Ci ha fornito una mappa con le cose piu belle da visitare vicino a noi... Il supermercato è a 100 m e la metro Santo Domingo a 1 minuto LO STRACONSIGLIO

Хозяин сам нас встретил, дал некоторую информацию о городе, объяснил, как пользоваться транспортом. Местоположение отличное, рядом супермаркет. Квартира чистая, серединционером. Несмотря на то, что на улице было шумно, когда окна были закрыты, внутри было тихо. Спасибо хозяину(Николас)

Проживали у даному апартаменті. Господар зустрів в апартаменті, дуже привітливий, усе показав, що входить у користування гостей, надав карту міста з цікавими історичними місцями. Розповів де які найближчі і хороші супермаркети, щоб можна було собі купувати продукти при необхідності, найближчі дешеві кафетерії. Апартаменти розміщені в старій частині міста, дуже близько до площі і вулиць де вирує життя. У наступний раз, обов'язково зупинюся тут.

A good apartment in the very heart of Madrid, couple of minutes walk from the Opera and the Alcazar. Lots of places to go out in the immediate vicinity. The staff was very helpful. I would like especially thank Nicolas for allowing us to store our luggage in the office for the day after the check out.

La centralità soprattutto, molto silenziosa e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano, compresa la stazione della Metro. Comunque a piedi si riesce a visitare tutto ciò che di interesse c'è a Madrid. Alloggio ben messo e confortevole, ottima la pulizia e il servizio. Una nota di merito all accoglienza che ci ha fornito anche delle ottime e utili informazioni sulla permanente a Madrid.

We love the apartment.

Lokacija apartmana je fantasticna. Zgrada i apartman su lepi. Udobnost kreveta bi mogla biti bolja. Predlog je da se uklone tepih u dnevnoj sobi i stazica u toaletu, jer nisu adekvatno ocisceni i smanjuju utisak cistoce. Izuzetno znacajno je sto je vlasnik izasao u susret i prihvatio cuvanje kofera poslednjeg dana, s obzirom da je let bio vecernji. Za preporuku.

La location ottima!

Il divano nella zona soggiorno non provvisto di.letto. È soltanto un divano che non contiene alcun materasso. Per poter far si che l'appartamento sia prenotabile per 4 persone consigliamo di sostituirlo con un vero divano letto!

Los aires acondicionados en esta época del año (Agosto) son imprescindibles. El apartamento esta en una situación inmejorable, aunque alguna noche tuvimos algo de ruido de vecinos poniendo la música muy fuerte a las 4:00 de la mañana, el resto de días fueron muy tranquilos. La decoración es muy bonita y todo estaba limpio.

La comodidad de la cama de matrimonio, parece que te engulle, es demasiado blanda. Cada vez que enciendes el televisor del comedor hay que sintonizar los canales. Falta de algunos utensilios de cocina, por ejemplo unas tijeras.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Piazza di Spagna e il Palazzo Reale.

Il bagno non aveva la finestra. Ci è mancato il nostro caffè espresso avremo voluto una macchina per caffè adatta.

Posizione eccellente. Vicina a tutte le attrazioni ed alle vie principali, a 2 minuti dalla metro Santo Domingo e Callao. Casa graziosa, ben arredata e, cosa rara, bagno dotato do bidet nell' appartamento de luxe.

La dotazione della cucina. Posate e stoviglie contate per 4 ospiti, niente ciotole né piatti di servizio.

