الغرفة 209 جيدة الاعداد فقط تحتاج الى تربيزة وقارورة ماء كبيرة و 2 كوب ورق اضافى وريموت المكيف يحتاج الى واحد افضل يمكن تحديد التفاصيل به واهم شى وجودة مصلاية للصلاة وقفل الباب يجب صيانته حتى يبدو اجمل

مساحة الغرفة صغيرة جدا والنظافة وسط

Stayed 1 night in Tiba hotel. 1. Overall Category • The hotel appears to be in the 1–2 star category based on facilities and room condition. • Very basic accommodation with minimal services. 2. Staff & Hospitality • The receptionist was somewhat helpful. • The manager, Ahmed, was friendly and polite in communication. • One or two concierge and housekeeping staff members were responsive and courteous. • Staff behaviour was generally decent, though service capacity seemed limited. 3. Facilities • The hotel offers only basic rooms without additional facilities. • No proper tea/coffee station. • Only one kettle provided. • A few tea bags and sugar sachets were placed in a cup — nothing more. • No additional hospitality amenities. 4. Room Condition • Rooms were very dusty. • Curtains were old and heavily dusty. • Furnishings were broken. • The refrigerator was not working. • Overall room condition was poor. • The only functional appliance was the geyser (hot water heater). 5. Bathroom Condition • Bathrooms were very dirty. • Cleanliness standards were not satisfactory. 6. Overall Experience • The property needs significant renovation and better maintenance. • Basic hospitality was present through some staff members, but infrastructure and cleanliness were below acceptable standards. • Suitable only for travellers looking for very basic, low-budget accommodation.

Main Cons – Very Important for non-Muslim Travelers in Ramadan. 1. No Breakfast During Ramadan • Booking.com mentioned breakfast was available for an additional charge (18 AED equivalent). • However, the hotel staff stated that during Ramadan, their kitchen is closed. • They said they are “not responsible for what Booking.com mentions.” • This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. 2. No Food Facilities During Morning Hours • Because of Ramadan, there were no food services in the hotel in the morning. • This caused significant difficulty in arranging food for my wife and baby. • Nearby restaurants were also closed until around 1:00 PM. • Very limited food options were available in the area during the daytime. 3. Lack of Guest Consideration • When asked why bookings were being accepted without providing full services (like breakfast), there was no clear answer. • The response was simply: “It’s Ramadan.” Room & Facility Issues • Rooms were very dusty. • Curtains were old and dusty. • Furnishings were broken. • The fridge was not working. • Bathrooms were very dirty. 📍 Location • Close to the railway station. • However, during Ramadan, all food outlets were also closed in the mornings. The city runs on tourist money, but the city just don't give a damn. • Grossly limited food variety available during the daytime. 💰 Value for Money • The room price was high considering the condition and lack of facilities. • Infrastructure does not match the price. 👨‍👩‍👧 Suitability • Not ideal for families. • Not recommended for travellers during Ramadan unless you are fully prepared for limited food access or unless you forcefully fast during Ramadan. . The city runs on tourist money, there is nothing else apart from tourist destinations near by to see. All that is worth seeing in the city of Aswan is older than 1300 years. Beware of the local taxi. They cheat a lot. If you question them ,they say it's Ramadan :),

Muy ruidoso de noche y sucio. Gerente nada de fiar y que se enoja si no se contratan excursiones con el. Nada recomendable ni para 1 noche.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικονομική διαμονή στο Ασσουαν ! Το προσωπικό ήταν υπέροχο και τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα ! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε γειτονιά ντόπιων , εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου !

