sun umbrellas, snorkel masks, beach towels, rides to the beach (great by the way), all day water, fruits and pastries for FREE. The Baci Restaurant is right there, serving great italian food. People at the hotel are super friendly at all time. I do recommend to have a car to move around the island and get to know all the beaches. There is plenty of free parking space at the hotel!!

Ideal location on the island. It was quiet with great views and waling distance to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Waling distance to a quiet beach which had minimal other folks on it. Fun for snorkeling as well.

Well the room was nice. It was pretty.

There are zero Amenities. There is No Gym. The pool looked as if it no one ever got in it! It wasn’t necessarily dirty but the water in the pool wasn’t clear! It wasn’t inviting at all. The breakfast they served was horrible. That’s for kids maybe. The danishes don’t look appealing at all. Thankful for the water and apples through the day was nice.

Just came back for a week in TCI, can't thank Booking enough to put Zenza on the top list when I was looking for a place to stay there. The hotel is perfect, the location, the staff from the ones in the lobby to the cleaning staff everyone makes sure you definitely have a good time. The room was always clean and fill with everything. I had a beautiful view to the marina. There are two restaurants/bar in the same complex, if you don't want to go far away. They have fresh pastries and fruits everyday, they even have a fridge with water and a bottle-filling station next to the lobby if it's close after 10 pm. The beach is a 5mins walk from the hotel, if you rent a car everything is 10 or 15 mins max, go visit TCI if you can it's worth it. Don't think twice book Zenza you won't be disappointed. A big thank you to Mario for always giving tips about place to visit and always asking if everything is okay with a big smile. Thank you again for making that place more magical than it is. Merci

Very clean hotel with the added bonus of a swimming pool. Close to the beach. The Italian restaurant next door called Baci was excellent.

It’s in a secluded area by the marina and you either need to rent a car, take a taxi or bike to get into downtown or Grace Bay Beach.

The hotel is neat and clean! The staff is fantastic! It's a perfect spot by the marina if you're looking to truly relax.

The hotel staff were great ! The room was nice . I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a nicer location or want to be by the beaches . It’s about $50 for a round trip to get out the area

The location was superb. Transport to the beach was very good too along with sun lounger provision. The staff were helpful and friendly. Provision of free drinks, fruit and pastries for breakfast much appreciated.

The room itself needs better provision for bath / swim towel and clothes drying (swimming stuff needs rinsing in fresh water after salt water swimming). For example, only one hook beside the shower to hang and dry two large bath towels...

Great service from the staff and the hotel location and amenities were awesome. Mongo Reef restaurant is A MUST

Only negative is limited parking. Hotel shares parking with 2 restaurants on site. Grateful for restaurants being there but parking at night was an issue.

That there was no dedicated parking for hotel guests. It was challenging to find parking when I checked in on Friday night.

Our stay at ZenTheHotel was nothing short of magical. From the spotless rooms with breathtaking views to the warm, incredibly helpful staff, everything felt perfect. The rooftop was the highlight—sipping champagne while watching the island unfold beneath us was unforgettable. With two amazing beaches nearby—one teeming with sea turtles for snorkeling, the other perfect for swimming—this location couldn’t be better. You can feel the love and care put into this place by its wonderful owners. If you’re looking for a special getaway on Grace Bay, this is it. We’ll be back for sure!

I loved the locations. 2 on site restaurants. 1 breakfast cafe that open at 7 closed at 5. Close to everything with 10 mins.

I wish it had on site activities BUT it is a hotel not a resort so really no complaints. Small pool with no view BUT beach is close.

Beautiful location with great rooms and staff. Perfect location for access to all the island with 5 eateries within a few minutes. The marina and sunsets are perfect

If we had to say something then please put some hooks up in the room for hanging towels etc

I love the location, the decor, the staffs were friendly, the room was spacious and modern. The balcony oversees the marina.