Appartement très propre et tres bien équipé, ainsi qu'un très bon accueil. L'emplacement est idéal,on peut visiter la ville à pieds, il y a alentour de nombreux restaurants et une station de métro à moins de 50 mètres. Très bon séjour

Lokacije je bila odlična.U centru je,sve pešaka se može obići.U blizini je i metro stanica Santo Domingo.Vlasnik je bio veoma ljubazan i dao sve informacije o boravku i obilascima.Prtljag se može ostaviti u zgradi gde je i stan što je veoma olakšavajuće ako imaš kasniji let.Prodavnica market Dia se nalazi odmah blizu zgrade i radi do 23h.U blizini ulice u kojoj je stan je i glavna ulica Gran Via.Miran je i tih kraj.,veoma blizu Kraljevske palate do koje se može prošetati.Klima u stanu je odlično radila s obzirom da je bilo preko 38 stepeni u periodu našeg boravka.Stan je prostran i lepo uređen.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro de Madrid, con todo tipo de servicios a pocos pasos: supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y transporte público, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. Si viajas en coche, además, hay un parking privado a solo 50 metros del apartamento, algo muy cómodo en una zona tan céntrica. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y no le faltaba de nada. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue el anfitrión: muy amable, atento y pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Como detalle de bienvenida nos dejó bebidas y refrescos en el frigorífico, un gesto que se agradece mucho después del viaje. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Gostamos da localização, próximo às atrações turisticas, podendo ir a pé nas principais ruas para compras , zara, corte inglês primor e mercados como Dia, corte inglês. " Recomendo"

Não se trata de reclamação e sim de orientação, a falta de saboneteira na parede para colocar sabonete , gancho para pendurar as toalhas. Falta também pano de prato.

Everything was exactly as described on Booking.com. The accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable, and located right in the heart of the city. Our host, Nicolas, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations on where to try local specialties and the best way to explore the city's main attractions. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommended!

Adoramos a simpatia do anfitrião que nos recebeu de madrugada sem pressa e nos mostrou um mapa da cidade com as principais atrações turísticas, horario do supermercado, dicas de restaurantes e a localização do apartamento é muito central, perto de tudo. Fizemos as atrações turisticas de Madrid a pé utilizando o mapa cedido pelo anfitrião. O sofá cama é muito confortável, a cozinha bem equipada e remodelada e o banheiro novo com sabonete liquido e shampoo.

Não gostamos dos travesseiros que eram muito moles e do colchão da cama de casal que era muito mole e já estava fundo de tanto uso.

The host is terrific; great communication throughout the entire process. He even met us at the apartment to go over all the details, provided a city map marking many of the city's attractions, and handed us the keys directly. The apartment is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Close to metro and downtown. Bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. Apartment has a dining table, and a good size kitchen will all the amenities, microwave, coffee maker, hot water machine, full-size refrigerator, and washing machine. Host even provided a few pods for the washing machine.

Just a few drawbacks; the bathroom needs a deep cleaning, especially the shower area; and the apartment needs sprucing up with a coat of paint. No fault of the host, but the walls are very thin, and you can hear the neighbors and their tv. In the bathroom, you can also hear the water from some of the other apartments as it passes through the pipes.

The apartment was good , Staff was helpful

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, as were the common areas. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large fridge was especially appreciated for keeping our drinks cold during the Madrid heat. Our host was incredibly welcoming and kind, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they provided some fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, there's a DIA supermarket just around the corner, the lovely Inhala Terrace rooftop bar nearby, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to Gran Vía and the Royal Palace. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

The bed isn't comfortable that much. Sofa bed was better.

Es un apartamento muy luminoso de dimensiones muy cómodas, muy limpio y muy buena ubicación. Pese a ser super centrico es tranquilo.

The apartment was very close walking distance to all the major attractions & to many great restaurants. Our host, Nikolas, was helpful in explaining our location & surrounding areas.

The mattress & pillows were very soft.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was modern, very clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Madrid. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the city centre and all the main landmarks, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. There were also several supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants just around the corner, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, making us feel right at home. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and communicative. Even though we arrived very late, he waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. He thoughtfully provided us with a city map, recommended the best places to visit and eat, and even left water, juice, and other drinks in the fridge for us. These little touches made us feel truly welcomed and were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

El apartamento estaba bien, confortable pero NO de Lujo como se ofrece. Cuenta con todos los servicios y está muy bien ubicado, respecto de Gran Vía y toda la vida social que la zona representa. Disponibilidad de 2 juegos de llave y un "leve" reconocimiento económico por el muy presente, educado y tranquilo Nicolás, ante inconvenientes del inmueble. Atención a destacar, los amenities de bebidas en la heladera y un relativo Late Check-out por el uso de sanitarios.

