Villa Loba

Absolutely amazing. Great pool. All the facilities were clean and spacious. Would totally recommend this place. So close to everything. Thank you so much ❤️

Everything was perfect. Excellent rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful bathrooms and outdoor space. Amazing location.

Everything was good.

Beautiful property in a very central location. Villa was clean, spacious rooms and lovely garden area Communication with host was very easy and they allowed us to check in early and leave late on day of check out

A fair few mosquitos downstairs as the living area is fully open. This wasn’t a major issue but might be if you were wanting to spend a lot of time in the living area at night. We just had to keep bedroom doors closed. The upstairs bathroom was quite hot as separated from the bedroom so no air con Please add a kettle in kitchen

Tout était parfait, séjour au top. Merci à Javier et au personnel. Je reviendrai c’est certain 😊

Great location for shops and restaurants Quick walk to beach- 15 min Gorgeous decor!!! Beautiful comfortable living area with kitchen, huge bedrooms and ensuites!! Feels like a villa from vogue living!! Beautiful garden and pool. Very helpful staff- try to accomodate. Early to late check in if possible . Highly recommend . Thankyou for a wonderful stay

The villa is beautifully decorated and features a really nice taste. We like the open living room facing the swimming pool. There are quite a few nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Walking to Double Six Beach is around 20 minutes. Javier is very helpful as well.

None

Beautiful property with everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms and bathrooms are very large and nicely decorated. Location is great.

Beautiful decor and felt like someone’s home rather than generic accommodation. Huge rooms and bathrooms so feel very private when sharing with friends or family. Close to lovely restaurants . Lush gardens

Think lawns could have done with trimming and we had to ask for pool to be cleaned. Pleasant staff but English was poor and would have been nice to know when we arrived on a Saturday that no staff work on Sunday as had to wait for pool to be cleaned. Would definitely stay here again though as these issues did not affect our wonderful stay

Perfect location. Staff were amazing and very responsive. Excellent stay and even better than the pictures

Stunning property. Amazing bedrooms with that fabulous living space open to the outdoors. Great location for nearby bars, restaurants and shops.

Nothing!

Perfect Villa , great location in Seminyak

The property was exactly like the photos if not better. The host was very accommodating and looked after us very well during our stay.

Everything was super!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was great, had everything we needed and more. It was in a fantastic location. Easy walking to resturants and shops. The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Stayed for 9 nights with 6 people, had plenty of space , and great amenities.

The beds were a bit hard for our liking but other then that everything was.perfect.

We had an amazing experience. Staff were incredible. Great location. Looking forward to our next stay.

Pool and outdoor relaxation area. Walking distance to a laundry, restaurants, bars and mini mart.

Not being able to make quick contact with a property manager after hours.

Big property

I honestly could not say anything in the review to do justice for how truly incredible Villa Loba is. We felt like royalty!! The villa was breathtaking. The facilities and attention to detail were second to none. The pool was beautiful. The location was absolutely ideal. We wished we could have stayed longer or even lived here, it was genuinely the most perfect place we have ever stayed. We will be back!!

Literally everything this property was stunning and so peaceful. It looks exactly like the photo. Owner has a amazing artistic touch. You can tell the owner takes very good care of everything. housekeeping was every other day which was convenient. This is a very walkable area. lots of restaurants nearby and grab also delivers to this location. 10 out of 10 can't recommend this place enough.

Our stay was perfect. The door lock can be a little tricky the first time but once you figure out it's sweet spot, it's easy.

The property itself is magnificent! The facilities, the floor plan, and the staff couldn’t have been better. It’s in an awesome part of Bali and had a super enjoyable stay.

It’s hard to think of something I didn’t like due to how positive our experience was.

Everything

Nothing

Very good location and good service. The whole villa is really well maintained and exactly looks like the picture

Nothing

The location and it was out standing in all

The power point now all working

I can’t recommend this place enough. The photos don’t do it justice. Every bedroom is spacious and has its own ensuite, and the pool area is perfect. It provides shaded areas due to large umbrellas but the sun is there all day if you want it. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the fresh flower arrangements to thoughtful extras like bottled water, bug spray, and power adaptors. It’s honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed. The location is ideal too as it is right in the heart of Seminyak, close to great bars and restaurants. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Nothing... :)

Location is excellent if you want quick access to Seminyak, just off the main street. Staff were excellent and very responsive to any requests. Very relaxing villa and pool.

