Humidité, lit non confortable, débit d'eau très faible. Odeur égouts dans la sdb et dans la cuisine. La chambre était vétuste. . Le sol est sale. Les meubles sont miteux, collants et cassés. L'armoire (placard) est inutilisable car elle sent très mauvais et est extrêmement sale.

Chúng tôi ở căn 2 phòng ngủ, hơi hết hồn khi bước vào cửa chính, cứ tưởng cửa nhà kho. Cửa bằng tôn hở nên có rất nhiều côn trùng vào bếp và toilet.

Harvey was super helpful. He messaged me ahead of time with the code and location of the property. He was quick to reply and help when we needed anything. The room and location was very convenient. 5min walk to Ben Thanh and Saigon market. Lots of hotel, spas and seven eleven close by for buying essentials.

The location was fantastic and in a quiet street with a cafe conveniently across the road. Close to Ben Thanh Market. The property had a cute balcony area and a jacuzzi!

Läget är jättebra, det finns jätte många restauranger runt omkring. Vi var mest ute efter massage, nagelsalong och frisörsalong och det finns många att välja på. Och det är bara några minuters promenad till Benh Than market. Hyresvärden är jättetrevligt trots att vi bara kommunicera med varandra via WhatsApp. Man kan få gratis städ och tvättservice. Vi tvättade 2 gånger under 1 vecka. Jag råkade slå sönder en kopp och frågade hur mycket jag ska betala för den men hon sa att jag inte behövde betala.

Dåligt ljudisolering. Vi vet inte om det är andra resenärer eller lokala befolkning som också bodde i trapphuset. Varje dag hör man nån som skäller på barnet som skriker och gråter. Man hör grannen duscha och hosta. Vi sov dåligt alla nätter så är man känslig för ljud och vill ha en god sömn behöver man tänka till om det är rätt plats,att stanna.

The furniture was a little bit tired and worn, also the person who stayed before us had left food in the microwave which should have been cleaned before we arrived by the cleaning lady!

It’s not suitable for families. The 2 bedroom apartment is a stairway up from the elevator and you’re expected to drag your bags up and down. The room was in a scorching hot condition when we checked in, the staff didn’t have the courtesy to organize check in and just sent lots of whatsapp messages with instructions. There’s no option to leave luggage between checkout and flight times except leave them with some very angry and rude people at the laundry in the basement and we had to drag our luggage in and out through filth. The facilities were less than basic and way too many instructions to follow. The property is nothing like the pictures on the advertisement, it’s old and tattered and open from all sides with mosquito and insects in and out at their leisure.

Room is spacious but the location is sorrounded by many massage shops. It's not easy to spot the location easily because of small complex. Other than that it's o.k to stay for a week or more.

It needs more sanitation problem such a ventilation fan covered with some dust.

Great location. The property owner communicated via whatsapp to give us access any time. The space is big, clean and quiet, whilst in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. Would definitely come back.

There's no direct light in the living room. But we are in the city centre - it really doesn't matter, as there are big windowns in the bedroom.

Host was nice and accommodating. Like the location and convenience.

There were ants. Just need to remember to dispose of food containers and leave it outside the room or put it in the fridge.

Услуга по стирке белья входит в стоимость, крышесносный аромат белья, полотенец от laundry стоит на весь отель. персонал видно что старается и заботится.

Я остановилась на 3 ночи, жила в двух разных номерах. Визуально на фото номера выглядят чисто, но на самом деле много пыли на цветах, абажурах, рамах. Второй номер у традиции после ремонтных работ и мой заезд вместо 15:00 был только в 16:00.

w apartamencie obok był remont, zostaliśmy o nim uprzedzeni przed samym zameldowaniem, na szczęście hałas nie był bardzo uciążliwy przy pobycie na 1 noc

There was a discrepency with what I booked with Booking.com and the host was not willing to provide any accommodation for the discrepancy and, in fact, charged me for the extra bed that was supposed to be provided

Großes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und schöner Dachterrasse. Die sich als angenehmer Rückzugsort anbietet.

Die Wohnung und die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt und schäbig. In der Küche ist ein "Lüftungsschacht" im Boden der nur mit einem Brett abgedeckt ist. Durch diesen Schacht kann durch das ganze Haus gesehen werden und es zieht warme Luft nach oben. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung nur durch eine Metallgitter vom restlichen Haus getrennt wodurch es unglaublich heiß in Bad und Küche wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin über Whatsapp war größtenteils recht Mühsam weil Frage nur sehr spärlich beantwortet wurde.

Good location, clean during checkin.

Apartment with a living room and bedroom. In the living room the couch can be used as a bed. Wifi was of good quality (but I did have to reset the router one time). I don't think I have seen the owner, just WhatsApp communication. This apartment gives some more privacy compared to a more hotel-like experience. There is an elevator and there are also only 4 units in this building, so you are quickly out of the building. They provide free laundry service downstairs.

Host was very helpful in laying out things for us as a family.

Photos don't entirely match...our flat is a little tired and could do with a freshen up to match those photographed. A couple of maintenance issues (such as leaky shower) but very liveable.

location was the best

toilet was really small, surfaces were dusty and sofa bed was uncomfortable. (note that there is only one queen size bed and one sofa bed in the 1BR apartment, not what booking.com states on its website for this room type). there is also a hollow behind the toilet/next to the kitchen which has light on all night (see pic) and you can smell the cigarette smoke from downstairs.

the convenience of the mini kitchen,we didn’t cook but there was the option and a fridge/freezer good for storing water the beds were comfy and the extra pillows were nice to have

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in Saigon. In der Nähe ist der große Markt, Cafes usw.. Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof liegt ist sie doch sehr ruhig. Vermieter ist bei Anfragen sehr flexibel und kümmert sich, dass alles paßt.

man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
