Rahya Villas Complex by Iji

My stay at the villa was wonderful. The villa is spacious, very clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, although a washing machine and an iron would be a great addition. The swimming pool is small but very nice and pleasant. The villa's landscape is beautiful despite its small area. The furniture is clean and the bathroom amenities were complete with towels, shampoos, etc. I didn't need to bring anything.

The only downside is that the villa is far from any supermarket or restaurants. You must have a car and drive at least 8 km to find anything.

Грязные, серые полотенца. В пешей доступности пляж Пандава, но вход/въезд перекрыт. Можно только с пляжа подняться к виллам. В ту сторону вас не пустят, т.к. вы должны пройти через КПП для оплаты. На фото та самая дорога.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderschöne Villa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine wirklich tolle Ausstattung. Alles sieht sehr schön und hochwertig aus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber und die Menschen vor Ort waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft wurde regelmäßig sauber gehalten und auch der Service war super. Man konnte zum Beispiel ganz unkompliziert Kaffee bestellen – für uns hat wirklich alles gepasst. Die Villa liegt zwar etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Mit dem Taxi kommt man schnell und unkompliziert überall hin. Die Taxi-App funktioniert sehr gut und man kann damit problemlos die schönsten Orte, Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Auch zum Einkaufen findet man alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen richtig tollen und erholsamen Urlaub und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft! ❤️ Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nothing. It was ok but wouldn’t say I like it.

Our room was inconvenient. The kitchen was next to the bed. The fridge was on the other side of our apartment. The tv was not in front of the couch. I always had to turn ur had to watch. From the bed it was not possible to watch. They didn’t change our towels daily and don’t clean the outside area at all. Our plate was standing there our whole stay. The bathtube upstairs was not useable because dirty and just cold water. The sunbeds dirty as well. The windows and the door were not soundproof. We heard when people coming back or walked the stairs and at night there was a dog howling. I mean that’s not the rayas fault but better windows would do the job. The location was not good either. It’s not even uluwatu I think. Everything was just soooo far. We could just get so much better value of our money in other hotels.

The rooftop is separate. you have to go out of your room go upstairs and then enter the rooftop. So we didnt use it much. But still this is easily our favorite and best place to stay in Bali

The property was amazing! So clean tidy and modern with a great pool!

The road to get up to the villas is very steep and not paved so it is slightly dangerous getting up and down! It is not very busy around the area quite out of the way, 40 min drive in car to markets and beaches ect. Our shower did not work the first night but got fixed the second night which was good

The staff is slow and they don’t respond quickly, location wasn’t that good

Funcionários muito prestativos, simpáticos que adaptaram o horário para a minha chegada tardia do aeroporto. No que toca a hospitalidade, 10/10.

Para os hóspedes que queiram estar perto das praias, vida noturna, ou que pretendam deslocar-se de carro, não é uma boa opção. Os acessos são difíceis, os motoristas grab enganam-se porque a estrada de acesso não está sinalizada, e tudo fica a 1 hora. Para além do mais, eu fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas, quando cheguei tinha o apartamento preparado para 2, sem toalhas nem roupa de cama para a terceira pessoa dormir no sofá cama. O chuveiro pinga durante a noite, foi preciso por uma toalha por baixo para não fazer barulho a bater no metal, e ouve-se barulho tanto do terraço como dos outros apartamentos.

Шел ремонт в лобби. Дорога на подъезде плохая. Далековато от основных мест. За окном вид просто на заброшенный пустырь Жаль, что терраса не напрямую из номера

Милейший персонал , всегда были на связи, помогали и отзывались при каждой просьбе , что удобно общались мы через WhatsApp , вила шикарная , сняла на нее обзор , очень красивый интерьер, каждый день была уборка , расположение тихое , в дали от суеты , но можно пешком дойти до пляжа через красивое ущелье Panti Popokro , на байке не проехать только пешком! Но это очень зрелищно 🤗 на виде есть мини бар , фрукты , снеки, если захотите в маркет за продуктами то в 6 минутах на байке есть большой маркет Пепито и чуть дальше Итон , байк можно арендовать прям в самом отельном комплексе , что очень удобно и цена очень приятная ! Я приехала отмечать на Бали свой день рождения 🥳 и ребята украсили нам виллу 😊🙏🏻это было очень мило 🥰 ! А еще я очень благодарна за возможность позднего заселения ! Всем рекомендую 🌺

Beautiful property, close to the beach

Lots of ants and the rooftop was beautiful but it was seperate from the villa. So you have to the exit the villa and walk around upstairs then enter the rooftop. Would be better if it was actually connected.

