Location location location. And absolutely quite which is unusual at this busy location. Only 1 minute to Fløyen station and 3 minutes to harbour front.

The location was fantastic. It was nice to prepare food and catch up on laundry.

The stairs turned out to be a challenge for my husband who has back problems that flared just before our visit. He also kept bumping his head on the low ceilings. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay!

Beautiful apartment perfectly located in central Bergen. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to see.

We knew in advance, but the stairs are even steeper than expected.

Perfect location to explore Bergen. The Funicular is literally steps from your front door. The waterfront is about a 2 minute walk. Here you will find lots of restaurants, bars and the Fjord tours. The hop on hop off bus stops about 50 metres away. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It is really well stocked if you want to cook your own meals. The shower is to die for..... the water pressure was fabulous. The host is very quick with responses and easy to deal with.

This is not a criticism because it was made very clear when booking BUT the stairs are a challenge. We made sure we only had small carry-on bags but if you have full size luggage it could be difficult.

Key pickup was exactly as described in the check in directions, and the accompanying photos were also helpful in this process. The apartment was extremely spacious and as described in the posting. The refrigerator also had a freezer with a small ice tray. Additionally in one of the cupboards there were some basics of salt, pepper, oil, tinfoil, coffee, filters (We left behind some tea & honey to contribute this this) Paper towels, hand towels were also available to use as was supplies for doing dishes and using the dishwasher. Bathroom was spacious and had a blow dryer to use. Rooms had nice curtains for keeping the light out given the long summer daylight. We ended up eating out for all our meals, but the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location could not be better. Close to all the main attractions (literally steps away from Floibanen funicular, very short walk to Bryggen), and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, (the famous Trekroneren hotdog stand was also just down the road), and nearby 7-eleven. Even with its great location, it was quiet at night. Our apartment was up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator so would keep that in mind if accessibility/mobility is a concern at all for your group. Check out process was very easy (felt too simple & like we were forgetting something compared to our usual AirBNB check outs back home in the states). Did message the hosts only once during our stay to confirm check out process & their response was prompt. Overall, a really lovely & spacious stay for our days in Bergen. Would 100% stay here again.

Wish there would have been a second set of keys, so that if our group split up we could still both easily access the apartment. I think a small manual regarding other odds/ends of the apartment or recommended places from the hosts would have been a nice touch as well. However, this is nothing that truly affected our stay.

The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

There are low beams throughout the apartment that made it impossible to move freely without ducking.

Location was ideal; walking distance to harbor, train station, and Bryggen.

The location is excellent. It is right at Bergen city center and foot of Floyen. The apartment is very clean. The host is very responsive. It has no parking but plenty of parking garages nearby. We just unloaded our luggages in the street outside the apartment (don’t leave car unattended) and then parked in a nearby garage.

We wish the window in the living room above the bed have curtain too so that we could have a better sleep there.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment in Bergen. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and waterfront while remaining surprisingly quiet and peaceful, especially during the evenings. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family of four. We also appreciated the large bathroom, which made our stay much more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located base for exploring Bergen.

Cleanliness was a notable concern during our stay. We found hair on what appeared to be freshly cleaned bed sheets, which raised questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Although the issue was relatively minor, cleanliness is an important aspect of any accommodation experience, and this detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Greater attention to housekeeping standards would help improve the overall guest experience.

Great location in the old town near the harbor. Large living area with kitchen, living room and dining area. Quiet building. Reliable wifi. In unit Euro washer and provided drying rack. Clean unit. Good communication from host prior to arrival. Only one bathroom but it had plenty of space and good water pressure in shower. Comfortable beds - some of the best sleep I had in Norway.

Not necessarily a con but be aware it is on the second floor, with small stairs at the top and one of the hand rails is not secure. It was fine with me hauling bags, but my parents would have had trouble by themselves. Could have used some paper towels in the kitchen, or more dish rags. Smaller bedroom did not have a place for luggage.

As long as you understand the stairs you have to climb to get to the apartments - especially the one on the 4th floor - this is a great spot!

Die Unterkunft könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen und wirkt länger nicht erneuert. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, es gibt 4 kleine Kaffeetassen für 4 Personen (also muss man abwaschen oder die Spülmaschine täglich anmachen), das Holz ist abgeschrammt (ES KOMMEN NÄGEL AUS DEM BODEN!) und die vorherige Farbe des steuerndes kommt durch. Für den Preis unzureichend.

The owner was flexible with letting us put our suitcases in the apartment before check-in time, which we appreciated. The location was excellent, the apartment was very large and could have been lovely, but it had some issues.

