The property is similar to a motel with basic services, but the staff are good and there are good restaurants nearby , especially Japanese! It’s an easy walk to the centre of Satun

very nice location with affordable price

no hair dryer provided

good location,good receptionist,good vibes

comfortable and clean

My room was really nice but I enjoyed the bathroom. I enjoyed the nature and sky views while having the shower 😄 Most groceries, eat at restaurants, and change money right across the street from the bridge! The MAHA tower is a short walk away and the staff were friendly.

Value for money using booking.com

Limited parking because we're using rental car... Need to avoid car scratches when parked too close to each other

1) Near Kuah Jetty 2) Night Market on Wed

One of the receptionist not helpful. The one with " No this No that" Room 109 bedsheet did not change has blood stain on it. The window facing to main road leaking as well. That time was heavy rain. Water coming through the glass window. Making room floor wet. No change of room because we were so tired. Room 104 toilet leaking from upstairs toilet. I was using the toilet when the water touched my head. It was not just a water. It was faeces with yellow stain on top the toilet seat. Room allocated for us not a clean room esp the toilet and room condition not being checked. Called receptionist to change and we got another room 102. But the nightmare happened at 2:00 to 3:00 am. Suddenly i smelled cigar smoked sip into my room. The guy checked in around 11-12 midnite. He made a lot of noise. Talked so loud and put on music so loud. Called reception. No answer. Second call answered by security guard. He asked me back, what i want to do? Huh.. I just said make the guy stop everything. Cant have a peaceful night. The mattress spring was out and making a sound.

Selesa

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my stay here and was told by the rude lady at the check in desk that I would receive a full refund but I had to ask Booking.com. Upon asking Booking.com they reached out to the hotel and denied my refund. The hotel is also soulless, empty and stale. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bilik besar selesa sangat2 , harga murah 🫶🏻

I like the location.

the room and facilities looks old.some bulbs in my room not function.

Location

It's inside smells.. There is no good.

Hotel terletak dalam kawasan Pekan Kuah. Tempat parking kereta pun mudah. Dekat dengan bank-bank.

Pemandangan belakang hotel ada semak samun terbiar.

Hotel is located near the city center. In front of the hotel there is a parking with enough parking slots. Next to the hotel is a big area with delicious street food.

Furniture in the room is quite old, but for the price ok.

Everything you need nearby, food, shopping, street market on Wednesday. Useful and friendly personnel.

It can be quite loud, our windows didn't isolate sounds properly... With the old card system, you can't leave the room with the key and let your Partner inside with electric power, it will shut down 👎 The walls are thin.

Nothing much.

No breakfast available. Far away from tourist centre. No facilities around. No worthwhile tourist attractions nearby.

Accueil un peu froid

Semua ok saja....

Semua ok saja...

no breafast available.

Miscommunication between the staff who took orders at booking for reservations and the staff who received us upon arrival. We booked 16 rooms. Two days before arrival, we were given the list of 16 room numbers. Upon arrival, 15 rooms were provided. But managed to add another room. Room changes at the last minute. Due to the little commotion, the staff at the front desk became jittery and a little annoying. Other than that, things were fine.

Rien

Lokasi strategik tengah-tengah bandar

Tiada

Better than expected, was comfortable and clean

The location quit and not busy

There is no Cafe in the hotel since the eating stall & shop far from hotel need to travel by car / bike TV Channel only 2 and not clear

Haunted hotel vibe

Super dirty, creepy, neglected, disgusting, .. all bad. Sheets have big yellow stains, some sticky. Very dirty, old, broken overall.

Not far from the ferry and good value for money. The night market is really close with some good food stalls to eat at.

All is perfect

nothing

Hassle free check in and check out

Kind of old realm

Location was very ideal for us. We're mostly there for duty free shopping and there were tons within walking distance from the hotel. All Grab ehailing was able to access us within 3 minutes waiting time whenever we had to go to further attractions - ie Chenang, Dataran Lang, jetty, etc.

The bathroom was a little let down - toilet seat was loose and kept moving. The bathroom has no exhaust fan so the floor takes ages to dry especially since the shower area is not separate from the rest of the bathroom. I didn't mind that it wasn't separate but it could be better if the exhaust fan was installed. Another thing is the removable shower head was so high up. If you're shorter than 160 cm (approx 5 feet 2), you might struggle a bit
