Spacious apartment in central Copenhagen

The apartment is old but in good condition and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and pleasant for walking. It’s not in the city center, but it’s relatively close to the nearest metro station (600 m according to Google Maps). There are plenty of sheets, pillows, and blankets.

The only coffee maker is a moka pot. There is no iron or ironing board. The bathroom isn’t well designed, so the water doesn’t drain properly, and on top of that, there’s no shower curtain, so the floor gets flooded. Furthermore, there’s no mop and bucket to clean up the water.

Wnętrze improwizowane, składane z wielu przypadkowych elementów i kolorów, ale może to być dobre dla osób preferujących taki spontaniczny i luźny styl. Podłoga miejscami bardzo skrzypi, ale z tym chyba trudno coś zrobić. Warto byłoby lepiej zamocować baterię przy umywalce w łazience.

Gute Anbindung an Metro zum Stadtzentrum. Ruhige Lage.

Der Gesamtzustand war etwas abgewohnt und schlicht. Wenig einladend war die zerknitterte Bettwäsche, der Zustand der Matratzen sowie die sehr oberflächliche Sauberkeit in der Küche und Bad. Erinnerte uns sehr an eine Studentinnen-WG.

Great location, very clean and with all the amenities that you need. It’s close to the Metro and supermarkets so was easy to get everything I needed. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment itself has lots of space and felt very cosy. Would highly recommend.

I liked everything to be honest, the only issue I had was finding the exact apartment when I got into the building but that was mainly as I didn’t properly read the name signs next to the door

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à proximité du métro. Le centre-ville est accessible en 20 minutes porte-à-porte. La décoration de l'appartement est originale et sympa et tous les équipements fonctionnels.

Il y avait un peu d'humidité dans l'appartement quand nous y sommes passés. L'un des lits n'est pas très confortable. La cuisine est petite et il n'y a de place à table que pour 3 ou 4 personnes.

The building block was an interesting modernist building. The apartment is rather spacious and the arrangement as described. It is definitely silent. Close to the M3 station and to one of the main parks in town.

This is not a professional hosting service. It's an inhabitated private house made free when rented. This means that you will find inhabitants' stuff and belongings. Not an issue per se, but to give the idea of the type of hosting. The care might be improved : the duvet and pillow need a thorough cleaning, toilet paper in the bathroom would help, and so pipe checks.