スタッフがATMの場所まで先導して歩いて教えてくれた。

الأسعر فى بوكينج اعلى من السعر الواقعى بفرق كبير جدا

アスワン駅からのアクセスが良い。ただ周りは団地で現地の人しか歩いていない感じなので少し怖い。 チェックアウトの翌日まで荷物を置かせてくれた。

若い男性のスタッフの対応が残念だった。こちらの質問に答えるのにうんざりしている感じ。話も噛み合わなかった。 Wi-Fiがあるが弱い(このホテルに限らないが)

Staff are friendly and helful

The manager was not honest, I asked the reception staff to book me taxi to the airport and they inform me about the cost a head of time. Just few minutes before I leave to the airport, the manager informed me about a price which is amost 5 times compared what I have agreed with the staff at the reception. I have to go outside and to find a taxi by myself.

La proximité de l'hôtel

Accueil étonnant par le patron de l'établissement qui veut nous montrer qu'il parle quelques mots de français. Pour le reste, n'attendez rien de lui. Le personnel est sympathique mais c'est tout. Le matin c'est douche froide si vous n'avez pas allumé le chauffe eau électrique avant de vous endormir. Le pire c'est le petit déjeuner, une salle sinistre, des ingrédients de mauvaise qualité dans des barquettes sous plastique jetées en vrac sur une table, seul l'oeuf dur est réussi. Thé ou café, un garçon sympathique mais qui se demande ce qu'il fait là tentera en vain de vous satisfaire, ne comprenant que l'arabe. Ayant la plus grande difficulté à jouer son rôle il met une dizaine de minutes à chercher de l'aide et lorsque le thé arrive c'est une nouvelle déception.

La gentillesse du personnel. Pas très loin du souk.

L'hôtel est très vieillot et en mauvais état. Par exemple, le bois de la porte de la salle de bains est très très abîmé et même effrité. C'est aussi le cas dans différentes parties de l'hôtel. La salle se bains n'était pas nickel. Les petit-déjeuners étaient très succincts, dans une assiette recouverte de film alimentaire et c'était le même, les deux jours. Pas du tout le buffet présenté sur les photos. Le quartier est vraiment glauque...et sale.

El servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto funcionó muy bien, y más aún teniendo en cuenta que llegamos de madrugada. La localización del hotel era bastante buena, cerca del Nilo para poder acceder de manera rápida a los cruceros.

La calidad de la habitación era inferior a lo esperado.

Le quartier était un peu délabré et peu safe pour un groupe de fille mais tres proche de la ville.

Convenient location in walking distance to the train station. Good for 1-2 nights stay in Aswan for those in a rush. Very affordable and for the price you get a decent room, there was working WIFI (first floor) and even daily room service.

Breakfast was a bit lackluster and especially the bathroom was a bit dated

La ubicación es muy buena. Esta 5 minutos del Mercado Old Souks. The location is very good. It's 5 minutes from the Old Souks Market.

El administrador gerente me intento estafar en dos oportunidades. 1.- Primeramente el hotel me estaba ofreciendo un tour a abu simbel por 30.USD y al dia siguiente me comenta que el valor era de 40 USD por persona, afortunadamente lo tenia por escrito. (Eramos 3 personas) 2.- Me ofrece traslado al aeropuerto por 50 USD (según el con descuento) Busque un taxi en la ciudad por un precio de 7 USD. The manager tried to scam me twice. 1. First, the hotel was offering me a tour to Abu Simbel for $30, and the next day they told me the price was $40 per person. Fortunately, I had it in writing. (There were three of us.) 2. They offered me a ride to the airport for $50 (according to the discount). I looked for a taxi in the city for $7.

• Petit-déjeuner décevant. • Fuite sous le lavabo, nous obligeant à utiliser la baignoire pour nous laver. • Mauvaise gestion à la réception : notre excursion a failli être compromise car l’accueil a affirmé que nous ne séjournions pas à l’hôtel, alors qu’ils avaient une photocopie de nos passeports.

Nada. El gerente en todo momento trató de vendernos a sobreprecio y al final lo hizo al solicitarnos un taxi.

La ubicación es muy insegura, el aire acondicionado no servía y aunque nos cambiaron de habitación el aire acondicionado no refrescara mucho.

