Very clean and comfortable, close to the sea, with a very friendly owner. The apartment has everything you need for a calm and relaxing vacation.

Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania wyspy. Bliskość plaży latem z pewnością jest ogromnym plusem. Miejsce na wyłącznosc z wlasnym ogrodkiem to ogromny luksus przy tak dobrej cenie. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba. :) W ciagu tygodniowego pobytu nawet było sprzątanie. :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Standard typowo grecki, bez fajerwerków, ale bardzo przyjemnie.

W pobliskiej restauracji na plaży puszczano głośno muzykę. Przyjemniejsze napewno byłoby słuchanie szumu fal. :)

Appartamento nuovo, pulito vicino spiaggia

La casa è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Barbati, una delle più belle dell'isola. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare alcune bevande in frigo e frutta fresca sul tavolo. La casa è circondata da un giardino attrezzato, tenuto molto bene, che ci ha permesso colazioni e cene molto piacevoli

Un piccolo suggerimento è quello di inserire una targa con il nome dell'appartamento per facilitarne l'individuazione considerando il self check-in

We stayed at Vivere Apartment Barbati Beach with our family in June and absolutely loved it! The first thing worth mentioning is the perfect location. The apartments are just a minute’s walk from the beach, and there’s a convenient shop nearby where you can always find everything you need. The territory is compact, cozy, and well-kept, with a lovely green courtyard and separate areas for relaxing, which created a feeling of privacy and comfort. We especially enjoyed spending evenings outdoors after a busy day at the beach. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean: the furniture is modern, new, and, importantly, there were no unpleasant odors. We were also happy to find plenty of extra bed linen and towels, which is quite rare in such places. Special thanks to the host, who was warm, attentive, and always ready to help or offer advice on any issue. We truly felt like welcome guests! The kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare light breakfasts and dinners right in our apartment. Our stay at Vivere Apartment Barbati Beach left only positive impressions. We can confidently recommend this place for a family vacation and would be happy to come back again!

Все было прекрасно! Чудесное место рядом с пляжем! До маркетов идти недолго, но вверх, что немного неудобно. Остановка автобуса рядом и автобусы ходят часто. Очень приятный хозяин! Думаю вернемся ещё не раз.

A great apartment just a very short walk to a really lovely relaxing beach.. it had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable great air con too! Lovely patio and terrace.. kitchen was well equipped and it was a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing! Only disappointed that we couldn't have stayed longer

The property is very close to the beach (you can actually see it from the porch), the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, spacious, quiet, and it is a walk away from shops and restaurants. The concierge service is reliable.

There were ants inside the apartment upon arrival, and had to get rid of them. We also had some issues with the boiler and did not have hot water for a while. Sometimes water was gushing out of the toilet reservoir when it was filling up. As I said, the concierge service was realiable and sent someone to take care of the issues.

Very close to the beach

Nikos was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with care and attention. The property is ideally situated right on the beach, providing easy access to the shore. The space itself is cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the spacious backyard, a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in a serene setting.

Very nice apartment. Quiet and relaxing. The best location in Barbati, super close to the beach. Terrace outside with little garden is a big plus!

Appartament is located close to the beach. It is isolated from other apartments by natural fence where spaceous garden is. In the apartment you have everything you need to fill like at home. It is very clean and comfortable.

we were really lucky to get this house. private garden with beautiful view on mountains. sea 2 steps away , even for 3 years old child in super hot day it was no problem to get there . and it was one of the main goals for us to have something near by. washing machine. well equipped kitchen. Nicolas was very helpful . Free early move in , nice tips and easy access .
