What I liked: - Comfy beds & quiet - The rooms are in a old stone brick building - just behind it is a steep rock (Annedal Utsiktpunkt) - perfect for sun sets! - Small yard with tables - big & well equipped kitchen - Supermarket (Hemköp) and tram stop (Brunnsgaten - only one line) just around the corner

What I did not like: - basically you get a small room with a big bed with little space around the bed. On the photos it looks like you would have some extra space in your private room (not the the case). Hence, the photos & description don't give you the full picture - Considering the above, value for the money is on the lower end... - There is a peeping (quite disturbing) sound when your your door opens/closes

Eine sehr komfortable und architektonisch interessanteUnterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sehr ruhig, aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Apartments waren sehr schön, die Betten bequem und die Gästeküche sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Es wurde dort an alles gedacht und wir haben gern dort gefrühstückt. Im Garten konnte man sich gemütlich entspannen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Härlig stadsdel i centrala Göteborg. Bott här tidigare så jag valde att återkomma. Underbart med tillgång till välförsett kök. Finns härlig liten trädgård att sitta i utanför . Hjälpsam personal- som svarar direkt- vid behov.

Låsen med koder är ju effektivt men ger mindre trivselpoäng.

Gorgeous big windows with lots of light. The decor was nice and tasteful. Clean and comfortable stay I highly recommended this property.

The cleaning staff attempted to open the door before check out. I was just out the shower.

Location: Quiet neighbourhood with everything you need closeby. Cllose to tram as well. Confortable room, good shower. Common kitchen is great, we used it for breakfast.

Bekväma sängar, enkel access till boendet, fin inredning. Bra med sängkläder och handdukar som ingår. Bra utrustat gemensamt kök med uppmärkta hyllor i kylen för matvaror per lägenhet.

Ingick inte frukost vilket är helt okej (även om jag uppskattar om man kan köpa till en frukostpåse). Hade dock uppskattat mycket om man åtminstone hade haft tillgång till t ex kaffepods på rummet, ca två per dag man bokat som sen gick att använda i en gemensam kaffebryggare i det gemensamma köket. Saknar kaffe och te som standard även om frukost inte ingår på alla hotell/boenden. Saknade en säkerhetskedja på dörren. Jag som ensam kvinna vill gärna känna att jag kan sova tryggt. Även en säkerhetskedja på båda fönstren vore bra så man vågar ha öppna fönster under natten men att de inte öppnas hela vägen. Kan vara av modellen barnlås. Lite oklart om man skulle meddela när man lämnade boendet eller inte. Nu lämnade jag bara innan utckeckningstid.

Haus ist sehr hellhörig

Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden jedoch leider enttäuscht. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt in Ordnung und auch die Gemeinschaftsküche war grundsätzlich gut nutzbar. Allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, dass wir nahezu immer diejenigen waren, die nach anderen Gästen aufgeräumt haben. Besonders unangenehm war der Zustand der Küche: Im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken befanden sich teilweise längst abgelaufene Lebensmittel. Im Tiefkühlschrank lagen unter anderem ein alter Fisch und sogar eine halbe Banane. Hier hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Kontrolle erwartet. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts fanden direkt am Haus Bauarbeiten mit erheblichem Lärm statt (hierbei reden wir *nicht* von kleinen Bohrarbeiten, vielmehr von Stemm-und Hämmerarbeiten im Haus). Wir wurden morgens durch Bohren und Hämmern geweckt – alles andere als das, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Da an Erholung nicht mehr zu denken war, entschieden wir uns, einen Tag früher abzureisen. Unsere vorzeitige Abreise haben wir der Unterkunft unmittelbar mitgeteilt. Auf unsere Beschwerde erhielten wir zunächst eine sehr freundliche Nachricht. Darin entschuldigte sich die Unterkunft für die Unannehmlichkeiten und schrieb ausdrücklich: “As a gesture of goodwill, we will therefore refund the cost of your final night’s stay.” Für uns war diese Aussage eindeutig. Von einer Bedingung, dass wir die letzte Nacht hätten stornieren müssen, war in dieser E-Mail keine Rede. Umso überraschter waren wir über die nächste Nachricht. Plötzlich hieß es, eine Erstattung sei nur möglich gewesen, wenn wir die letzte Nacht storniert und die Unterkunft nicht mehr genutzt hätten. Diese Bedingung wurde erst nachträglich genannt – obwohl wir unsere frühere Abreise sofort mitgeteilt hatten und die Rückerstattung bereits schriftlich zugesagt worden war. Ein solches Vorgehen empfinden wir als enttäuschend und wenig kundenorientiert.

