The owners were very friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. Our room was ideal for our family and we all enjoyed the biscuits! We slept well and enjoyed our breakfasts. Location is a little out of the main town but that means its quiet, safe and free parking. We would definitely return if we're visiting Llandudno again.

The place is excellently located, only 7 min on foot to the promenade and the best restaurants and shops. Very cozy and comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean. The owners are really welcoming and hospitable, and they make a delicious breakfast! If you go to Llandudno (please go) you must stay here too. Undoubtedly a really unforgettable experience.

I had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Llandudno. From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My train was delayed, so I arrived later than planned, but they were very accommodating and made checking in completely stress-free. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the property is very well cared for, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. The breakfast was absolutely spot on—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. On the morning I was leaving, I had an early train to catch, and the owners kindly opened breakfast earlier than usual so I wouldn’t have to miss out. That level of service really went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a top-class stay with excellent hospitality, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Llandudno. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Very accommodating hosts. Room was super comfortable, had all the amenities I may need, and I slept wonderfully. Parking was easy and available. The house was a short walk to the town and pier.

Satnav tried to take me to a distillery via some incredibly tight back streets. I'd recommend planning a route using an up to date map once in Llandudno. The house isn't difficult to get to at all and the back streets aren't necessary.

This is a comfortable guest house in a good location, only 10 minutes walk from the railway station, local buses and the sea front. My room was pleasant and equipped with blinds and a fan, essential given the heat. The hosts, Neal and Debbie, are very welcoming and hospitable. The cooked breakfast provided a good choice and was well-cooked.

A lounge for guests to sit would have been good. Breakfast was good but offered a limited choice for guests who didn't want the traditional English.

Everything was just perfect. I was made to feel so welcome. The location is excellent. Breakfast was exceptional; I’m not sure that I have had better. Even scissors provided to open those awkward sauce sachets. It was excellent value for money.

Lovely Guest House conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the centre. Although I stayed in a single room there was plenty of space, it was really clean and well-presented. The bed was extremely comfortable. Friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast.

There is a preferred arrival time from 1pm to 4pm, I arrived at 1.45 but there was no nobody in. After waiting 10 minutes I left a message on the answer phone. I left to go into town and made another call at 2.10, still no reply. I went back to the guest house at 2.30 but still nobody was there. They finally called me back at 2.45. I did not arrive by car so had to carry my luggage with me, although fortunately I was travelling light. They did not contact me to let me know they’d be out and they only provided a LAN line number so I had no idea when they’d be back. Big negative for that which is a shame because in every other respect it’s a lovely place to stay.

Friendly and welcoming guest house, immaculately clean and everything you need in the room. A perfect compromise location wise, away from the noise but only a short walk to the promenade and pier. . The hosts genuinely want your stay to be perfect and accommodated storage of my bike.

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer unter Dach und das Fenster war winzig und kaum zu öffnen (Belüftung). Der Ventilator konnte eine Klimaanlage nicht ersetzen. Größere Betten hätten mehr Komfort geboten.

The rooms were clean and had the amenities as listed. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. Since I was travelling with young kids they had made appropriate arrangements for the kids room too ( like kids bath bubble soap, soft toys etc.). The breakfast served was very nice and being a vegetarian they accommodated the requests

The rooms were clean and tidy. All the things we wanted were there. We had a mixture of full breakfast and those with plus and minus items. That was dealt with excellently by Debbie on the order taking and obviously by Neil in the preparation..

The room was spotless, cosy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s rest. The hosts were welcoming and clearly take pride in what they do. The highlight, though, was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious – freshly cooked, generous portions, and served with real care. A perfect start to the day. Even though it was only a short stay, it left a great impression. It was incredibly clean and comfortable the facilities were 5star. The family suite was amazing. The hospitality tray even including choice of china mugs and glasses for cold drinks a wide range of teas, coffees and hot choc sachets and delicious biscuits. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Neal and Debbie were fantastic hosts , very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay we will be back

Loved the location, near to town but in nice, quiet residential area. Clean and comfortable with lovely decor and furnishings, bed was extremely comfy. Also always nice to have a teapot! Breakfast which was included was delicious and was served by the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely house around the corner from the town centre, hidden away on a quiet residential street. Great location. Welcoming and friendly owners. Very comfortable bed, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom was supplied with shampoo and shower gel, there were even cotton buds and cotton wool balls on the shelf. Tasty cooked breakfast made to order. If you want to be well looked after and recharge - this is the right place to choose.

I like that there was 2 bathrooms, in main room and kids room, beds was comfortable, wifi was great, hosts was very welcoming, breakfast ok.

The shower in kids room kept going hot and cold, cups in bedroom could of been a bit cleaner there was marks still in cup, and breakfast ok but bacon was too light for me could of been cook a little longer, toast was cold, but everything else was ok, no other problems.

The room was lovely and clean, the bed, duvets and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower facilities were immaculate, hair and body wash was also provided. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room, too. The rate included a free breakfast, which was a full cooked breakfast - the whole works! You could have whatever you did or didn't want on the breakfast (even included black pudding, and it was very good quality too!), with as much toast, tea, coffee, orange and apple juice, and even cereals and fruits as you wanted. They were also actively catering to intolerances too, and I was asked on check-in if I had any dietary requirements or allergies they should be aware of. I was also asked if I was vegetarian or vegan, I'm sure if I was they'd have gone out of their way to sort something! The breakfast was very high quality too, one of the best I've had in a very long time - very tasty, not greasy, perfect portion size - 10/10. Debbie and Neal were absolutely fantastic hosts, they couldn't have made me feel more welcome if they'd tried! They take the time to ask about you - they both knew my name whenever you'd bump into them, Debbie was asking other guests at breakfast how the show was that they went to the night prior, etc! They really both do make the effort and it shows. There's WiFi throughout, and a guest information book in the room detailing local facilities, things to do and see. Debbie and Neal are also more than happy to advise you, too! They have a few spots for parking, but the parking in the nearby streets is also free and accessible, I had no issues there. They also have places to store bicycles, too. This is a proper, traditional bed and breakfast guest house in all the right ways. I can't wait to return one day.

This is our fourth stay here in the family room with our 2 grandchildren. They love it. The rooms are great Debbie and Neal are lovely. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Definitely will visit again soon.

Excellent location within LLandudno and perfect base for exploring North Wales, at least if you have a vehicle. We visited over Easter and had no difficulty finding parking on the street outside. Hosts were very welcoming and the full English breakfast was as good as you would expect.

No major complaints, just be aware that there is no lift in case you have difficulty carrying heavy luggage up stairs.
