Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Ruhige Ferienwohnung, die zum Hostel gehört. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien und perfekt sauber. Praktische Lage im Zentrum, nicht weit von Bahnhof und Hafen. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang im Hostel.
Nur so eine Idee: Vielleicht könnte man die Schlafnischen - unten und oben - mit einfachen Vorhängen zur Verdunkelung und als Raumteiler ausstatten. Da sich die Wohnung nicht komplett verdunkeln lässt und die Fenster oben auch nur schwer erreichbar sind.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Great location in the old part of Helsinki. We found a market about 2 blocks away, where we bought coffee and breakfast stuff. The kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were comfy. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The trash pick up was a bit loud outside our window but that was not a deal breaker.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Very convenient to walk to most locations and a very quiet location. Having a washer was a plus. Staff was nice. Good value. We enjoyed our stay.
The ceiling upstairs was lower than I thought. The bottom sheet came off while sleeping and difficult to put out back on. A better quality deep sheet would have been better. We only had 1 bath towel each and 1 hand towel. No bath mat. It was on the third floor and no elevator. Due to location next to the radiator, the freezer door was obstructed and unable to use it.

Reviewed May 22, 2026The location is especially wonderful; it’s in the best part of Helsinki, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The biggest advantage of the property is having someone available 24/7. Even though I didn't personally need any assistance, knowing that help was just a call away felt great. Everyone at the reception was welcoming, smiling, and polite—they truly go above and beyond to support you. Also, making and enjoying my delicious morning coffee in the apartment was such a pleasure.
The only negative part was the temperature. For someone who gets cold easily like me, 18°C is still radiator weather. But for Helsinki, it means summer is here! I was a bit chilly, although I can say I finally got used to it on my last day.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Läget är super bra. Nära till allt. Rent och komplett . Fanns diskmedel, salt mm så vi behövde inte köpa en massa smått. En egen ingång från innergård var toppen. Lungt i boendet trotts city trafik runt om.
Jag borde läst noggrannare och insett att det är många trappor i lägenheten samt det var lågt i tak uppe i sovloftet. Annars inget. Allt jätte bra.

Respassa 24/7 ystävällinen henkilökunta ja sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui yöaikaan. Huoneistoon oma rauhallinen käynti sisäpihan puolelta.
Tilat olivat viileät näin talvella, huoneistossa olleet ilmalämpöpumput eivät käytössä. TV oli vain parvella, ei isossa oleskelutilassa. Hissittömyys voi olla jollekin rajoite, mutta huoneisto kuitenkin jo 3. kerroksessa.

Jonkinlainen haaste herkkäuniselle voi olla roskien kuljetuksen äänet pihan poikki joskus aamuyöstä tai aikaisin aamulla. Muutoin paikka on kuitenkin erittäin hiljainen! Liikenne ei kuulu eivätkä muut keskikaupungin tavalliset äänet.

You will not have privacy, because there are no walls to separate rooms, but it is ok. Anyway the apartment is beautiful.