The kitchen was large and beautiful but the cabinets were all stuck and hard to open. I think it's IKEA cabinets in an old building where the lines aren't straight anymore. But the bigger issue was that the beds were terrible. The mattresses sagged, and we struggled to sleep well. If the owners upgrade the beds and adjust the cabinets, it will be very nice.

Beautiful. The apartment is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, the layout is set up nicely for two couples to share the space. And great location to walk anywhere.

It was a perfect location near Floyen trail, restaurants and bakeries. We could walk everywhere we needed to for a few days stay. The property was well furnished with everything we needed.

Nothing. The stairs are a bit tight and steep but you only have to take them twice with luggage. If you’re traveling with a backpack luggage you will be golden.

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento es precioso, limpio, con una cocina maravillosa, el baño muy muy amplio, lavadora a disposición y menaje en cocina, con kettle y cafetera. La cama muy cómoda, calefacción perfecta y propietarios muy atentos para solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Ducha muy amplia pero faltaba puerta por lo que era facil mojar el suelo del baño, se agradecería toalla de pies.

Great location. Kitchen was well equipped but missing a can opener so we made another tool do the job. Lighting at the table needs to be brighter. Beds pretty comfortable with great feeling sheets. Nice big bathroom with comfy heated floor.

sink was not in alignment, mirror over sink too high, petite people can't see themselves. poor lighting over sink, the middle panel of the shower door was missing, induction cook top was not working correctly, went out and did not turn back on.

Everything. The apartment was amazing. There was a large entry hall as you first entered the apartment which was perfect for coats, scarves and wet shoes. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had been renovated incredibly well. All the facilities were modern, the bathroom was huge, and there was a washing machine (which was exactly what we needed having just got off a Hurtigruten cruise). The apartment was so close to everything! Bryggen was literally around the corner, and the entrance to the Floibanen Finicular was steps away from the front door. The centre of town was a short walk away. The train station was a bit further away (about 20 mins) but not too bad of a walk (even with luggage). There are plenty of restaurants and cafes very close by. Make sure you go to Baker Brun for a cinnamon bun!! We loved Bergen and would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Location was perfectly central for town, shops and restaurants. Was well heated, clean and spacious.

The location of the apartment was absolutely excellent, just near the Old Harbour and next to the funicular for Mt Floyen, so near attractions, shops and transport. We used the tram to get to and from the airport which worked out really well. The apartment was well equipped. We didn't cook at home at all however I'm sure everything you could possible need you would find.

The keybox was a little tricky to find (even with the instructions).

Spacious, comfortable and warm apartment in a great location for our week in Bergen in January. The managers were super responsive and helpful when we contacted them for advice.

There was really nothing that caused any major concern. Some information in the apartment on the stove guard, waste disposal and some of the switches would have been helpful but any questions we had were answered so quickly there were no issues. The beams in the attic bedroom ceilings could be challenging for taller people but the views from the windows in the roof were charming.

No lift as we stay on the 4 floor. And that is the only thing not liked. Other than this, all are thumbs up!

My brother and I are in our 70s. There was no lift and we had been booked on 4th floor. We had heavy cases as we were going on a cruise. I tried to cancel and they refused a refund. Disgusting..

El piso es amplio, cómodo y está muy bien situado para recorrer Bergen a pie. Tiene todo lo necesario y la comunicación fue muy fácil. Una opción perfecta para conocer la ciudad.

Apartment is beautiful and located near many of Bergen's attractions. Could not have enjoyed our stay more.

First off, this was an amazing apt. It was no only spacious, clean and modern, it was absolutely perfectly located in the area we wanted to be in. I cannot speak highly enough of this rental. We were beyond overjoyed with our experience and stay. It does have steps going up to the top apt where we stayed, but we knew that and have no disabilities that would have or did hamper us. When we travel to Bergen again, we will stay here again, I will not look for anywhere else. Overall this was absolutely amazing and I cannot fathom finding a better apt for what I say was a very cheap price. The hotels were more expensive and we would not have had the spacious living accommodations we enjoyed. We stayed on the top floor, 2 bedroom unit. Checking in and checking out was very easy and explained perfectly where we had no issues at all. A++

The location is so fantastic and the property is so equipped and comfortable!

The hot water was not sufficient for 4 people on the first night that 2 of my friends took shower with cold water, thus we took shower faster on the rest nights to ensure all of us could have sufficient hot water, but except for this problem, everything there was so cozy and comfortable!

The apartment is fully equipped for the last detail, super clean and fun to stay in. The location is just superb, right at city center, walking distance from just above everything. The owner is super responsive and helpful, which is always a big plus.

no shampoo. The staff said shampoo should be there，but it was not there and they would not provide to us； they said someone will bring it the first thing on the second day，we left at 10:50 am but no one came.