En principio se contrata Palacio Apartments Madrid Temporal sobre calle Torija, luego resultó ser otro frente sobre calle de LA BOLA. Se exige un formulario web genérico llamado PARTEE, de pésimo diseño, datos innecesarios, motivos forzados, dificultad de carga y la ridícula condición de firma en un pad digitalizador en pantalla de celular que al decir, sería incomprobable condición de la Policía Nacional.  Allí un inconveniente, que ese registro se exige previamente o ni bien arribado de viaje, cansado y con valijas, junto con el cobro. Siguiendo, con el uso de la locación, resultó con deficiencias en la ducha, el bidet, chillidos de puertas, sumando el lavarropas que ya en funcionamiento, generaba un cortocircuito requiriendo el uso de un prolongador durante la estadía. Por la noche y madrugada, un primer piso al frente NO insonorizado, significó ruidos permanentes de la actividad en zona y el frecuente paso de recolector de residuos y compactación. NO es una locación de lujo... es bastante confortable, por lo que el precio me resultó excesivo.

Perfect location! Palace, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol and many other sights are just 5 min from the apartment. Many shops and restaurants near by as well.

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr zentral. 10 von 10 für die Lage.Der Vermieter war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir durften etwas eher in die Wohnung, was wirklich hilfreich war. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut in beiden Räumen. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Balkon. Wasser und Wein hatten wir im Kühlschrank vom Vermieter.

Very spacious appartment. Great location near to Grand Via and Plaza Espana, underground, supermarket. Nice host welcomed us and showed us most interesting places in city. Kitchen equipment - dishwasher, kettle, etc.

Sofa bed is terrible. A lot of noise from neighbors and from street (appartment Premium is in the first floor just above street and entrance of the building). Kitchen equipment - no wine glasses.

Apartment wie abgebildet. Bequemes Bett. Sehr sauber. Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Baby war das Apartment sehr praktisch. Gute Lage, sehr zentral. Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Sehr laut: Lärm von der Strasse nachts gut hörbar. Es kommen auch nachts mehrere Wagen der Müllabfuhr für die Entsorgung von Karton, Glas etc. zwischen 23 Uhr und 2 Uhr nachts. Wenn die Wohnung darüber vermietet ist, hört man jedes Wort und jedes Stuhlrücken als wäre es im eigenen Apartment. Küche: Könnte deutlich besser ausgestattet sein. Anzahl Tassen etc. sowie die Auswahl an Vorhandenen Dingen ist minimalistisch (keine Weingläser, Teetassen etc.). Qualität der Töpfe und Pfannen und Messer sehr schlecht.

Apartament jest po prostu super – bardzo przestronny, czysty i położony w świetnej lokalizacji, skąd wszędzie jest blisko. Jednak największym plusem tego miejsca jest sam właściciel! To niezwykle miły i pomocny człowiek. Od samego początku wskazał nam najciekawsze atrakcje w okolicy, polecił świetne miejsca, gdzie można pysznie zjeść, a na koniec bez problemu pomógł nam z zamówieniem taksówki. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

Mieszkanie jest nie komfortowe, wymaga odświeżenia, sofa w salonie jest obrzydliwa. Generalnie miejsce mali przyjemne. Zdjęcia sa zupełnie inne.

Świetna lokalizacja!!! Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, wszystko dostępne co potrzeba. Zwiedziliśmy Wszystko co było możliwe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem, gdzie nawet podpowiedział kilka miejsc wartych odwiedzenia 😉 POLECAM i na pewno wrócimy do Madrytu 😉

Nicholas was friendly, helpful and flexible. The apartment was simple but furnished appropriately. It is in a 'normal' part of the city so pretty quiet, but everything was within walking distance.

