Right on the beach, so you dont have spend money on a beach bar to look after your stuff as you bathe. Good rooms with modern toilets. First found this place because of its great beach restaurant, and the next door restaurant is even better.

Its difficult to get a bigger SUV in here but you can you use a parking garage at the top of the road for very little Rs.

For us this was not the place to be: too noisy, we didn't get the value for money we expected, with a high price we would expect something nice.. Hotel lost its glory we guess some time ago.

Located right on the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Sun Loungers available and attentive staff. Quality of the food was excellent. Balcony overlooking the beach was a nice addition

Good location right at the beach with a good restaurant and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service also really good. Totally recommended!

The breakfast was great. The location is just in the best part of the Unawatuna beach. You basically have to climb out of bed, go down the stairs and dive into the blue ocean. It's that simple. Great prroperty and it's just on the beach. The food is amazing. Do'n't forget to try the mixed grill which can feed almost three people, with different sauces for each catch. Par excellence! The breakfasts are also great. Try some of their Sri Lankan. So fantastic. Shoutout tothe Owner Lalith and also to Dilum the acting manager for his great service and the very rounded chef who made some super meals. Was quite a memorable stay.

There was a noise coming from next door. I think one of the AC compresssors was making a loud noise. However this was ot a problem with Lucky Tuna but next door. They promised to look into it and I'm sure they will.

Das Frühstück war 7 Tage immer der gleiche. Für den hohen Zimmer-Preis (woanders entspricht einem 4 Sterne Hotel, aber dann mit Buffetauswahl) könnte man was anderes besseres erwarten. Hotel direkt am riesen Strand.

Die Drehtreppe war sehr schmal, unangenehm und umständlich. Der Frühstück war immer der gleiche, kein Obst.

Расположение более чем прекрасное,все рядом.При размещении за тобой держат резерв лежаков,выдают полотенца пляжные,не делают замечание,если ешь/пьешь принесенную с собой еду/напитки.Для остальных отдыхающих условие-или платный лежак или еда/напитки покупаются в этом кафе.В последний вечер предложили бесплатный ужин как комплимент.В номере холодильник,чайные принадлежности,переходник для розеток,утюг,удлинитель.Вечерние дискотеки соседних заведений не мешали,закрывали дверь на балкон и ничего не беспокоило.

На верхнем этаже был очень плохой напор воды в душевой,один день горячая не текла совсем.После пляжа было не очень комфортно мыться холодной водой.Проблему достаточно быстро решили по мере возможности.

Personalet var imødekommende og behjælpelig. Særlig ejeren gjorde en ekstra indsats for at finde muligheder for oplevelser. Godt værelse med fantastisk udsigt over stranden.

Morgenmaden lidt kedelig. Hygiejnen - forståelse for rent og urent samt håndtering af fordærvet madvarer efterfulgt af mad der serveres kan absolut forbedres.

Zaten er in het laagseizoen. Helemaal prima, wat wolken, dus niet heel heet, soms een bui. Lekker zwemmen, uitstapjes naar Galle. Hotel zit direct aan zee.

Amazing location overlooking the Unawatuna bay. It was clean, staff was super nice and attentive, the restaurant serves really delicious fresh fish every day. Really enjoyed my stay here and would visit again.

Loud music playing at night at the bar next door but it wasn‘t too bad.

Great hotel right on the beach location is definitely the main point we stayed here. Walk into town for nice restaurants and bars. Amazing staff. Unreal views from the balcony. 100% would recommend a stay here.

Can be noisey at night from neighbouring hotels. Nothing lucky tuna can control but worth being aware of.

Nice hotel with just 9 rooms and direct access to the beach. They have beach beds, umbrellas, towels everything for hotel guests. Very convenient location in Unawatuna - restaurants, bars, stores, etc are just a few minutes walking. We had room on the 3rd floor with balcony and beautiful sea view! The breakfast was nice with sea view as well. The stuff are super nice - they help with everything, including carrying the luggage upstarts, etc. The owner is there pretty much everyday making sure everything is immaculate. Super nice guy, we communicated with him a lot about Sri Lanka and life in general and he did a farewell dinner for us, making traditional Sri-Lankan food. Can't dream of a better treatment than that! Highly recommend this place!

Sea view and walk straight on to the beach.

I would not recommend this property. The room was very dated, it didn’t have a proper bathroom just a closed in toilet in the corner of the room with an exposed shower and sink. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The mattress and pillows were very old and dirty with no mattress protector and the sheets had holes in them. We asked for towels every day but they had none to give us, only small hand towels. Also be aware that staying on the beach means lots of noise from the beach bars. We requested late check out because of our late night flight and had to pay $20USD for that. By far the worst hotel experience that we had in Sri Lanka.

The staff wasn’t bothered about anything! They didn’t respond to any queries properly. The property wasn’t clean. Bad service overall!

Amazing location with one of the best food on the beach. It’s all designed simply with taste. No fuss, just the essentials. The rooms are spacious with great balcony over the beach. A treat every money

- Bed sheets with holes / loose window cover / door to balcony not closable - No mosquito protection (Mosquito net/fan) - Room sufficient for basic needs (shower, toilet in wooden cabinet, fridge) but not more Heads-up: As mentioned in previous reviews you have to be ok with noise as the concert stage/bar is close to the room.
