Clean, well laid out, everything we needed was there. Close-by shops and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Мы приехали поздно вечером, но хозяин нас дождался, все показал, ответил на все наши вопросы и передал нам ключи. В апартаментах было все необходимое) Две просторные спальни и большая гостиная - было очень комфортно.

нет лифта, но занести чемоданы наверх помог хозяин. Только при выезде из апартаментов чемоданы пришлось нести самим. Возможно в будущем стоит обновить посуду

L'appartamento è grande con 2 camere enormi. La posizione comoda avendo la.spiaggia a 100 metri e un supermercato Carrefour a 50 metri per fare comodamente spesa

L'appartamento è sopra il.parcheggio del supermercato, i furgoni che scaricano la merce fanno rumore la mattina presto e alla sera c'è rumore fino a tardi per colpa di un bar nelle vicinanze.

Convenient location -supermarket & beach around the corner as well as numerous beach food vendors - spacious accomodation- magnificent lighting - unusual style of furnishings- very shiney!

Minimal bed covering - just sheet & thin comforter - coming from colder climes felt inadequate - need to upgrade crockery & provide cutting board

Excellent location, a small lane away from the beach and in close proximity to Carrefour and many restaurants/pubs and just behind Anari Hotel and Spa. Carrefour was very convenient for our breakfast groceries, etc. There are also many travel agencies nearby offering group tours. A tourist info hub too is just there. The property's owners should highlight these in their ad, so that tourists can land there and book tours instead of firming up an itinerary from abroad. Wish we had known this earlier. When we were searching for accomodation, we saw loads of properties advertising that they are walking distance from the beach. It was difficult to know how far though! Well, you could close your eyes and choose this one -- it is literally a few minutes from the beach! The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage space, and the airconditioners worked fine. The internet service was fast and without any issues. A large clothes drying rack proved very handy to dry our bath towels and beach wear. The apartment comes with a washing machine (which we didn't use) but no dishwasher. Previous reviews had mentioned noise from the Carrefour loading bay but we did not experience this at all. Our request to check in early was accommodated. The owners are a text/call away. We would recommend this property to others.

The two bedroom property has only one bathroom-toilet. We were just 3 of us, so it was manageable. It would be helpful if the owners could install an exhaust fan in the toilet area. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, so having a Carrefour next door was very helpful. The water heater temperature in the mornings was a bit on the lower side. We had an issue with the kitchen tap, so we informed the owners and they responded promptly.

Very thoughtful setup as well very well maintained property. It was our first time with kids opting for Apartment and it was extremely comfortable and owners are always helpful and respond well in time! Brilliant location just next to beach and supermarket and all restaurents.

Straszny hałas, od sklepu i dużo imprez ale o 22:30 już było względnie cicho.

Apartament foarte spatios, mobilat modern si utilat, foarte curat si la 2 minute de plaja. Gazda foarte amabila, ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

Det ligger fantastisk, dog med lidt støj fra parkeringsplads. Der er alt hvad der skal være i en lejlighed. Værten var utrolig hjælpsom. God værdi for pengene.

L'appartement est très grand on s'attend à un petit studio mais c'est plus un deux pièces. Ensuite l'emplacement est parfait la plage est à juste à côté. Et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement (ustensiles de cuisine, sac poubelle, bac à glaçons, serviettes, fer à repasser,etc...)

Les fourmis, mais bon il y en a sur toute l'île.

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, nähe zum öffentlichen Strand , zum Geschäften, Restaurant.

Great location, very close to the beach and right next to a supermarket, which makes everything very convenient. The property is also very clean and well maintained.

Sehr komfortabel eingerichtetes und innovativ ausgeleuchtetes Appartment mit allem was man braucht, einen bequemen großen Bett, Parkplatz tolle Dusche, Klima und Smart TV. Beachhandtücher fanden wir super. Wir wurden nett begrüßt. Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es einen Durchgang und man erreicht direkt den Strand in 2 min. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür.

