Il soggiorno alla Crystala Guest House è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente, probabilmente una delle migliori sistemazioni ad Assuan per rapporto qualità-prezzo e ospitalità. La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole, sull’Isola di Elephantine, facilmente raggiungibile con il traghetto pubblico. L’ambiente è tranquillo e autentico, lontano dal caos della città, perfetto per chi cerca relax e atmosfera locale sul Nilo. Le camere sono moderne, molto pulite e ben curate, con letti comodi e tutti i servizi essenziali. Molti alloggi offrono anche una splendida vista sul Nilo, che rende il risveglio davvero speciale. Uno dei punti forti assoluti è l’ospitalità: i gestori sono estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare con escursioni, trasporti e consigli utili. L’accoglienza è calorosa e fa sentire subito a casa. In sintesi, la Crystala Guest House è una scelta eccellente per chi visita Assuan: pulizia impeccabile, posizione unica sull’isola, vista spettacolare e un’ospitalità davvero autentica. Un luogo dove tornare senza esitazione.

非常好，所有设施都很干净，当你下船会有人帮你把行李送上楼，很贴心。最漂亮的地方在天台，晚上坐在那里吹风很舒服。房间里居然还有冰箱！！太赞了

We had a wonderful stay in Aswan. The rooms are clean and in a great location, right next to the boats that take you across the Nile. I recommend staying on Elephantine Island rather than on the mainland - the atmosphere is much more authentic and peaceful. Ahmed, the owner, was welcoming, kind, and caring throughout our stay. The same goes for Abdullah, who was always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Aswan!

The room was comfortable, just a litter small but the view was excellent !!!!!!! The AC worked perfect and the room was clean. The view from the roof top is so beautiful and peaceful . Ahmed the owner is an excellent person and very cooperative, if you need anything he resolve for you !!! I never see a hosted so friendly, educated and cooperative an organize like him, and all his personal that works for him are amazing. We stayed 4 days, and had a driver for the 4 days and we arrange excursion with Ahmed like Abu Simbel, Philae temple, Nubian Village , etc. ,and our transportation to Luxor stooping in 3 temples and everything was perfect!!!!! at Luxor we stay at the Hilton but we used Ahmed for the excursion like temples, museum, hot air balloon and transportation to the airport. Anything you need I recommend to ask him first Thank you Ahmed for all your kindness and to make our stayed so good

Struttura nuova proprietari e staff gentilissimi yousra carinissima ha preparato per noi un delizioso succo di mango della sua farm e ci ha offerto un dolce tipico. Si è fermata a chiacchierare con noi e così abbiamo conosciuto una persona ammirevole. Anche Abdullah dello staff ci ha riempito di attenzioni. Il proprietario ci ha inoltre organizzato le escursioni ad un ottimo prezzo.

Emplacement idéal sur l’île Elephantine, très proche de l’embarcadère du ferry (liaisons très fréquentes avec le centre ville d’Assouan). La vue de la chambre et du rooftop est magnifique ! La chambre est bien équipée et literie très confortable. Deux restaurants très bons se trouvent juste à côté. Les hôtes sont exceptionnels : disponibles, très réactifs pour l’organisation de sortie telles que visite du village nubien, chauffeur pour Abu Simbel, balade en felouque, ils nous ont offerts des boissons, gâteaux faits maison, des cadeaux au moment du départ. Nous vous recommandons cette guest house.

Posizione perfetta sull'isola Elefantina, a 2 minuti a piedi dal molo. La vista sul Nilo dalla terrazza era eccezionale a tutte le ore del giorno, soprattutto al tramonto. La camera era pulitissima, le lenzuola come nuove e la doccia ottima. Ahmed è stato gentilissimo, ospitale e davvero simpatico. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare il tour al tempio di Philae e ad Abu Simbel, il tutto con driver affidabili e responsivi alle nostre esigenze. Il suo collaboratore Abdullah è un ragazzo davvero speciale, attento e molto responsabile; al ritorno dal tempio ci ha accolto con un'ottima torta fatta in casa, del tè buonissimo e il suo sorriso gentile. Se dovessimo tornare ad Assuan tornerei sicuramente a soggiornare qui!

房间很干净，地理位置很好，就在西岸码头上来就是，岛上很安静，船也一直都有（中间早上6.50坐船去东岸都有船）房东有2栋，我住在1栋，是一个还在读书的弟弟接待的，自己的房间窗户直接看到码头，晚上还请我去第二栋露台吃蛋糕和芒果汁，送了他妈妈做的项链，是很美好的记忆

老板一家人非常nice！房间也很干净，位置离着码头2分钟就到了。可以预定去阿布辛贝神庙的车，老板会安排，价格也合理。楼上有个阳台，可以发呆一整天，很惬意。老板娘还送了家人亲手做的小礼物，做的蛋糕也很好吃！

Nous avons séjourné au Crystala II. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres ça fait du bien. La climatisation aussi est dans la chambre et heureusement d’ailleurs. Le personnel est au petit soin et disponible. Nous avons eu droit à une visite d’elephantina avec les explications. C’était un moment très agréable. Pour aller sur l’île vous devez prendre la navette (15 livres par personne l’aller et 15 livres le retour). Je vous conseille cet établissement.

