Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay, especially my one year old daughter 🥰 great view great room great food great service, everything great.

There was mold in the shower area, just that spot was moldy, but i looked past it because everything else was great. We ate at sepoi sepoi restaurant, pricey but food was good. Just that grill chicken chop quite small for the price.

The room was spacious and equipped with full amenities. We had our dinner at the Sepoi-Sepoi Restaurant, and the food was delicious. The fire show was amazing and served as an added attraction for us. Buggy car service was also available at all times.

Resort on the sea..and view sunrise & sunset is beautiful..

The private resort may take to long to get a buggy and swimmingpool have to take out the shirt ( jersey/microfibre/singlet )..just pants only for men..

buggy services could be improved, but enjoyed the stay

waiting for buggy but can be improved

The room is spacious and comfy

The property booked under Ark goldcoast is a private under Golden Palm/Avani. I don't understand how it end up like this. The direction/ location information in the booking not accurate in the booking platform as I arrived confused since the name is not the same. The golden palm staff also mostly confused with this private ownership. Luckily got a person who recognized this private ownership (he told Airbnb 😅 which is not correct too) I don't get the check in details and information upfront but the front desk finally helps. The staff of Golden Palm Goldcoast is super not friendly with us as guest since this is privately own asset under their facility. It's super troublesome to move around since it's very far from lobby to the room required buggy services. The buggy was prioritized the Golden Palm guess instead of us. The preferential treatment is not good. You can only talk to the owner via WhatsApp message and with limited support from the admin and not good treatment by the Golden Palm staff, making the stay inconvenience. The house equipped with heater, but capacity is insufficient. Cannot use the hot water continuously as it's not enough heat capacity. You can't complain to Golden Palm either as this is not asset under their responsibility. The TV standard TV with all the time lagging. So you can enjoy that much. Overall, still good experience staying here, not bad it's equipped with wifi too.But if you choose to be independent without relying on hotel staff support, then this will be good choice for you. Otherwise to enjoy to the fullest, better straight order with Golden Palm. Preferential treatment is really not and you felt unwelcome here as private guest. 😇

The accommodation is unique, the staff are lovely! The room is big and comfortable, there was a small fridge which was handy. There is a continental restaurant which you have access to (for a fee). The location is quite far from closest town, you definitely need to get transport. Once you arrive the staff from the hotel are available to transfer you to your room, we arrived quite late and the staff were helpful.

The property Management was quite poor. They didn't have record of our booking and therefore no instructions for checking in. Make sure before you arrive (days before) that you request the contact number of the property management. The hotel staff were thankfully very helpful and got us in touch. Once this was sorted we were allocated a room very quickly despite our reservation being missed. As this was done fast, the accommodation was not cleaned to high standards especially the bathroom. We appreciate the staff doing their best to accommodate us..

Loved the cottage over the ocean. That was a bucket list item and it met my hopes.

Nothing around the area, pretty remote. They have issues with roof leaks and hot water.

Location was nice, unit were clean, sea view superb

Położenie

we booked family villa and the room was nice. The view also superb.

we were not satisfied with the buggy services. we were waited more than half an hour and no one pick up us although we were already book 2 hours before. we understand that it was full house but the hotel need to arrange it to cater all the quest.

Resort sangat best,🥰🥰🥰 fmly pun seronok …

Friendly staff

ともあれ海上コテージ

設備は古い。arkの場合はフロントのサービスは最小限で、トラブル時は自分で解決できる人でないと厳しい

The location is nice. The place is very beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious.

When we arrived for our 2-night stay, we were told by the only receptionist on-site that our booking was not under their management because it was a “private villa.” This was never stated anywhere on the Booking.com listing at the time of booking. The receptionist could not assist us directly and asked us to wait while he tried to contact a colleague. I had to call the listed number myself to speak with the supposed owner, who said he would return my call — but never did. Only after I insisted again at reception were we given a room number on a piece of paper, with no explanation or welcome. Despite our check-in time being 3 PM, we were given the room earlier, which we appreciated. However, on the second day, we returned to the room at 9:30 PM and found it had not been cleaned. Trash bins were full, towels unchanged, and bottled water not replenished. When we contacted reception, a staff member (with limited English) insisted we weren’t entitled to more water due to having a water filter in the room — which was not true. Only after he came to inspect and confirmed there was no filter, did he reluctantly give us water, while stressing that we were not supposed to receive it because we were in the “private villa.” When I asked why the room was not cleaned, no one could give a proper explanation. The supervisor refused to come, and we were again told to contact the owner. The owner finally told us that room cleaning is not automatic and must be requested, as some families “don’t want to be disturbed.” This is completely unacceptable. Room cleaning is a standard service, and guests who do not want it can use a “Do Not Disturb” sign. At no point before or during booking were we informed that this was a self-managed private villa requiring us to call the owner for basic services. The experience felt more like a poorly organized B&B, with no accountability or transparency.

The view of the hotel very beautiful. It's a good place to relax with your family.

the buggy service it quite hard to get esp during morning. hope can improve that

Linen thread + walking way a bit dirty with lizards/birds shits

The view, customer service and overall facilities

the place is so so dusty since my mom got dust alleggy, sinus and asthma and had to wipe and sweep everything to make dust free

Best host best property ever

Nothing

only the view, the place not matched at all with price

during our staying no housekeeping, they told us the room not include breakfast so we have to pay if we need breakfast, i tried to explain for them the location is very remote area so how i paid more than 600 rm per night but not encloud breakfast, the way that they talking with us it was too rood

Nothing much

Parking fees is ridiculous high! One time charges at RM50 and each time going out we are charged RM10!!!

Beautiful house, swimming pool, friendly staff

Loved the room - size and comfort. The rate I got was value-for-money!

The cleanliness could be better - corners had dust, dirt and mold (in some spaces).

Location is good. concept is excellent

Comforter not provided can consider to improve lighting the room

Really cool concept, and the rooms were fantastic. Would strongly recommend the spa as well. The restaurants are also fantastic and well priced.

I didn't think it would be a long drive even though it's so close to the airport. Some of the staff weren't able to assist straight away and calls had to be escalated (for example trying to book a transfer in the morning). When escalated though, the service was fantastic. No phones in the rooms, which meant we had to figure out how to contact the reception.
