Vivere Apartment Barbati Beach vs Similar Hotels

The apartments are modern, new, and comfortable, with a great kitchen for preparing meals.

Several guests mention small rooms ('a bit exigu', 'rooms very small', 'stanza troppo piccolina') and that some units could use refreshing; a few note practical, well-equipped apartments but room size/condition is a consistent mild negative.

The apartments were spotlessly clean with modern furniture and no unpleasant odors.

Multiple guests explicitly called the property very clean (e.g., 'Sehr sauber', 'Clean'). Cleanliness is repeatedly praised, so score is high.

Perfect location, just a minute’s walk from a beautiful beach with nearby shops.

Location and views are a strong positive across reviews (beach access, fantastic sea views, proximity to a small cove and terrace), so location scores very highly.

The host was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel like welcome guests.

Hosts repeatedly described as very kind, helpful and attentive (several mentions of Magda and the welcoming host), so service is rated excellent.

Some fresh fruits and drinks provided upon arrival.

No consistent hotel F&B comments; nearby cafe/bar mentioned positively. Assigned target overall rating for lack of direct mentions.

Well-equipped kitchen, lovely green courtyard, and separate areas for relaxing.

Pool and large terrace are repeatedly praised as exceptional and central to the stay. Some confusion about which units include the pool was reported, but overall amenities (pool, terrace, parking, seaside access) are strong.

Provided excellent value for a family vacation with multiple amenities and features.

Mixed signals: many guests felt the stay was very pleasant and would return, but some complained about misleading photos/expectations (pool not in every unit) and small differences in price not matching amenities, producing a moderate score.