The apartment is tiny but ideal for one person—perfect for the one-week trip I was taking. It is very well located: right next to the city center and the beautiful Haga district. It is surrounded by tram and bus lines, making it easy to get around. If you enjoy sports, there is a park nearby where you can go running or walking. The owner was attentive to any questions I had and replied immediately. It was very clean, and everything was brand new and well-appointed.

It might feel a bit small if you stay longer than a week. For instance, there’s no TV in the room. That doesn't bother me, but it could be a downside for some. I’m Spanish, so we always miss having roller shutters; the room was very bright, making it hard to sleep in the dark—light was already streaming in by 4:00 AM.

Jättefint läge. Tyst och lugnt med en skog utanför. Lätt att parkera utanför på gatan. Bra sängar.

Wifi - fungerade inte när vi var där.

We loved the location which is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are many amenities within an easy walk and the tram stop is nearby as well. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the shared kitchen which was well stocked with utensils, refrigerator space, and cabinet storage.

We found the WiFi difficult to connect to and stay connected.

S obzirom da smo ocenili već objekat na recenziji od prvog dana boravka, nećemo se ponavljati. Jako smo zadovoljni lokacijom i smeštajem. Morali smo ovaj put da damo ocenu 9, tako da je ukupna ocena 9,5.

Jedinu zamerku imamo, što smo očekivali da će nam dodatna rezervacija koju smo bukirali za jedan dan više (zbog promene termina leta) biti u visini 1 dana u odnosu na prethodno rezervisanu trodnevnu rezervaciju. Shvatamo da je cena za 1 dan veća, ali nama je to bilo sve u kontinuitetu, tako da nije trebalo čistiti sobu i menjati posteljinu i peškire.

I needed an invoice badly for my work trip until a certain deadline, I reached out multiple times and still have not received an invoice. The deadline has since passed and this has made it very difficult for me and my work place.

Izvrsna lokacija u autentičnom, mirnom kvartu. Komunikacija preko poruka sa vlasnicima jasna i precizna. Apartman na prvom spratu sa lepim pogledom je čist i udoban. Zajednička kuhinja je prostrana, praktično opremljena sa svim potrebnim sadržajem. Iako je vreme u julu bilo promenljivo uživali smo u šarmantnom okruženju.

Sve je bilo korektno.

This was undoubtedly the best value place we stayed in 16 days in Scandanavia. Our room faced a patch of trees, and the area was quiet at night. Our room was spacious, and we had access to the laundry area in the basement (free to use, and almost one machine per apartment) and to the kitchen and dining room. Each apartment has a shelf in the fridge and a cupboard, so no confusion about who’s is who’s. Coffee for the filter machine was included too. The No 2 tram stop is 3 minutes walk away, and there are a couple of shops near the tram stop for food shopping. About 15 minutes on the tram to the station. Walking distance to the Fortress and famous “Haga” district, and not that far from the top end of Slottsskogen (although having bought into a travel card, we did get the tram). Fred was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the property during the morning after we checked out too.

It was the strangest check-in experience I’ve ever had. After I paid, the property sent me four automated messages, including one saying there would be no staff on-site and that access us via a door code. Yet they never sent the actual access code - not the day before check-in, nor on the day itself. 😄 They only sent it after I asked, “Where’s the code?” On top of that, the Wi-Fi is password-protected, but they never sent the Wi-Fi password at all. 😄 Very strange service.

Funny stuff.

I did not have breakfast, only cofffee. The kitchen area was immaculate and had a wonderful setting.