Wow ! Juste parfait !👌🏻 Près de TOUT! Le propriétaire est vraiment incroyable, il nous a beaucoup aider lors de notre séjour de 3 nuits. Il nous a aider pour nos excursions à très bon prix. On avait un breuvage à tous les soirs sur la terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur le Nil. Le propriétaire nous a également donner un cadeau lors de notre dernière journée ! Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous a offert le petit déjeuner et des petits bracelets en souvenir le dernier jour. La vue sur le Nil est à couper le souffle, la terrasse est absolument superbe. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté qui sert de la cuisine Nubienne délicieuse toujours avec cette vue magnifique

La chambre est un exiguë nous avons eu du mal à poser et ouvrir nos valises. Le quartier est populaire mais malheureusement un peu sale

Bon accueil de Ahmed. Dans la partie Crystala 2, belle terrasse et chambres et salles de bain spacieuses.

Attention toutefois,il y a 2 bâtiments et les chambres dans l'autre bâtiment ne sont carrément pas du tout avec le même confort. Faites attention lorsque vous réservez. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Para salir de la isla debes tomar un bote pero nada del otro mundo Nos dieron un recibimiento agradable e incluso nos invitaron una media tarde. Siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos. We had a great time; the facility was extremely clean and comfortable; the furniture was super new. They surprised us with their hospitality and generosity; They offered us a free room upgrade at the rooftop with amazing nile view next to the room on the terrace; they also offered us free gifts; welcome drink and fresh juice and cake at the sunset. We had a great time at the island experiencing the vibes of the old village!

Our stay in Aswan was made truly special by our host. From the moment we booked, the communication was clear. We received detailed directions on how to take the ferry from the North Ferry point to the island, which made our arrival easy.The location is less than a one-minute walk from the ferry landing. We landed late in the evening and the owner organised a seamless transfer from the airport for us. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and we especially loved the tea and coffee facilities on our floor. One of the highlights of our trip was the private sunset felucca ride the owner helped us book for a very fair price. On our last evening, we were invited to the rooftop terrace for cake and refreshments. It was a great opportunity to chat and learn more about the local culture and the unique history of the area.The owner could not have done more to make our stay memorable. If you want a warm and authentic managed experience on Elephantine Island, I cannot recommend this guest house enough!

Struttura molto umile, nell’isola elephantine di assuan. Si raggiunge la città tranquillamente in un minuto di barca. Il villaggio è molto tranquillo e locale. L’alloggio è molto semplice, ma gli host sono molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliato se non vi pesa fare avanti e indietro da una sponda all’altra, ma anche se avete necessità particolari l’host vi aiuterà sicuramente !!!

La propreté de la salle de bains mériterait d'être améliorée. Le terme vue sur le Nil n'est pas toujours exact, sauf si l'on considère la vue du roof.

I truly appreciated the staff, their behavior was warm, punctual, and filled with a subtle, witty sense of humor that made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance offered a rare sense of serenity. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. I especially loved the terrace and the river side balcony. The terrace added a special charm, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Given the opportunity, I would gladly return to Egypt and spend a few more days at Crystala again. A special mention to Abdullah and Ahmed, your care for our entire group and the thoughtful gifts you gave us truly meant a lot. We felt genuinely humbled and blessed to have stayed at Crystala. The location on Elephantine Island was perfect, and the island atmosphere was truly special. I could easily have stayed much longer! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Egypt. Ahmed was fantastic, he even showed me a great swimming spot on the Nile near the accommodation. My expectations were completely exceeded.

第二天房间整理的工作人员会敲门提醒你一下，我觉得可以不用，因为还没到 checkout 时间并且客人可能还在休息。

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la navette nous dépose et nous marchons 2 minutes et nous sommes dessuite à l’hôtel. Abdou nous attendais à la descente du bateau et nous a aider à porter nos valises. Nous avons même eu droit à un cadeau de bienvenue. Le propriétaire est très très gentil. La vue est très jolie. Il y a des restaurants sur l’île à deux pas de l’hôtel et ils sont excellents.

Il manquer une petite tablette pour pouvoir poser mes affaires dans la salle de bain mais sinon c’était top

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and with beautiful views to the Nile river. It's location is also perfect and strategic. Ahmed was an incredible host; kind and warm.The only bad thing is that we didn't stay for more days :)

The property was very clean and well presented. The hosts were very kind and accommodating so overall I was very happy with the stay.

The only downside was that the shower was not separate from the rest of the bathroom but that wasn’t a big deal.

The accommodation is on a small island, accessible only by boat. The island is very quiet, a stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The islanders are incredibly friendly, and the rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of the tranquil Nile River.

Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit et étions attendu avec un verre de bienvenue. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et très gentils. Du roof-top, très belle vue sur le Nil et la rive est. Très bon petit-déjeuner en supplément.