The bathroom could do with a refresh. It's problematic when bathrooms are wholly enclosed and without apparent ventilation. While the bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, was perfectly clean, a liberal use of tile and grout cleaner would make it look brighter.

Location was excellent, near Metro station and most of the touristic spots. WiFi signal is good. The owner of the apartment is very kind and hospitable.

The TV in the living room could be newer so it can connect wirelessly to a computer, which would be helpful for travelers who are here for work.

There was some construction 🚧 going on outside our windows. So that was a bit noisy! Apartment was smaller than expected, but overall was comfortable and convenient.

Locația este excelentă, foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice. Apartamentul este foarte spațios.

Singurul inconvenient ar putea fi lipsa balconului.

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Lift verfügbar. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gibt Tipps für den Aufenthalt und reagiert bei Bedarf sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Lage ist hervorragend und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Gibt keine Beanstandungen Couch ist zum Schlafen ein wenig hart, aber auch eine Couch

הדירה נחמדה מאוד ומאובזרת היטב. אהבנו את השהות בה. מיזוג האויר פעל היטב, המיקום פנטסטי במרכז העיר, הכל נמצא בקרבת מקום בטווח של 2 דקות הליכה: מסעדות, בתי קפה, סופרמרקטים, תחבורה ציבורית. הארוח והיחס של ניקולס היו מצויינים. אהבנו שאיפשר לנו להשאיר את המזוודות עד אחה"צ, לפני הטיסה שהיתה לנו.

קשה למצוא משהו שלא אהבנו בדירה, אבל אם מתאמצים, היה נחמד אם הטלויזיה בחדר המגורים היתה חכמה.

The only thing..light sleepers should use ear plugs because during the night you can hear noise.

حضور المشرف على الشقة و تسليمه المفاتيح لنا رغم تأخرنا على الموعد المحدد بساعتين تقريبا كان امرا جميلا، لم يقف الامر عند هذا الحد بل احضر لنا خريطة و شرح لنا أفضل الاماكن القريبة التي يمكن زيارتها فقط مشيا على الأقدام. الشقة جميلة و في موقع استراتيجي جدا و هو قلب مدريد مع وجود ثلاث محطات مختلفة لشبكة الميترو (بلازا اسبانيا / كاياو / سانطو دومينعو) كل هذا جعل إقامتنا بهذه الشقة مثالية. الشقة أيضا قريبة جدا من متجر ديا (يبعد دقيقة عن الشقة) حيث يمكن شراء كل المستلزمات خصوصا الحلويات الساخنة من اجل وجبة الفطور في الشقة دون عناء البحث عن مكان اخر لتناول وجبة الفطور. أنصح بشدة بهذه الشقة و إن شاء الله إن عدت إلى مدريد فلن اتردد في اختيار هذه الشقة مجددا.

Η τοποθέσια του. Είναι ολα πολυ κοντά ,super market και metro στα 50μ. .Τα βασικα σξιοθέατα στα 10 λεπτά περπάρημα.

Ο θόρυβος το βράδυ απο τους περαστικούς.

Tutto. Nicolas é stato gentilissimo, struttura piccola ma accogliente e pulita. La consiglio per la posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla Gran Via e dalle altre attrazioni.

La ubicación. A un paso de la Gran Vía, Plaza España, Palacio Real, incluso plaza Mayor, Callao y Sol. Zona tranquila de día y de noche. El anfitrión, Nicolas, muy amable. El día anterior por WhatsApp nos dio indicaciones y recomendó el parking. Nos esperó con la casa calentita, con un mapa indicando lo más recomendable para ver. Nos recomendó dónde comer etc.

Dormimos muy cómodos en la cama, pero la parte del sofá-cama que se monta para dormir, es bastante dura. Los marcos de las ventanas tienen huecos por donde entra aire, con unas gomas se podría tapar y aislar un poco más el sonido y la temperatura exterior, ahorrando el uso de calefacción. Menaje justo para cuatro personas. La caldera muy justa, al ducharnos los cuatro seguidos, el último casi se quedaba sin agua caliente.