Eine Flasche Wasser wäre nett gewesen. Der Aussenbereich ist gepflegt, aber wie auch die anderen Gäste schrieben, ist die Anlieferung des Supermarkts nah. Aber dafür bekommt man innerhalb von Minuten frische Brötchen - uns hat’s nicht gestört bei drei Nächten.

Отличное расположение. На пляж ездили на машине. Рядом парковка супермаркета, кроме выходных мест было много. Хозяин пошел на встречу, продлили выезд до 18.00

Great location, helpful owner and very spacious air conditioner was excellent. Lovely big TV and comfy lounge.

I arrived in the evening after a long flight and would have appreciated a few tea bags and cooking basics as shops were closed. The flat was clean but the toilet hadn’t been flushed so the bathroom was stinky. Polyesters sheets are not ideal. Visiting is standard and much more comfortable. Beware the atm near Torquise tours as it has hefty fees. The atm near Carrefours is much better and also safe.

L'appartement très spacieux, la literie très confortable et l'accueil de notre hôte. La proximité des commerces, de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants sympas. Le parking privé et sécurisé. Un petit bémol, mais qui peut le plus peut le moins, le nombre d'interrupteurs pour commander de nombreuses lumières différentes et de différentes couleurs; Il faut un temps d'adaptation avant de trouver l'interrupteur qui allume la lampe que l'on souhaite allumer.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Exceptional customer service, our host was very gracious and helpful! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we felt extremely welcome! Location is great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby, pharmacy and Carrefour within walking distance. There is a beach right across the street, a quick walk away. Overall, 10/10!

The only thing we wish we had more of was the stove. There was one electric stove, which we managed to use for cooking, but having a second stove would have been practical. However, it wasn’t a big deal, we still were able to cook with the stove available.

Very limited kitchen utensils. Rain shower head was worthless and broken/worn out. Should have been told there were 3 levels of stairs. It was definitely not beachfront as advertised. Overall just ok

L'appartement est facile d'accès. La personne nous ayant remis les clés était très à l'écoute et serviable. L'appartement est exceptionnellement spacieux et la literie très confortable (Lits XXL !). Il est globalement bien équipé et très bien climatisé. Il est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités à pied (superette, bars, restaurants...)

L'absence de séparation de la salle de bain : La douche est bien une pièce isolée mais son accès qui intègre le lavabo est ouvert sur la pièce de vie. (pb d'intimité)

Die Lage war wunderbar. In 2 Minuten am Strand. Supermarkt. Post, Bars etc. Alles super nah.

Leider war die dusche sehr verkalkt und an der decke schimmel. Ausserdem fehlt in der küche eine Schere 😂

Duży apartament. Wszystko sprawne. Kuchnia wyposażona. Duża lodówka. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Do ładnej plaży okolo 250 metrów. Godzina spacerem do kolejnej ładnej pkaży Wolmar. Dookoła knajpki i trochę street foodu. Blisko około 150 metrów do marketu Carrefour. Kantor w tej samej odległości. Polecamy.

Appartamento moderno, luminoso e molto spazioso. In cucina non manca nulla, compreso spugne, detersivi ecc. Wifi ottimo e smart tv. Parcheggio privato interno con spazio esterno per mangiare. Si trova vicinissimo ad un supermercato e a ristoranti. La struttura si affaccia su un parcheggio. Consigliato per la posizione.

Consiglierei al piano terra di mettere una tenda dove batte il sole al mattino, per fare colazione.

Everything about Le Tribord was great. Cleanliness, amenities, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, unique interior. We asked the host Paynee for advice several times. He responded immediately and helped us to solve the problems.

Zelo prostoren apartma, terasa z mizo, prijazen lastnik, ugodna cena. V vsaki spalnici + dnevni sobi klima. Velik hladilnik in zmrzovalnik, mikrovalovka. Top lokacija. Par minut peš do plaže, takoj zraven velika trgovina, pošta, itd. Parkirisce na dvoriscu. Vsekakor se z veseljem vrnemo.

