Location

In the rules and policies description, before coming, it states that is not allowed to do noise or be loud after 10pm, but unfortunately the whole day and night we could hear people moving things in the upper apartment, constantly. And also we found several spiders, red ones, behind the bed and my partner was also bitten.

Ich habe mich gefühlt als wäre es ein nach Hause kommen. Für mich war das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war toll, weil es ja auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche gab - Frühstück und Snack für Zwischendurch waren daher sehr praktisch. Die Küche super ausgestattet! Den Schreibtisch fand ich auch sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, nicht weit ins Zentrum (zu Fuß). Anbindung an die Öffis war auch sehr gut!

Slightly noisy when other guests enter and exit the building - it shakes the room door which can be unsettling/disturbing.

It was clean. Check in and out was very smooth. They responded the messages very fast and kind.

The room is too small. The floor makes a lot of noises when you walk on it. It was annoying. The toiletries were only enough for two nights.

I recomend 100% that place. You will find the True Scandinavian style & confort . Train, Cafe shops, supermarket near the appartment. In the kitchen you will find all what you will need .

Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss entsprach nicht dem Zimmer in der Anzeige. Ich bin von einem Erdgeschoß-Zimmer mit normalgroßen Fenstern ausgegangen und nicht von einem Untergeschoß-Zimmer mit Kellerfenstern.

Moderne, ansprechende Ausstattung mit gutem Bett, fußläufig zu Hagaviertel, Haltestelle Straßenbahn um die Ecke, schöne Gemeinchaftsküche mit Sitzgelegenheit

Good sized bathroom, nice and tidy room with a little fridge. Great location right in the heart of Gothenburg

Everything about the apartment and its facilities was lovely.

Unfortunately, my stay was severely affected by the lack of sound insulation in apartment 702, which was on the lower level (I paid more for this room). I could hear every single movement from the apartment above, including loud footsteps, items being moved on counters, the occupant getting into/moving in bed (squeaking), using the bathroom and showering etc. The noise kept me up until gone midnight and was so loud it woke me at 5:30 a.m. on both days of my stay - this was when the guest was getting up and getting ready for over an hour on both days, and I heard every movement. I was unable to get back to sleep. As I was in Gothenburg solely for an important work trip, this had a significant impact on my ability to function effectively. I was exhausted due to the lack of sleep on both nights. Although everything else about the apartment was excellent, the noise issue was so disruptive that it seriously affected my overall experience and the purpose of my visit. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again solely due to this.

Enkelt, delikat og fin beliggenhet til alt enten til fots eller med trikk rett nede i veien.

Vi bodde på rom 909 og her kunne nok badet snart vært litt renovert. Dusj sonen er ganske slitt, men et veldig godt dusjhode med flott og stabilt trykk.

Room was perfectly fine for a solo traveller. Convinient check-in.

Jag gillade att det var modernt, att det fanns kylskåp på rummet, att det gemensamma köket var modernt, fint och välstädat.

Läget, gångavstånd till det mesta!

En aning dålig lukt från duschen. Liksom att det var varmt på natten. Saknade en liten fläkt.

Lugger i et fint, sentralt område nære Haga og Vasastan.

Vi ble tildelt et kjellerrom med svært små vinduer. Ingen rømningsvei! Kan ikke være godkjent som soverom.

The building is lovely and the apartments are tastefully. renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped and good quality tea and coffee is offered. The room is spotless. Easy to get to bus stops.

The single bed is really uncomfortable as its a canape with a thin mattress. The shower doesn't have a door so the water goes into the small bathroom. Internet working intemittently last night.

Sehr schönes Apartment . Relativ ruhige Lage, zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss. City ist ca. 30min zu Fuss entfernt. Komplett ausgestattet und sauber , Bett auch bequem und nicht zu hart

Die Suite hatte zwei Schlafzimmer. Leider gab es keine Tür - diese wurden ausgehängt. Wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig aufstehen morgens, hört man durch den Vorhang jede Kleinigkeit. Wirklich schade. Dies war ein Hauptgrund , weshalb ich die Suite genommen habe. Zu einem Zimmer gehört eine Tür , sonst ist es nur ein offener Raum. Weiterhin war der Mörtel gebrochen auf dem Boden zwischen Schlafzimmer und Küche. Das sollte dringend repariert werden.

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, wenn auch klein.

