Spacious rooms, pretty view

I can't understand how this place has so many perfect reviews, there's black mold in the bedrooms and in the showers, the water pressure is low and there's no hairdryer available. The only blanket provided is really thick, even if the temperature is cool at night we were feeling hot. The bedrooms' windows have no noise insulation: consider that there's a roosters farm below and they start to crow continuously at 4 am, then there's also a taho seller who has a stand under the balcony and starts yelling at 7 am. The wardrobe is locked, there's no space to hang your clothes.

The price is acceptable, condo unit is clean when we arrived.

There was mold in the CR, and sometimes we can smell the sewage inside the unit.

Location is perfect. Very nice view! Host responds promptly. Ample number of bedrooms and bathrooms — all good sized. Unit was clean when we arrived. Value for money considering the location and the size of the unit.

The “kulob” smell upon first arrival (maybe no occupant for some time). The ceiling of the bathroom needs changing as there might have been leaks from upstairs unit causing the ceiling to have molds.

The property is just across The Good Shepherd and is near public transpo (jeepney terminal) towards Lakandula St. (infront of Baguio City Market). Its very convenient and economical as you don't have to ride a taxi/Grab taxi all the time. The owner is also very generous to allow us to extend for another 2 hours-- free of charge because our bus ride towards home is scheduled at 4:30pm. BIG THANK YOU!!! for sharing your property with us, we truly enjoyed our family vacation for 4 days and 3 nights.

Whenever we come back to the unit, it smells like a drainage / septic tank upon arrival. Not sure if its coming from the lobby or the actual unit itself.

Wonderful place with a wonderful and very accommodating host who is always ready to answer all our inquiries to make our vacation comfortable and enjoyable. Fantastic view, couldnt ask for better. Apartment has three good sized bedrooms , a well equipped kitchen . Two bathrooms . Location is very good too. You can reach some interesting places by walk. Otherwise Grab will take you to the centre in 10 mins. We also tried the jeepneys which also offer a good service from near Good sheperd . Owners very helpful. We really enjoyed it.

We all loved the place, the views from the balcony. Linens and blankets smelled nice. The bldg is just 2mins away from mines view park, just opp Good Shepherd Convent and the jeepney station to the town proper. The owner is very communicative. She allowed us to early check-in. Thanks a lot for having us. We'll definitely book Kalimera again for our future visit in Baguio. Wish we stayed more days. ☺️

The location is just a short walk to Mines view, Wifi is good,. TV with Netflix was HD top notch. Even the utensils were of high quality. We had everything we needed. We never once needed to call anyone. Some toiletries were lacking but it did not impact to the overall experience. We would definitely choose this again if we find ourselves back in Baguio.

It was very clean and very comfortable. It was definitely a valuable find.

There was an unscheduled power interruption when we checked in and it caused a little bit of an inconvenience but we know it's something the host can't control.

The location , walking distance to the Mines View Park, The Good Shepherd Convent and souvenirs shops/stores. And of course the cleanliness of the whole unit especially the bedrooms despite the minimal problem in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to the host/ owner, so accommodating even though we didn’t meet personally. Overall, it is recommendable.

Location is very good, far from the crowds but easy to get a ride. Across Good Shepherds and 5 minutes away from Mine's View. Good WiFi connection. Unit is clean and new. Nice view from the balconies. Host is helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Pillows could be more comfortable, and utensils better quality. Provide a bedsheet for a blanket.