Mogoče malce dotrajano pohištvo ponekod, vendar zaradi ugodne cene to ni bilo moteče. Smo imeli vse kar smo rabili.

Oprema, prostornost, lokacija blizu obale dosegljivo peš.

Ker je zadaj za trgovino so bile včasih kakšne čudne vonjave iz smetnjakov.

Excellent property. location wise bang on.

The flat is located on the ground floor in a very good location - close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. The flat has everything you need - well working air conditioning in every room, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. You could go out on the terrace - but it was too hot so we rarely did, but wet clothes dried quickly in the sun. The owner was very nice. We were arriving early, so we asked to check in not at 2 p.m. but at 12 p.m. The room was ready for our arrival.

Unfortunately we found two large cockroaches in the bedroom in 8 days. If it wasn't for this I would have rated the flat a 10 not an 8.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, close to the waterfront. Nearby is a well-stocked small supermarket and some small shops, pharmacy. Paynee the host is very kind and helpful. What I liked less was the noise of the freight entrance to the shops.

Excellent communication with Krissen and Paynee pre arrival and throughout.. we experienced a lock down due to a cyclone and Paynee went out of his way to warn us etc. Location is great, v Handy for beach, shops, restaurants, private parking too for our hire car. The hotel next door is very handy, also good restaurants and a hairdresser which I used and a travel agent kiosk which sorts out car hire and excursion. Honestly, Paynee is like an Oracle, he helps with taxi's, hire cars etc 🙏🏻 All in all a very comfortable and spacious flat in lovely Flic en Flac. Definitely recommend!

Location is adjacent to a busy carpark for supermarket, shops and hotel. Can be noisy if you're home... However, all part of the vibe of a holiday in Africa 🌍. I used to clean a holiday let so this is being picky... Crockery would benefit of an upgrade... However the electrical appliances are v good and plentiful, from toaster to rice cooker... Hairdryer to steam iron, filter coffee machine, microwave... Also, again as an ex holiday let house keeper, some glass polish may make it a 10/10... The Appartment lighting is amazing though.

Top location, everything you need and super stylish app.

The apartment was very stylish. Great location within 5 minutes on foot you can get to the beach. There is a big supermarket opposite the property so I brought all my own food and cooked using the cooking facilities. The hosts were very helpful. They arranged a taxi for me to get to the next place when the driver I booked on DoDo didn't turn up. Security was good, it had a safety deposit box.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, a lot of restaurants, and a supermarket. The place also had everything you needed for a self-catering stay (even an umbrella).

It's not a dislike, but I think adding a bottle or two of water in the fridge can be well received.

Very clean and neat with all the essentials. Location next to the supermarket is convenient.

Being next to the supermarket, there is a fair bit of noise from offloading trucks from around 6am so not ideal if you want to sleep in and you're a light sleeper. The bedroom aircon is noisy. I like a firm pillow but these were very firm.

Positives are: 1- very clean and good size flat, 2- great location as its very close to the bus stop and the beach, etc

Negatives: 1- I was in a ground floor flat with a chain look on the door which didn't make me comfortable as I felt break-in is an issue 2- there was a bad smell( like swage smile) in the bathroom and 3- lots of ants as no cleaning was provided at all during my 3 nights stay.

Location, close by to all ameneties, just a stones throw away from shops, restaurants, walkable to beach, best choice for exploring south

1 Common bathroom and toilet for the whole house, no fans, hall ac not that good so gets hot during the day in the hall.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Kristen was really helpful and kind. He did help us a lot to find and track our baggage as Kenya airways delayed it and they were lost for two day. Also, he gave us some stuff like gel, suncream and soap to save us from buying them. Very good location and everything was really clean. I would 100% recommend this place.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you need - fridge with freezer, little kitchen, washing machine,WiFi.. location was great, few minutes from beach, 2 minutes from shop and bars and restaurants. It was also very well soundproofed.