Close to train station and city centre. The manager was very helpful with arranging tours.

夜11時ごろに到着したが快く迎えてくれた ・ウェルカムドリンクといってチェックインの際ジュースをくれた。優しい ・部屋に冷蔵庫、ポット、コーヒーと紅茶があった ・他のレビューを見て心配していましたが、Wi-Fiはちゃんと繋がります(2階の部屋でした) ・エアコンもめっちゃ効きます(ただ自分の部屋だけなのか、温度設定ができなくて数時間でめっちゃ寒いです笑) ・スタッフが皆さん親切でした。特にオーナー？マネージャー？のおじちゃんはとても気さくな人で日本大好きと言ってくれて話していて楽しかったです。 ・アスワン駅が近いので買い物や飲食店には困りません ・前日に翌朝空港までのタクシーの用意をお願いしたら時間通りに手配してくれていた ・動物好きな人ならですが、ホテルのあちこちの共有スペースで猫が涼んで寝てたりしていて癒されました

無し！ (でも強いて言うならお風呂のシャワーカーテンが無いので、床がビチョビチョになるのでサンダルの持参をおすすめします)

We chose to stay here as it allowed for a late check in, which went smooth. Location is also fairly close to downtown.

Wifi didn't work at all (you'll need to purchase a SIM card somewhere else if you need internet). Also, we weren't allowed to pay by card, which made it really hard for us (as we had no cash left). No hairy dryer. Finally, a member of the staff knocked on our door at 1.30am (we checked in around 00.30am) with a lunchbox we didn't request. We tried to give It back but there were language barriers. We never found out if It was for another room or a for us (?)

I asked for dinner and I agreed to pay... They gave me slices of cheese and boiled eggs (without even peeling the shell)... So I wouldn't depend on them for food... Wi-fi is not good at all... I had no wifi in the room so I went to complain about it and the manager said "we have too many guests today so the router is loaded... Please sit at the reception to use wifi..." Are you kidding me!!!

Central location. Gina the receptionist was very helpful & always happy to help. Mohammed in the restaurant was lovely. He made me a meal on the day i arrived which was lovely. Suzanne- the housekeeper I think was very helpful too

The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The breakfast was the same every day which is a little bit boring but the food was nice. The hotel took lots of tour groups, which sometimes made it difficult to find room to have breakfast in the restaurant. It was pretty noisy, with dogs barking, cars revving up & the mosque calling people for prayer. The fabric of the building needs a makeover. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain. Without one, the water goes all over the floor

We picked for the location - we needed to be near the train station. Staff very helpful. Basic hotel we were only here for 1 night.

The area around not very pretty. Clean but needing a good update.

10minutes on foot to aswan railwaystation. The hotel provide tour to abusimbel temple at good price.

6 minutes on foot to the main street to get a taxi or careem car. The price of the room begins from price A on the booking app to price B of a confirmation letter then to price C at the reception desk. Although it's not expensive why don't tell directly the final price ?

A warm welcome at the reception, quite a large upgraded room with comfortable beds, and smooth departure when I check-out at 4am for Abu Simbel tour. It is possible to do it and catch a sleeper train to Cairo on the same day, thanks to its location. They kept my luggage safe in the storage room.

Aladin at reception is very friendly and so helpful. Welcome drink with karkadee at reception and quick check-in. Quick check-in and they let us keep bags more than 24 hours free of charge. Walking distance from train station.

Facilities are a bit old and need to be upgraded in the long run.

I needed to go to Abu Simbel early morning and the breakfast box they gave me was really enough, they had everything I needed. Also, hotel staff was very kind and when I asked for their help, they always accepted and kindly helped me. The location of the hotel was also good, I felt safe and it was easy to wander around the city.

I just didn't see a kettle inside the room. Maybe there was but I didn't recognize. If there was a kettle in the room, it would be better. I also stayed there only 1 night so I also didn't ask them honestly but it was just a preferance. The hotel already helped me with all my questions immediately.
