Minor ones: The place doesn't get much natural light. The dishes were not well cleaned.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Schöner hätte es für uns nicht sein können. Die Wohnung war klein aber gemütlich. Es war sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Treppe nach Oben ist sehr steil. Nicht für Jedermann geeignet. Ansonsten war alles prima

Inside it is both modern appliances and old-style Holland house, exactly what we were looking for with „get some taste of the local live, but with up to date comfort“ The owner is very friendly and helpful, checking in and out was smooth
Be careful about parking, it may be expensive directly near the property, but there‘re enough parking houses nearby

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025The property was fitted with everything you need, the wash8ng machine was not working at the the but the owner offered to do the washing and even hang it to dry. Close to town centre with all the shops and restaurant 10 minutes walk and station about a 15 minute walk through the beautiful town.

The apartment is keyless,equipped with basic stuff and there’s a small supermarket nearby for any other necessities you require. Host is very helpful and speedy with his responses! 😊
Steep staircase that leads to the bedroom loft but you have the option to sleep on the sofa as well. Expensive & limited parking,22 euros from 09:00-00:00 (even if you park after 19:00 you will still get charged nearly the full day ticket).

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Locatie aan de gracht was super! Je zit overal dichtbij, parkeren kan ook in de buurt.
Het slaapgedeelte bevond zich op een vide met een heel steile trap omhoog. De trap had ook nog smalle treden dus het was voor ouderen niet zo geschikt, zeker niet als mensen slecht ter been zijn. Geen wc boven dus nachtelijke acrobatiek om te kunnen plassen. Niet fijn. Er ontbrak ook het e.e.a. in de keuken, zoals eierdopjes en kurkentrekker.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Geweldige locatie, gratis parkeren op de dijk (10 min lopen), heel fijne communicatie met de verhuurder, attent welkomstcadeautje en een heerlijk appartementje met alle basisvoorzieningen hierbij aanwezig (oa netflix, keukengerei en kookwaren, en een heel goed bed!). Wij komen graag terug bij een volgend bezoekje aan Gouda!
Het is oud (en prachtig) maar daarbij wat gehorig (mbt buren/straat). Dit vormde voor ons geen enkel probleem.