The property looks exactly like the picture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. The staff was nice and helpful in arranging the transportation for us.

The owner would take some time to reply so if you have any questions should ask in advanced.

Absolutely everything.! The villa was amazing..the best I have ever stayed in Bali and I travel Bali all the time ..the villa is top notch staff Wonderful ,owner really awesome, this villa really complimented end of my trip ..the detail gone into presentation of this villa has been cleverly designed.. absolutely first class accommodation!!

Amazing Villa, had everything we needed, the design of it is just incredible as well. The location is perfect next to the Main Street and 12 minutes walking to the beach. Also the host was very helpful and let us stay longer on the last day past our check out time as our flight was in the afternoon. We will definitely be back and recommending to everybody going to Bali! Thanks so much

No housekeeping It was bad

This is one of the best villa i have stayed, clean and nice architecture, most facilities available, except washing machine, pool is great with warm water, garden brings nature into home, the toilets are huge and beautiful

nothing

Very nicely designed, clean and well maintained

Just wish it had some small things like coffee and milk provided. Also the drinking water filter ran out on the first day and no one serviced it.

It was exactly like the pictures! Everything was amazing, we wished we could stay so much longer. Great rooms, amenities, kitchen & pool

Nothing - it was superb!

Great location, excellent facilities and very supportive staff. Will definitely stay here again. My go to place in Bali.

Nothing.

Villa Loba was a beautiful sanctuary in busy Seminyak. It is conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The villa has everything you need for the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The rooms were large, and the gardens and pool area were just lovely and serene. The photos are great, but they really don't do justice to the size and beauty of this property. The staff were super attentive and addressed our queries very promptly. Our adult children and us had the most wonderful stay here and have made lifetime memories. Would love to stay here again.

Nothing

We enjoyed our staying at Villa Loba so much. It is very spacious, clean, great location and the staff are very helpful and nice. We’ll certainly stay again at the villa when we visit Bali again next time.

Good stay in a good location.

One of the bathrooms leaked badly during stay with black mould appearing.

We had an incredible stay at this villa. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, including a private pool and a well-stocked kitchen.

Villa Loba is very comfortable, clean and modernly decorated. The owner was very helpful. The location of the hotel is peaceful and allows easy access to touristic places. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

Big Pool and yard area to relax and chill in. Great amount of sun v shade to enjoy. Good amount of deck chairs. Hot/Cool/Cold on water on tap in the kitchen. Multi keys to allow our group to break off as needed. Coffee machine was a bonus too! Friendly accommodating staff/ Host. Massive bedroom/bathrooms. Room for everyone to have their own space as needed. Air Cons in each room. Open living area was novel, and we enjoyed watching the local geckos and squirrel running around in the trees. So cute. Excellent location close to Legian and Kuta. Nothing to not like about this villa. I usually like to book accommodation with a cancellation policy, but I’m super happy I just booked this one. It was a favourite for everyone, if the 3 we stayed in. Paradise 😍

There were no dislikes about this property. If I had to give any feedback to our host enhance the villa even more, it would be for a larger rubbish bin in the kitchen area, and a small bin in each bedroom, but that’s being extremely trivial. We will definitely be returning to this villa when we next visit Bali.

We had a 9 day stay a Villa Loba it was amazing the Villa itself was true to the photos and a pleasure to stay in. Javier was accessible at all times to any needs we required. The Villa was clean and serviced regularly the staff especially Ilu ⭐️ and Nurrah ⭐️ we delightful and very attentive, happily tending to all our needs going above and beyond our expectations. Our only wish is we could have stayed longer. The Villa itself is located in a great area very close to and within walking distance to supermarket, money changer, spa’s and Seminyak’s famous Eat Street. Thank you all for making our stay very memorable we would come back in a heartbeat.

Javier and staff are very friendly and reacted fast to messages. The villa is pretty, facilities are excellent, location is close to everywhere and easy to get Grab.

Mosquitos, but they prepared everything in the villa.

Villa was a standout from our Holiday! I would recommend to anybody. Havier the host was top notch.

I have nothing bad to say about Villa! 10/10

The hosts were amazing.. and the villa was fantastic.. loved the location so close to everything.. very comfortable.

Nothing

The owner waited us with the keys and when we entered the house everything was exactly like in photos. Nice decorated rooms, big bathroom, kitchen outside equiped with everything , also with cofee and water. Nice pool , a relaxation zone... What more do you need for getting a good vibe . !!! Also they come at a 2 days time to clean, change sheets , clean the garden, the pool...very nice and professional.