Ich habe ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat es sich herausgestellt, dass es im Keller war. Es gab kleine Fenster auf Straßenhöhe, jedoch ohne Gitter davor. Beim Lüften wurden sofort Blätter hereingeweht, bzw. wollte ich nicht lange lüften, falls etwas anderes hineinkrabbelt. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich Erdgeschoss "lower level" gebucht habe. Auf der deutschen Buchungsseite war nichts über "Souterrain" geschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist hier mit "Erdgeschoss" extra vage, um Leute zu verwirren, und sich dann zu rechtfertigen, dass es immer klar kommuniziert wurde. Ich finde das nicht okay.

Most of the attractions are within walking distance (if you like to go by overground/tram the station is within a 3 minutes walk). A supermarket with all day to day products is within walking distance as well. A lovely backyard to enjoy dinner or have a rest is available as well. Kitchen was well equipped either the kitchen in the common area as well as the kitchen in our flat.

Clean, well equipped room in a great location wrt to all attractions and was able to hire a bike directly from the hotel.

So close to the Central train station that l struggled to get to sleep at night.

Location was nice, building and common area/kitchen was nice. Easy access and good communication from host. (New!) room was pleasant.

Unfortunately there were bed bugs on the bed when I arrived. Luckily I noticed straight away, but it was quite obvious so I was shocked that the cleaning staff had not noticed. There was a whole "nest" behind the headboard and I saw 3 crawling on the bed. I got offered a new room and the staff were very nice about the situation. But this had a very bad impact on my stay and of course I did not feel very safe in regards to cleanliness and was worried that they were elsewhere in the building.

Sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Koselig lite hotell. Måltider kan du lage selv på felles kjøkken. Og en koselig hage som man kan slappe av i. Det er også noen få parkeringsplasser.

God beliggenhed, i gå afstand til det meste af Göteborgs seværdigheder og mange gode spisesteder. Super dejligt med et fælles køkken, hvor man selv kan lave mad.

La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina per la colazione e per la cena: c'era tutto l'occorrente e l'ambiente era molto carino e accogliente. Ho utilizzato anche la lavatrice (al contrario di molte recensioni che ho letto l'ho trovata libera, e ne ho approfittato), anche se qualcuno ha interrotto il ciclo dell'asciugatrice che avevo impostato, per cui ho dovuto stendere i vestiti in camera: per fortuna era caldo e si sono asciugati

La camera è al terzo e ultimo piano senza ascensore, per cui se avete valigie grosse può essere impegnativo: ma basta saperlo!

Perfekt område för vår vistelse. Koden funkade inte till dörren eftersom den var bytt. Jag hade fått ett SMS om detta men inte upptäckt förändringen. Vi fick dock kontakt med några andra boende som meddelade den nya koden. Inget stort problem.

Hotel molto bello in stile tipico svedese, con una cucina attrezzata e macchina del caffè. Zona molto tranquilla, residenziale ma vicino al centro e a molti locali dove poter mangiare, oltre a molti supermercati. Tornerei senza dubbio in questa struttura !

Alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser durchs Badezimmer. Eine Abtrennungsleiste zwischen Dusche und restlichem Bad wäre hilfreich.

Ett otroligt fräscht lägenhetshotell mitt i vackraste Göteborg. Vackert, äldre tegelhus med otroligt fräsch och nyrenoverad insida. Jag bodde i ett mindre enbäddssovrum som var precis lagom för mig. Rent och fräscht och modernt. Stort plus med kylskåp på rummet. Lite random men också typ den skönaste toasitsen jag suttit på. Köket var också fräscht och bra, stort plus att det fanns tillgång till tvättstuga (använde ej dock). Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Tycker det är lite dyrt för att inte erbjuda "mer". Men såklart helt perfekt läge, modernt, fräscht och allt det där. Bara att jag vill hitta någonstans att bo mer regelbundet (pendlar till Göteborg en gång i veckan) och då blir det för dyrt. Men hittade en sista-minuten till mer rimligt pris och önskar verkligen att jag kunde bo här oftare!

The owner has several buildings with small apartments on each floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen, washing machine, and other facilities made the stay in Gothenburg comfortable.

Das Haus, Architektur, Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Gemeinschaftsküche.

Größe des Zimmers war deutlich zu klein: kein Stuhl, kein Platz, um einen Koffer zu öffnen, Fenster war nicht festzustellen zum Lüften (Haken kaputt). Kein Ventilator. Außerdem entsprach die Größe des Zimmers nicht der Beschreibung, sondern war deutlich kleiner als 16 qm!

Easy check in

Our room was more run down than in the pictures. Our was not the clean and crisp room that is advertised . Bathroom was very dated. Dirty cup rings were on the sides , the linen I had been left was dirty, had to locate a cleaning cupboard to place after calling the reception. Overall I was disappointed, the location was good and the check in was easy, comfy beds.

Good value for money

Lovely bedroom and really close to Haga. Also it had good laundry facilities!