Вода в бассейне холодная, и на вилле, и общая. Но, это терпимо. Больше всего не понравилось, что нет ресторана, маркеты далеко, до пляжа тоже нужно ехать.

Bardzo dużo miejsca, czystość na najwyższym poziomie, przestronna łazienka nowoczesna i dobrze wyposażona.

Lokalizacja jest pośrodku niczego i daleko id wszystkiego. Na szczęście na miejscu można wypożyczyć skuter.

In the appartment on the first floor a bit noisy and dark

Терраса- это бесполезная площадь, чтобы на нее попасть нужно выйти из номера поднятся по общей лестнице. Хотя вид из нее открывается красивый !

Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, в апартаментах было чисто (уборка номеров проводилась через день), мылась посуда, заправлялась постель. Удобно, что там же можно взять в прокат скутер и не заниматься его поисками по всему Улувату. Приятный, русскоязычный управляющий, сразу подсказал какие пляжи и достопримечательности стоит посетить и где можно вкусно покушать. Отличное место, нам с супругой понравилось.

1. Туалет с ванной требует косметического ремонта, сифон подтекает. 2. Отсутствие утюга и гладильной доски. 3. Отсутствие стиральной машины (есть только услуга прачечной)

Расположения топ до лучших пляжей на Бали

Красивая, со всеми принадлежностями и с хорошей клиентоориентированностью вилла, просторная, есть куллер, холодильник, уборка каждый день, свой бассейн. Рядом находятся самые чистые пляжи

Сам комплекс чуть находится внутри захолустья , далеко до магазина, но доставка исправила данную ситуацию

Everything! Beautiful villa! We even extended our stay! Even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! So peaceful! Super clean villa and just perfect! Will stay here over and over again! The staff is amazing! So friendly, they literally assist with everything, and go the extra mile! Theres also a mini bar and snacks which is lovely when you don’t feel like going to the shops or ordering online! Lovely space to chill, to work, to cool off in the pool and just a very cosy ambiance with al the pretty lights! Comfortable bed and always fresh bedding, lovely towels, amazing Sensatia toiletries! We are extending our stay for the third time now! Book a villa and come explore it for yourself, you will love it🫶

El diseno del hotel en general y del cuarto y la terraza estaban increible! la cama comdisima, en general el cuarto muy moderno y cool. Igualmente el lindo detalle de recibirnos con una pequena canasta de frutas y una tarjeta personalizada es un plus. Una de las recepcionistas super amable y siempre en contacto para nuestras preguntas.

No es algo tan malo pero que la gente este enterada que el hotel esta en medio de la nada (lo cual lo hace genial si quieres descansar) pero la ruta para llegar en los grabs puede ser confusa y llevarte por atrás del hotel donde no hay acceso. Y que no hay venta de alimentos en el hotel así que puedes comprar para cocinar, salir o pedir a domicilio.

Absolutely stunning rooms! The staff were also really accommodating and allowed us to checkout late as I was sick. Highly recommend staying here and the view from the private balcony with the bathtub was beautiful.

Design in general is good.

First they gave us room without a tull and it was not comfortable, not private at all. The sink leaked just on your feet, remote control for a fan wasn't working, also TV. We called the staff and they really tried to help but after few hours the sink was broken again and the fix didn't help. So basically because of missing curtains we asked to change rooms. They allowed us to move to another one. Cooler for water didn't worked there :) and also one remote controller as well. So my advice is to check your facilities if you promised to customers "luxury" experience. We had a room with a patio and it is just useless, it's very far away from your main room, you need go out from your property, go upstairs etc. Also you need 4 hours to fill this huge bath and it has only cold water. So we didn't use it at all and it was spend of money, my advice – rent just default unit. On general I saw better variants for even less money in this area

Это невероятная вилла и бесподобная дружелюбная команда отеля. В отличии от очень многих балийских вилл эта сделана со вкусом и продумана. Тут даже есть нормальный закрытый шкаф. Те кто давно на Бали знают какая это редкость. Все очень чисто и каждый день хорошо убирались. Очень удобно добираться до ближайших пляжей. Все очень понравилось и идеальное соотношение цена/качество. Еще хочу выразить огромную благодарность команде за то, что помогли организовать помолвку для нас с девушкой.

