Nice apartment which was cozy and tidy. Fit for 3-4 people. Check in check out were self serve, simple and easy.

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator. If you have senior people, big luggage, I wonder whether they have one on a lower level, otherwise that's not for you.

Information about the closest food market, we didn’t discover the CoOp was next door to us until we were nearly leaving and it was a well laid out store.

Very stylish and cosy, spacious and neat, on the top location. A truly enjoyable stay. We loved it!

We would have liked an espresso machine. We managed without it, of course, but it's just a little something that would make guests feel even more at home.

Great location in city center, 5 minutes walk to everything! Cozy and comfortable, skylights that open. We were sad only to stay one night.

Washer/dryer unit was hard to navigate, otherwise no complaints!

Getting into the apartment was very easy. The host had given us the information ahead of time. We were also able to drop off our luggage a little early which was great. The Apartment was very well placed within the city. We had everything that we needed. A plus was that there was a really cute coffee shop next door to the apartment. We loved their coffee, breads and baked good.

我们入住第一晚发生了停电，但店家并没有提前告知我们，我们下楼打听是什么情况，很好运遇到了邻居，他给我们看了条当天晚上会停电一段时间的通知短信，所以我们觉得很奇怪，既然有通知，为什么店家不提前告知我们？我们并不介意在晚间非高峰时期有一段时间停电，但店家没有提前告知导致我们正在梳洗的时候断电了，猝不及防，很让人无语的～

位置很好，住的也很舒适，房间内的器具都很齐全！

可以在房间里多提供点垃圾袋！可惜没有电梯，大行李有点费力

Obiekt w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko, czysto, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, w ogóle niczego nie brakowało, dodatkowo toster, ekspres do kawy. Pod apartamentem w tym samym budynku sklep i kawiarnia, w której można zjeść śniadanie, wypić kawę i schrupać coś na słodko. Niedaleko - 2 min - inne sklepu. Wszędzie chodziliśmy na nogach. Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Trudno znaleźć apartament, ale ze względu na to, że ktoś pozamazywał numery ze strzałkami. Niektóry może przeszkadzać, że okna tylko dachowe.

Clean and comfortable. Was not expecting an actual apartment with a separate bedroom, living and dining area, and full kitchen. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Entire unit was very nice with lots of natural light.

Street noise. I thought the property was a pedestrian street off the main drag with no late nightlife. It essentially was, but found out that it was being used as a path from those main drags to wherever. So there was noise from late night revelers. My room was on the street, should have requested back of building. From past experience that should have been enough to avoid the noise. Checking in. Just getting into the room was very challenging. Codes needed are emailed, and that message arrived too late during a time when I did not have access to the internet, I could not check my e-mail near check-in time, which is when the necessary codes were sent. I arrived with no way to enter the building, and there was no one there to help. I had to go to a local merchant to use their wifi to retrieve the code. The property could have prevented this by sending the codes sooner. Once in the building the lockbox with the room key was yet another challenging step. I did not know it was a lock box with a special way to open it. The property could have included instructions just for this procedure.

Location is excellent. Very easy walk to train station, main tourist attractions and city centre. Supermarket next door one side and bakery on the other. Very comfortable unit.

Unit is showing a bit of wear and tear, broken shower handle, no chopping board in kitchen and other little things but nothing that would spoil a stay here. I still highly recommend it.

​Struttura in ottima posizione! L'appartamento in mansarda è davvero spazioso e offre una bellissima vista sulle montagne dalle piccole finestre. Mi ha accordato un po' di flessibilità sull'orario del check-out.

​Gestione dei disservizi carente: la connessione Wi-Fi è rimasta inutilizzabile per l'intera durata del soggiorno e la segnalazione inoltrata non ha ricevuto seguito. Mancanza di attenzione anche nella dotazione della cucina, limitata al solo sale e priva di servizi di cortesia basilari come acqua o caffè di benvenuto.

The location was perfect - close to the train station and walkable to all the sites. Lots of restaurants and shopping steps away. Apartment also had lots of room and the beds were comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

There are no toiletries - shampoo, body wash or conditioner. The shower leaks. However the biggest issue - by far - and the maintenance reason we have to rate this apartment so low was the fact that there is a large nesting of birds on the roof, on the skylights. The birds were incredibly loud and woke us up at 2am and 1am on both nights, and continued making an insane amount of noise for HOURS. We only got a few hours of sleep each night. If you can't get a good night sleep on vacation, that kind of ruins the whole stay. If you stay there, insist on a lower level room.

