Villa Hele

La maison est magnifique. Carlos était au petit soin pour rendre notre séjour confortable !

Il faut prendre un scooter pour aller en ville, un poil loin à pied mais après tout on le savait !

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Hele. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, spotless, relaxing, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from Carlos and his team. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. A very special touch was when Carlos arranged a birthday cake for my son, which made his day unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Hele to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you again to Carlos and the entire team, we hope to come back soon!

Villa Hele, as well as Deksie (host) was amazing and exceeded all of my expectations! The property was very clean (with cleaners and pool maintenance coming daily) and had all of the amenities (including free wifi and bottled drinking water dispenser) needed during our stay. Villa Hele's location was perfect as it was located very close to the main drag in General Luna. Deksie went above and beyond as a host as she coordinated airport transportation and motorbike rentals as well as made on-point dining and entertainment recommendations.

Although the bathrooms were beautiful, Villa Hele's bathrooms were open to the outdoors. Insects were able to enter the premises. We had to make sure the bathroom doors, as well as the bedroom doors, were closed to prevent the insects from getting into the bedrooms and main area of the villa. The Villa also did not have a TV.

Well laid out and stylishly decorated. The pool and the view out to the water was sensational. The location was perfect and getting into town on a scooter was a breeze.

A pack of stray hounds permanently invade the garden day and night. They sleep in the couch during the night, barking and fighting against each other, so we were not able to sleep properly at all (and we usually sleep like a baby). They destroy the couch and defecated all around the porch every night - as you can see in the pictures. Obviusly, you won't be able to use this couch. The property did not warn us so the dogs basically ate the sandals we left outside (the owner promised to reimburse us and after leaving the house just did not returned our messages). Even worse, they have just started to build a new house in the adjacent plot (just door to door) so we had the noise of the works from 6am to 6pm, being unable to relax at the pool and the garden. We recommend to check with the owner whether the works have completely finished before booking, and the they have solved the stray dogs problem is under control, so you make sure your vacation is not ruined as it was our case

Marta was very friendly and was always helpful every time we needed something.

Stray dogs would sleep on the couch outside at night.

The view is perfect. Situated near good restaurants. Fantastic architecture and interior design. The place is new. It’s perfect for family vacation.

there is not enough words to describe how good is this place, the pool, the rooms, the facilities… everything is just on point and Marta was so helpful with everything we asked her for, I’d definelty recommend the place to anyone who want to spend an unforgettable time in Siargao 🙌

We had a nice welcome from the owner Marta. She and her father were so helpful and friendly. Marta organized the airport transportation and helped us to rent a scooter. The villa is amazing. We like the whole design of the villa. The bathrooms were special because of the outdoor shower. Villa Hele has a private beach access and you can choose to swim in the pool or sea. The villa has everything you need for cooking like pots and pans a big fridge and also a coffee machine. On our arrival, there were some snacks and beverages in the fridge. That was awesome. The villa is not far away from the main street in general luna. You can walk to shops and restaurants but its better to get a scooter.