Все прошло супер, новая вилла, супер ремонт, чувствовал себя миллиардером. Суперское отношения персонала. Единственное рядом нету магазинов и кафе. Все находится более 1 км, но это не мешает отдыху, наверное такой район. Оценка 10 из 10.

I really liked the design and overall atmosphere of the villa. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, and the bed was super nice. The location is also great, peaceful but still close to everything.

I’ve been staying at Rahya Villas Complex for a long time now, and it never disappoints. Every visit is consistently great — the villas are always clean, well-maintained, and just feel right. The atmosphere is perfect: peaceful, private, yet still close to everything you need. The staff is always responsive and easy to deal with — no stress, everything gets handled quickly and smoothly. It’s one of those places you genuinely want to come back to again and again. Proven over time — consistently a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place where everything just works.

Wunderbare Unterkunft. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sie haben uns so gut es ging alle Wünsche und Anliegen erfüllt. Die kleinen Villen sind eher gross und mann kann locker für längere Zeit dort bleiben und sich wohl fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Wir konnten keine negativen Punkte während des Aufenthalts feststellen.

Заказывали апартаменты с терассой, при заезде оказалось, что, чтобы попасть на терассу, нужно выйти из апартаментов, подняться на 3 этаж и войти на свою личную терассу. Ну в итоге почти туда не ходили, зря брали получается. Таким образом в нашем жилье не было даже балкона, но зато занавески приходилось держать закрытыми, так как по коридору всегда ходили гости из соседних номеров. В столе на кухне прям где то муравейник находится, фрукты при заселении были в муравьях, любая еда, поставленная на стол, тоже сразу была в этих гостях. Шум от купающихся людей в бассейне раздавался эхом в номере, очень неудачно придумано с точки зрения звука.

Staff amazing and kind.

The hotel is a building site. This hotel should not allowed to be open. Its mess construction is loud and the whoel site is a mess. I am shocked this hotel is allowed to be open.

The villas is so clean and beautiful, located in a quiet place and only take 5-10mins by motorbike to the beaches and restaurants. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was very well appointed beautiful.

The issue was the up stairs balcony…this is not accessible from your room…you need to go up another flight of stairs outside of your room to access it

It’s completely remote There is no restaurant anywhere nearby and no breakfast offered even though it say so ok the website . On top of that the driveway up there is extremely steep even if you walk up. The rooms downstairs have no privacy because people walk past then or are at the pool. Definitely to expensive for this location many better places there with more service and comfort

Новая современная вилла с хорошим ремонтом. Все супер, персонал очень услужливый и приятный, при первом зове решали все вопросы и проблемы. Больше всего понравилась ванная санузлы новые чистые, оснащение горячей водой без проблем, это самый большой жирный плюс, так как на Бали часто проблемы с горячей водой, с удовольствием принимали душ и ванную не переживая о том что закончится горячая вода. Кухня хорошо оснащена, мебель новая. Есть балконы и садик на первом этаже, удобно для тех кто курит. Персонал на высшем уровне, в целом мы остались довольны нашим отдыхом.

Спальни на 2-ом этаже, немного Крутая лестница без перил, если будут возрастные люди не удобно подниматься и спускаться, спальни по размеру немного тесноваты, но очень хорошо оборудованы, кровать очень удобная. Кондиционер напротив кровати, не комфортно было спать , постоянно отключали и включали чтобы охладить комнату. Рядом шла стройка, было шумно с 08 утра до 19:00 вечера, днем было не комфортно оставаться на вилле из за шума (но об этом предупредили сотрудники перед заселением, мы были к этому готовы). Но лучше уточните закончилась ли у них стройка, если вам важно отдыхать в тишине.