It was very accessible. Place was big and clean with good heating. Comes with a TV as well. And has locks on the room doors. Instructions to get in was clear. There is a supermarket right beside.

The main room didnt have black out curtains. So it was really bright with the sun shining in.

The location was fabulous. Perfect for central Bergen and everything is on the doorstep. The apartment was a great size and the facilities were all good; the shower was excellent. A good price for such a central property.

The tv controller didn't work so we had to buy batteries. There were no instructions for the tv or the apartment ventilation. We figured these out but would be helpful to have these explained. The shower door leaked a bit and this could be improved.

Tudo!! O apartamento é perfeito . As fotos não condizem com o atual . Ele é muito melhor. Fácil acesso. 5 min da estação de trem. Perto também da saída dos barcos . Ele possui um sofá cama muito confortável! Além de uma cama de casal

El apartamento se nota que está muy "trillado"hay puertas de la cocina que faltan pero está muy bien equipada al igual que el baño y las habitaciones.La ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo. Y bastante limpio, las sabanas estaban hasta planchada.

La entrada al edificio está muy dejada.

La cocina tiene una bancada de madera que está regular mal. No hay balleta para limpiarla.

However, just hours before my scheduled check-in (less than 6 hours!), the host abruptly canceled my reservation without any explanation or justification. This complete lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I do not consider this a trustworthy place to stay, as your booking may be randomly canceled at any moment. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this property!

The location.

A little outdated, furniture wasn’t clean had marks on it otherwise everything was fine.

Very good location, 5-10min from the bus station and 5-10min from the pier/centre. Very strong and easy to control heating. Many amenities like a standard apartment, also very good size (can sleep 4; definitely overkill for solo travellers, but very reasonably priced). Host gave clear instructions on how to get in, which was appreciated (although the box outside the room was a little hard to open).

Windows were a bit high up and hard to reach, and floor was dusty and not the cleanest. No curtains to block sunlight in the main room; not sure about the smaller bedroom.

The photos of the apartment were old, that being said new areangment of the appartment is MUCH better than photos, worth every penny, we had everything we needed (everything it said it would have), location is amazing and pretty much in the center of Bergen, would recommend

Unfortunately property had to cancel due to damage. However refund was offered promptly & we were luckily able to book at Vander Altona.

They changed my apartment at the last minute due to a problem at Marken studio apartment. The apartment l was put in was at Alegaten 4, Bergen. It was large and clean.

No, clear instructions on the garbage.

The apartment was nice and comfortable.

Someone using a key to enter our apartment at 9.30 pm. Messaged host. Who apologized and said it was the cleaner... The person said " sorry wrong room" , however cleaners don't clean at that time. Found it very disturbing. The apartment building houses many apartments with numerous hallways. Twists and turns. Luggage needs to be carried up 2 and half flights to lift to next floor.

It was a really large area with a kitchen & a washing machine which is a benefit when travelling. The location is perfect.

Városközpontban lévő, felújított, teljesen felszerelt lakás. Tökéletes választás Bergen felfedezéséhez. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, tiszta. A szobában új ágynemű, törölközők. Tágas nappali, jól működő wifi. Abszolut központi elhelyezkedés, ugyanakkor csendes, sétálóutcára néz.

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé à quelques mètres de la gare et du centre-ville. TV équipée avec le câble et toutes les applications internet.

Aucune info sur le parking, situé assez loin du logement, celui-ci étant accessible uniquement à pieds. Peu pratique !

Great location and great value for money.

Very central location a few minutes away from the harbor and fish market. You have everything you need to stay for a fee days!

The shower head was broken so it needs a replacement. Not wheelchair accessible since there is no evaluator.

The host is so nice that he arranged another apartment for us. It's in a good location, in walking distance to central station and many attractions.

The apartment was spacious and ideally located. It was convenient to have a washing machine. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I would stay here again if the issues below are rectified.

The microwave didn't work. The front plate of the oven was missing, making it a safety concern, having no handle. In fact, my husband burnt his arm. The shower overflowed. The showerscreen handles are missing. A proper chopping board needs to be added to the kitchen - the old piece of laminated chipboard wasn't sufficient.