清潔でした。 フェリー乗り場から徒歩1分でした。フェリー乗り場は2つありますがKFCの目の前の乗り場が近いです。フェリーは6am〜12amは15EGP、12am〜6amは75EGPです。(2026年2月時点) アブシンベルツアーに参加するために早朝の出発でしたが、WhatsAppからフェリーを予約できました。 チェックアウト前日の夜にヌビアンケーキとヌビアンティーをご馳走になりました。ヌビア人のネックレスもいただけてとても親切にしてくれました！

Crystala Guest House est un petit paradis sur l’île Éléphantine ! Les propriétaires et le staff sont charmants, au petit soin pour leurs invités . Le petit déjeuner nubien est vraiment délicieux et typique avec des produits locaux et fait maison. La chambre 3 est très agréable , calme , très propre , literie super et il y a une belle vue sur le Nil. Nous recommandons chaudement de séjourner à Crystala guest house sur l’île Éléphantine !

Необходимо сразу отметить, что Асуан отличное место для посещения туристов. Доброжелательность города и его населения располагает на возвращение в Асуан еще и еще. Этот отель отличный выбор как для поездки одному, так и компаний. Расположение на острое Елефантина, отличный выбор, при этом отель расположен в двух шагах от лодочной станции. Лично хозяин встретил меня на станции и помог с моим багажем. Весь персонал включая мистера Ахмеда, его супруги Юзры всегда с радостью встречали и реагировали на любую просьбу или вопрос. Номера соответствовали описан ю, были чистыми и уютными. Прекрасный вид из окна радовал меня на рассвете и закате. Вкусные завтраки от Абдуллы под теплые лучи утреннего солнца радовали меня каждое утро.

Great place to stay only a few minutes away from the public ferry across to Elephantine Island. Ahmed and Yousra who run Crystala are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean in a great location.

民宿主人夫妻俩对中国人非常友好，都是受过高等教育的高素质人！接待处那个男孩也是非常可爱，尽管英语不是很好，但会用翻译软件尽可能帮我们！住宿离码头很近，上了台阶就到了，非常方便！最后一个晚上还邀请我们去楼顶聊天品尝努比亚茶和甜品，还送了我们手作纪念品（只给中国人噢）。对我来说，我喜欢和当地人聊天来了解当地文化，觉得性价比很高！而且房间还有wifi，这是埃及很多酒店和民宿没有的！

The property was clean and amazing value for money - the best thing about it was the hosts - they were so kind and friendly, invited us for tea and cake on the roof with them so we could get to know each other and let us ask questions about Nubian culture. Would recommend to anyone - plus worth spending time on Elephantine in general as completely different to main Aswan with awesome vibes and energy.

这个公寓在岛上，如果有大件行李的女孩子比较费周折，要坐渡轮过河。但是阳台的风景绝美。员工和经理都非常好。我们定的是四人海景房，如果是淡季那么可以独享阳台景观。但如果是旺季那么阳台是是一个餐厅，有人就餐会比较热闹。

Absolument tout était parfait. Les équipements étaient neufs, la vue à couper le souffle et les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour nous aider, souriants et nous ont aidé pour la moindre question que nous avions. Ce sont les meilleures personnes que nous avons rencontrées de notre séjour en Egypte. L’emplacement est parfait, à 1 minute à pied de la rive pour traverser le Nil est arriver sur la corniche d’Aswan. Bref, cette guest house n’a rien à envier aux grands hôtels, faites moi confiance et réservez ici pendant votre séjour à Aswan ! Mention spéciale pour la cuisine de Yousra qui était excellente, au dîner comme au petit déjeuner.

在象岛上，肯德基码头到对岸后走半分钟就到了。太方便又便宜，老板讲如果提前打电话，他去码头接，15镑的渡船费。老板两口子盖的新房子，所有东西都很新，第一天晚上煮了顿饭给我，喝了好喝的酸梅汤。新的房子民宿里东西很新，码头上就是几家饭厅，饭好吃价格合适。

Absolutely loved the hospitality. The host and his wife went an extra mile to make me feel at home. They offered me the most delicious dinner which I didn’t even pay for. Organised the tours for me at the most reasonable prices. Helped me with taxi bookings. Abdullah the boy who works there is just the sweetest and extremely polite and helpful. I’m travelling solo so meeting such lovely people really helps a lot and makes the whole experience 10 times better. The property is beautifully located in the Elephantine island, they have a beautiful rooftop terrace from where u can watch the sunrise. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this place to everyone. 100% value for money.

This is not a hotel, but offers all the comforts you'd expect from a good hotel. The biggest bonus besides the great price is the exposure to Nubian hospitality and culture. You'd not get the same from some big hotel chain. The owner/manager Ahmed and his wife were wonderful to talk too, and went over and above providing small gifts along with Nubian tea and pastries to thank us for our stay. Ahmed also assisted with all transportation requirements for all our touring at better rates than found elsewhere. I highly recommend a stay at the Crystala Guest House in Aswan to round out your amazing travel experience.