Our stay at Rahya Villa complex was excellent. We are a family of 3 including our 9 year old son. The staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable. The apartment was beautifully kitted out with a fully fictional kitchen and dining space. Cleaning happened daily if you requested and even if you didn’t, you would return to a freshly made bed and the apartment smelling glorious. Our apartment stepped out on to the pool which was clean and maintained daily by the staff, our son spent a lot of time in the pool. Even though we didn’t get round to any of the spa treatments there are lots on offer at a very reasonable price.

The location wasn’t ideal BUT that really made no difference to us because we were able to hire scooters really easily and cheaply, plus it was actually lovely being in the quieter end of things.

Amazing clean cozy and feels luxurious for that value. 8 minutes by a car to Pandawa beach.

Было неожиданно, что терраса с ванной находятся на отдельном этаже - нет доступа из апартаментов и не получилось насладиться ванной, так как очень слабый напор воды (нужно наполнять примерно 3 часа) и вода не горячая, а теплая и быстро остывает, поэтому не рекомендую бронировать вариант с террасой, но сами апартаменты рекомендую

Очень уютное место, чистое и тихое. Жили неделю, и за это время ни разу не встретили ни букашки в номере. Убираются каждый день, в номере есть все, от зубных щеток до шампуня.

Things what are incredible: - receptionist and her kindness, and she also managed everything - pool is photogenic, warm, long - great for swimming - comfortable beds - stylish interior, also 2 tvs Thing what we like - rooftop tub (now the view is not so good like can be, but in few months will be) - renting a bike (good quality) and more and more we recommend it!

Dodatkowy taras który wynajęłam jest osobnym pomieszczeniem. Za dnia gdy chciałam skorzystać na przeciwko na dachu trwały prace remontowe ( wiec widok na robotników ) A chodziło mi głównie o widok na ocean . Willa jest również położona z dala od wszystkiego . Minimum 5min skuterem do restauracji .

Really lovely apartment! Enjoyed our stay here - facilities are great too! The pool was amazing. If I was to come back I’d book one of the rooms downstairs next to the pool instead of the rooftop room :)

I wish I knew beforehand that the apartment doesn’t have direct access to the rooftop. You have to leave the apartment to walk up a set of stairs and then have a separate key to get to your rooftop area. A fan on the rooftop would’ve been great as it got VERY hot up there.

The place is very good, the only bad side for us was that we had the terrace and it was not connected with the apartment, we didn’t realize until we got there, also to use the bathtub it takes a long time to fill it so you have to request at the reception and they will prepare it for you, it is ok but a bit annoying. We also had a problem with out bathroom it was a bit stinky but they fixed. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We loved the design and feel of the apartment - modern and clean. Bed was comfy, black out curtains made for a great sleep with the option to use two air conditioners or ceiling fans. Pool area was much nicer than photos made out - sunny for most of the day too! Reception staff very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Location is remote and only accessible via extremely steep unfinished road. The coffee for sale at the complex was pretty basic.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, stunning terrace, easy to get scooter hire through reception and/or gojeck/grab/car. Location is a bit far from things but its nice if you enjoy peace and quiet. Room was phenomenal, facilities excellent, everything is like new.

Balcony that was advertised is detached from apartment. Would have been nice if this was advertised more clearly in advance. Next door they are constructing new villa’s which caused lots of noise.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au sein de ce complexe récent, très propre, ultra moderne, terrasse privée au rooftop. On se sentait chez nous tellement le logement et le personnel étaient accueillants . D’ailleurs mention spéciale à Lisa la réceptionniste qui était aimable et sympathique, très réactive et disponible dès qu’on en a eût besoin. Grâce à son hospitalité et sa bienveillance notre séjour était idéal. Bravo !

We really enjoyed our stay at Rahya Villas. Everything was brand new, clean, and well-maintained. Even though we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Communication with the reception was super easy — we stayed in touch through WhatsApp, and they were always quick to respond and help with anything we asked for. They even arranged for a scooter to be waiting for us before our arrival so we could start exploring right away. Every request we had was fulfilled promptly, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
