Bagno ceco con aspirazione obbligatoria dalle 08:00 alle 20:00 molto rumorosa. TV senza possibilità di usare USB video, no codec. Camera molto piccola.

The host was really nice, the hotel was affordable and in great location to walk to local food markets. The AC and fan get the room cold and have plenty of hot water. The hotel has a great view of MAHA tower.

Unfortunately, it is by a busy street and a mosque, so it gets loud. There is a bunch of trash in front of the building, and beside it. The room could use some paint.

Mamak is a 3-minute walk across from Hotel Asia, super close to the jetty pier and Saturday night market. Water station to refill bottles is much appreciated.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, and I could feel the springs. There was no access to the air conditioner as they didn't provide a remote. The water heater was unreliable, failing to produce hot water even when set to the maximum temperature. The room had an unpleasant odor that bothered my nose. The only mirror was located in the bathroom, and the blanket provided was very thin. The air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. The room I booked didn't have a window, resulting in an unpleasant smell in the bedding and blanket.

Very friendly staff, the owner Lee was very helpful and kind. Nice room with aircon. Book direct with the hotel instead of booking.com for a cheaper price.

The room had a decent shower.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The room was disgusting, filthy. The walls were covered in so much dirt, the floor has been badly washed for so long, there are dirty mop splashes all around the room edges. On the wall by the bed was dirt that could have been blood or excrement. The bed was so uncomfortable, the springs could be felt pushing into your body, the white bedding was a dirty grey colour as were the towels. The pictures this hotel advertises are nothing like the room you get. The shame is there is no policing of what these hotels put in their advertising. And when asked to share photos of the room there is only an option to put one photo in each section. How can you show people the truth.

Very well located. Very clean and quite room. Being a Muslim had a mosque that was walkable with good food across the road.

Hotel have great card security access to Rooms lobby during late night. You need to use your access card to go in the rooms walkway. decent security features.

The hotel lacks basic facilities like good airconditioner and quiet environment. The reception staff lacks English speaking skills and can not assist you for any trips or visits. However, its cost effective as we paid around 210 RYM for two nights.

Nice hotel room. Very big and spacious. Simple breakfast included (toast) which was good for us. Only downside was that staff weren’t very friendly. Around 2 members of staff were and were helpful but the rest seemed like they didn’t want to speak to us. Also had to ask for toilet roll every single day because when we arrived there was none in the room and then the cleaners didnt top it up. Just left us with little bits. You’d think after asking every day they would tell the cleaners to make sure they leave some. Hotels location was in a quiet spot and taxis were very cheap to beaches and other attractions (use the grab app! Its like uber). The room definitely compensated for the few unattentive staff.

Excellent location on the main road. Near to restaurants and cafe. Five minutes drive to Kuah town. The hotel provided free wifi and simple breakfast. The only cons is that the hotel has no elevator. Hair dyer or iron board are available from reception but you have to get them yourself.

Hotel is clean and conveniently close to many shops and eateries. Amenities are basic but expected for what you pay. Would recommend staying here if on a budget.

Decided to stay here as it was close to the ferry bringing us from Thailand, as well as the ferry taking us onto Penang. The hotel is about 1 mile from the ferry port, and we walked there. It was hot, but we managed, even with our rucksacks. A taxi should be reasonably cheap though. The hotel is pretty close tot he centre of Kuah Town, and there are shops, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. However Kuah Town was a little sleepy with not much going on whilst we were there (although it was a combination of the Thai New Year as well as the prophets ascension). The room was an okay size and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean and the bathroom was nice too. Reception was helpful, giving us advice on car hire and advising that they offered a free breakfast (toast/jam/tea/coffee). Good place to stay

We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a bonus as occupany in the hotel was low. Nice clean room with good air-con and shower. The room was clean and bedsheets changed daily. WIFI connection in the room and lobby area was good. Perhaps the management could look into replacing the towels and place a soap dish at the wash basin. There was complimentary continental breakfast - self service at the lobby. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We could put some of our foodstuff in the cold drink chiller as there was no fridge in the room. As it's a downtown hotel, food was easily available with walking distance of 10-15 mins.