Fantastisk gulligt och mysigt boende. Vi älskade den gammaldagsa kännslan av göteborg blandat med den nya moderna inredningen. SUPERBRA läge också för ett mycket värt pris. Rekomenderar starkt!

Quiet location, comfortable bed, laundry room

Room was tiny, glad to be able to do laundry but the laundry room was a mess with laundry hanging everywhere and all the machines full, plus the dryers take 3 hrs to dry a small load. Also, we were walking down a dark staircase to get to the laundry room until we figured out that an unmarked button on the wall was a light switch. Our tiny room was also full of extra stuff that took up valuable space — 3 candlesticks with candles, a plant, an old fashioned, non-functioning alarm clock, decorative pillows …

This aparment was a dream! It was clean, cozy and smelled great! It looked exactly like from IKEA catalogue. We truly felt like home, maybe even better! + Check-in was seamless thanks to the codes provided. + The bed was comfortable with enough pillows. + The bathroom smelled great and looked brand new. + The location is further from the city centre but still within a nice walking distance. It was an advantage because it is in a quiet and green area. Very peaceful vibes. Definitely want to come back again!

- Maybe fridge and microwave could be an improvement. That would make it 11/10 rating. 😊

Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist groß, ebenfalls sauber und voll ausgestattet.

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Abgesehen vom Doppelbett, das für 2 Personen groß genug ist, ist der Rest des Apartments für 2 Personen recht klein.

L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier vraiment agréable à vivre, et l’immeuble a un charme authentique. Fredrik a été très attentionné et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

We really enjoyed the stay. We got very precise information as to how to check-in. We briefly met Fred who was very welcoming and available. The room itself was very cute, clean and well-organised. We used the shared kitchen several times and everything was perfect about it. The location is very quiet and very close to Slottsskogen park; we really enjoyed it!

Styrningen av belysningen i rummet var inte enkel att förstå. Kan förbättras.

Comfortable beds

Impossible to get in touch with the staff. We had two issues over the steady, called seven times over two days. Six times was an answering machine, seventh they hung up. Paper thin walls, someone above was having a solo party or seemed, so we couldn't sleep on the first night. Whilst it was clean, the shower has a wet bathroom mat inside the cubicle and it stunk of damp.

Väldigt fräscht trevligt och mysigt boende med sköna sängar och utmärkt läge.

Lugnt område, på promenadavstånd till det mesta. Bra ställe om man vill ha tillgång till kök. Allt fungerade smidigt.

Otroligt smidigt och nära till allt.så mysigt att vakna av att höra fåglarna i parken.

Kanske hade varit trevligt med en tv men bara kanske.

Läget var bra. Köket helt okej. Gulligt rum. Smidigt med koder.

Smal säng, kanske 90 cm men bäddmadrassen var smalare. Väldigt mjuk säng. Ingen tv på rummet. Skulle gå att tvätta men fanns ingen maskin att hitta.

Have some stairs consider if you bring our heavy luggage. I don’t know after giving instruction the host no response at all, i have some questions for ask.

Trevligt boende i lugnt kvarter mitt i centrala Göteborg. Kan varmt rekommendera att bo här om man besöker stan nära till allt men ändå avskilt.

Suveränt prisvärt boende för kortare vistelse i Göteborg.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Grundsätzlich alles vorhanden.

Im Schlafraum beziehungsweise aus dem kleinen Badezimmer hat es sehr penetrant nach Desinfektionsmittel gerochen. Die Toilette ist leider wegen der Größe des Badezimmers, sehr beengt angebracht. Große Leute haben sicherlich ein Problem, gerade auf der Toilettenbrille zu sitzen, ohne mit ihren Knien an die Wand anzustoßen. Die Küche und der Essraum sind sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Idee ist wohl, dass die Gäste selber für die Sauberkeit sorgen. Das funktioniert offensichtlich nicht. Hier wäre Personal wünschenswert, was zu gegebener Zeit nachbessert. Der Essraum war zwar sehr sauber, von den Ablagen kann man das nicht behaupten. Auch das Geschirr konnte man guten Gewissens nicht sofort verwenden.
