Very close to the city centre, clean and modern studio
No microwave
Liked how clean it was and that it had everything here for cooking and even some couscous 😊
Everything was perfect
In a good lively location close to Plaza des Armas. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Oil and salt was left to use for cooking which was useful.
As you can see from the photo of the room, it faces a walkway. This means people can see in if you have lights on and curtains open. There were 2 non stick pans for cooking but no utensils to use with them. We only had two bath towels which was okay but a hand towel would also have been nice. These issues were nothing however compared with the following. To enter the property we were given a code. This did not work. Although the owner tried to help remotely this did not work. We waited outside the apartment, next to the lift, for more than one hour with our cases whilst other residents passed us. Eventually both owners came. It seemed he needed to do a reset on the lock with his fingerprint and it then worked. By the time things were sorted, we were exhausted and cancelled our plans for the evening. Both owners seemed friendly and suggested we use their airport transfer service to get back to the airport. Although the price was substantially more than the Uber we had taken from the airport we agreed. We could have forgiven the door entry issues, what could not be forgiven was turning up late to go to the airport. In fact i later established he was still in bed when he was due to come. After several WhatsApp messages, we ordered an Uber which arrived 2 mins later at the same time as the owner turned up, more than 30 mins late. He didn't even apologise. We also had no Wifi for the last 12 hours of our stay. Luckily we checked in for our flight before this.
Maribel, the host, has been amazing with us!