Hotel was cheap, but our room was moldy. Close to ferry and hotel staffs were very helpful. Over all wasn't bad, but far from airport that cost around 30 MR.

Value for money after all, if provide with a small fridge & 2 room key/room will be better...Easier for family member which wanted to go out by themselves & some of them stay in the room... Near by Kuah & just beside the traffic police station, safety for sure !

1. We killed.... like 20 mosquitoes in our room for the first day.... 2.The hotel is near some restaurants, so we could easily find lunch/dinner. 3. Free breads with jam were provided every morning, not bad. 4.They allowed us to put our luggage in the store after check in

This hotel is terrible. The room is tiny, their is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so when one takes a shower the whole bathroom floor is soaked. The beds were small and uncomfortable.

Overall the hotel was pleasant, the only complain would be the lack of lift, it's only a 3 storey building, but the issue is when you check in and have to get all your luggage to the 3rd floor is a very heavy task, the normal daily routine going up is ok for me

Staffs are kind and friendly. Should have safer parking lot. Good safety conciousness, Except ** Night shift staff should be more vegilant and stay on counter. They were sleeping inside so you may need to call them several time or knock the table if you need their help**

a few minutes walk to the town and just close to the beach where you can go gor an island hopping and some water activities

My 3 friends n I stayed for 2 nights. Even though it's a Budget hotel, we were served with bread n toast for breakfast. Very clean and the staffs are very cheerful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone one.

Is a nice place to stay. Especially the cleaner will clean the room every day. Very satisfied. Worth it.

Its a small hotel in Kuah. Walking distance to Night Market in Kuah. Friendly and helpfull staff. Complimentary coffee + tea with breads for breakfast.

There are no fridge in the hotel room. Not convenient. TV mounting too high for a comfort eye view if sitting on the bed.

The staff really helpful if you wish to get a taxi from the hotel. Complementary coffee, tea and bread for breakfast. Please note there were no fridge and wardrobe provided in the room. Only basic amenities such as a water heater, coffee & snack, towels and hangers. Since i book Superior Double Without Window (room 107) the room quite small for me to pray and the kiblat was pointing to entrance door. I have to squeeze & do some adjustment to pray. The TV channel should be update & listed more. Just basic TV1, TV2, TV3, Net Geo, Sports. Lack of power point. Only 1 in my room. So do bring small extension if you want to charged your phone, tab, notebook etc.

This hotel is nice to stay. The staff is really supportive and friendly. Wifi coverage and reception is excellent. We took a triple executive room, which was spacious enough for my wife and my son along with me. Though there are no elevators but the stairs are ok to go with. Price can be a bit on the lower side. but the rest is ok.

Overall it was satisfying stay here. Located nearby town area which is very convenience to us. Hope to have more parking area for customer's conveniences.

The staff was very friendly and the service was awesome. The only drawback was the absence of lift. Since we carried only hand luggage, we did not have any problem. It was a great place.

cheap accommodation. very clean and tidy. good airconditioning. no fridge and basic ammenities but bed was great and room cleaned very well each day. Good enough for us. Position ok for what we were doing but not near much holiday stuff.

A bit far from main attractions on foot, they didn't mention the room had refrigerator something you take for granted these days, I would spend extra time and stay near beach at Pantai Cenang

overall the hotel is clean and strategic, the bathroom is spacious, but the wifi is poor. will recommend to friends if they are looking for budget stay.

We just liked this hotel a lot as we got services above our expectations. The room rent is quite cheap compared to other hotels. Also the location is also quite good. Located on the main thoroughfare in Kuah, it is near to Langkawi Fair shopping mall, Eagle square, Kuah Jetty etc.

