Großer Pool, bemühter Vermieter, sehr große Wohnung mit Wasserfilter, gut ausgestattet.

Die Gegend und Umgebung waren schmutzig und am verfallen. Die Möbel in der Wohnung waren abgenutzt, Toilettenpapier ging am ersten Tag schon aus, es war nicht sauber geputzt. Es war sehr laut, die Nachbarn sind nachtaktiv und die Wände sehr hellhörig. Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, d.h. es sind ca 1 km bis zu Strand, Bank und Markt.

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times before and know what to expect. Large spacious apartments with lovely big relaxing pool (that you often have all to yourselves). Location is walking distance to the ferry, night markets, Kuah Town, local shops etc. This apartment was comfortable, the ac worked very well, a good functional kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The security staff are very friendly and helpful.

Be aware there is a 160RM deposit on arrival, less a 10RM handling fee. On arrival you are expected to agree to quite a few rules, including no pork products or shoes to be brought into the apartment, both we were fine with, but if you wanted to drink alcohol you needed to do it on the balcony using your own glass. This request was a bit odd given Langkawi is yes in a Muslim country, but also yes a duty free island selling duty free alcohol absolutely everywhere. Made us question if this apartment would be better marketed to Muslim guests only?? Overall a wonderful stay though despite all the rules.

The decor, spacious rooms, especially the living room, the kitchen and the 4 bedrooms. Even though the furniture was old for some rooms, the whole room concept made it worth the stay. Every room is air-conditioned!! A set up that suits big numbers of people staying in, it allows big gatherings in the big spaces in the living room. Do note that there's no elevator in this apartment! Finally, the one who made it worth the stay is the contact person (owner) who took the extra step, mile to make sure my family and I did not regret staying there!!

The balcony where the washing machine is located would have been ideal, if not for the chogged hole where water that falls in the balcony remained where it is, till it dries up. More wiring for laundry drying would be nice too!!

It is a well furnished, likely newly renovated apartment. It’s quite spacious and clean . The host provided all amenities and facilities. My kids loved that Netflix service was available. Its location is quite ideal too

Quite close to the Kuah Ferry Jetty and Kuah Town. Very comfortable stay for a family of 5, i believe the stay could easily accommodate for about 10 people at once. All the facilities provided worked well. Really recommended to stay here. Will definitely opt to stay here if i were to come to Langkawi again. Not forget to mention, the owner provided huge TV in the living room and the master bedroom, and there is no need to climb stairs to reach the property once you parked the car. The property is located at the back of the Sri Lagenda Apartment, so it is recommended to drive to the back of the apartment and park there so that it will be nearer for you to reach the property.

The only complaint is the parking space is quite cramped even for an A-segment sedan, we rented a Perodua Bezza for our Langkawi trip and had some difficulties to park in the space provided. Covered parking space is quite limited, but this is a non-issue if you spent most of the time in the day going around Langkawi, and only come back to the property at night.

Great family option with 4 bedrooms in a condo type setting. Walking distance (10 mins) to an outdoor food stall set up with 6+ vendors. Very close to ferry terminal & town - 5 mins by grab.

Pool is average with no lounges or chairs. Bit out of town so need to rely on grabs (which was totally fine by us)

Full aircon and fans. Wifi works well. TV is big.

All the cushions are smelly on the couch and all the pillows in the room especially pillows in the master bedroom including the blanket.

House is so nice and well prepared.. so clean.. owner so friendly.. i will come again for next visit..

All about the apartment is good. Spacious & clean. The place very near to the town yet it is a quiet place. The swimming pool big and clean. Sure i will book this place again when i travel here with my family❤️