I stayed there 1 night with my 2 friends. Room and washroom are spacious. Staffs are helpful.Best hotel for families. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

We booked family room with 2 queen bed. Room is very basic for short stay and size consider quite big for family room. There is a kettle in room for boiling water, an open concept wardrobe with few hanger. Bring your own towel as the towel is not nice to use, not water absorbent.

The hotel was very small but decent There is not bell boy to help us because rooms are upstairs and you need to take your own bags to your room with straigh stairs . Mosqitous are welcoming you to each of your rooms and rooms are very small

Room is very clean, nice and friendly staff. They even upgrade my room to a bigger one free of charge. Walking distance to Eagle square and nearby shop houses (lots of duty free liquor shop and local eateries)

Nice and clean hotel. The staff were really accommodating too! Less than 5 mins walk to the shopping and Wednesday night market area. Request the rooms on the second floor, slight climb of stairs but better view

A good hotel for budget travelers. It is in the KUAH area, walking distance from Eagle Square and two parks. But all the beach activities takes place at Pentai Cenang area. In that respect, some one may try to find hotel at Cennang. However it does matter very less, if u have hired a car for your stay. As far as the hotels room size is large, it has wifi, friendly staff, clean and tidy, calm and comfortable within the given rate. I am satisfied

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and everything seems to work in the room. Rooms are perfect size for a couple but not with kids. I wish if the rooms were bigger and provide breakfast with the room.

Pros: This is a motel located near to town and shopping complex. And the motel staffs are very helpful and willing to search for my lost passport. Cons: No breakfast provided and for family suites the beds were put side by side and there is no partition or separate room inside the suite.

The hotel is situated in the heart of kuah town, Langkawi. Finding a food shouldn't be a problem and the hotel manager told me that it is secure to park the rented car at the parking slot beside the hotel as police station is just a throwing stone distance from the hotel. Hotel manager and staff are friendly and ready to assist the guest in arranging a series of tour packages. The hotel room is not very spacious but it can consider much bigger if compared to Tune hotel. Bed, shower area, air conditioning and TV all are in good condition. The only thing I found not so good is the hotel WiFi. My room during the stay was located at corner of the building so thus I guess this might be the reason I can't get good connection for the WiFi because the room is far from the internet router. Other than this, it was a really enjoyable stay for me in this hotel for 4D3N.

Walking to eagle square requires about more than 20minutes. Go during sunset time and capture the view of sunset. 2 shopping malls located around the hotel but both require to walk for some walking distance. Take a taxi if you are lazy to walk as it is not very near (around 30mins walking).

It's a nice clean hotel but they have no staff. U have to carry ur own luggage and that too without an elevator. No breakfast available since we were vegetarians we had a tough time to find places to eat , I heard that the other part of the town has better food choices. The rates here are cheap but then all the hotels in langakawi are pretty reasonable.

From Jetty, we walk about 20minutes to reach the hotel. Nearby hotel, about 15minutes walk, can reach a small town which have numbers of shops selling chocolate & wines. In this hotel, every night you can hear a very loud party song, but till 12 mid night, the party will stop promtly, 1 thing we unsatisfy about this hotel was the bath towel. The towel totally cannot absorb water when you rub it after your shower. Opposite the hotel, there is a shop selling snow ice-cream which you can try. Its advisable to rent a car. Then you can drive to cenang beach, go-kart, wild-life park, fruits park, and must go cable car,this place changed a lot.

it is a small and clean hotel at good location, but I hate the wood smell. Overall is very good and the price is cheap.

This is one of a good bargain that you can get. Hotel are clean and tidy all times. Since its located near the Kuah town, it is quite convenient to get to town by walking.

Not bad if you want to spend a night in Kuah. Would suggest to stay in the western area of the island.

Hotel are in central of kuah town,you need to have transport to made your self easy travel to beach or shopping area.Limited car park space which only can park in front of hotel.