Some small rats are coming over the wall from outside . Despite the equipment for keep them at distance , they come. But one can see them as pets.

The design of the property is excellent, and the pool is also very good.

The property would benefit from cushions on the pool lounges, and the door to the bedroom closest to the pool could not be properly secured. It needs maintenance.

This is a classy rockstar villa! 3 huge double bedrooms all with ensuites suited us well as we were travelling with our 2 teenage children. We loved coming back from a busy day to our well appointed and stylish villa. Close to everything but tucked away in a quiet lane. We would love to come back - in the end it felt like home.

Honestly nothing - it was just superb

Incredible villa, extremely spacious. Supportive owner and staff. The whole place was extremely clean on arrival and house keeping services provided.

The villa is beautiful, furnished with great taste, and very well accessorized of everything for cooking and eating in. Everything was sparkly clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. Would go back instantly!

Pretty much everything was superb...spacious, modern and quiet. Best part was the amazing location and the ease of dealing with the owner and staff. Highly recommend. The pictures don't do it justice.

great location, great villa, beautifully furnished and maintained.

all good

Is new and clean, like the garden and living room very much

WiFi

Pool area and seperate bathrooms

Not a massive deal with upstairs room is pretty hard if you have any mobility issues

Great place. We liked the pool, the furniture and decorations, and how spacious and true to the images it was. Javier was helpful with recommendations for day trips and finding us a car and a driver.

Nothing.

Beautiful pool and furniture to relax for the day Very well maintained and in excellent condition Staff very helpful and friendly Owner went out of his way to assist us with exploration trip and transport to airport Close to good restaurants and shops

Nothing, all good

Villa Loba is stylish functional and very clean. The service provided and the quality fixtures and fittings makes staying in Bali and at Villa Loba a dream

Nothing. Absolute class

We simply loved the Villa, it exceeded our expectations! The design and the attention to details is exceptional! Also, the location is very central and the host very helpful!

We loved everything

Amazing location, very clean, beautiful pool area

The villa is spacious and luxurious. Love all the artwork and decor. Perfectly cleaned and well maintained, with the staff attentive via whatsapp to help with any issues. Good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Loved how big this villa was and all had our own bathroom

Nothing loved it

was so easy! there were keys for mainly everyone staying on the property already prepared. It was a super easy, painless process that was not stressful at all!!

We booked Villa Loba for a short family stay and it was perfect. Loved the garden, pool, many different private and shared spaces and the location was fantastic (close to shops, cafes/restaurants and 2 major supermarkets). Highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

The villa is really really beautiful and a very high comfort level. Is near restaurants, shops and the beach would recommend to everyone.

This villa was so beautiful! Stayed with a group of 5 people and absolutely loved our stay - our favourite villa in Bali on our trip. Spacious, open layout, beautifully furnished inside and outside, well air-conditioned, clean and massive rooms. Great location close to everything. The owner was so accomodating and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Everything. It was just perfect.

We loved everything about Villa Loba. Living in Perth we travel to Bali frequently and finally have found our dream villa. An absolutely stunning property, incredibly comfortable, stylish with a beautiful relaxing vibe. Immaculately clean & lovely staff. Right in the heart of Seminyak down a quiet lane way. Just beautiful 💚

Wish we had stayed longer rather than the other villas we stayed at on this trip.

Amazing host. Great location

Nothing

We loved everything at Villa Loba. We didn't want to leave the property, our only regret was not booking a longer stay. The styling of the villa and facilities are beautiful and we felt so comfortable. The pool was perfect and great temperature, we had filtered water, a full kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay late check out for no extra cost. There is a great supermarket down the road and the location is excellent. We will certainly be back and highly recommend Villa Loba.

The place was great! The hospitality we received was very warm. Iluh, the manager that received us, was very responsive and friendly. The location couldn't have been better; shops, massage places (like the renowned Mesio Reflexology just across the street), main thoroughfares, and the beach, were either right there, or within walking distance. And there was very easy access to transportation. The comfortability of the place was very impressive -- the design and architecture were on point. Nice pool and outdoor showers too; WiFi worked great. There were 4 in my group, and it provided everything we needed. I would love to visit again.

We loved absolutely everything about this villa. Rooms were big and comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. The overall interior decor and design of the villa is beautiful and so well thought out. The villa is fully equipped with everything you would need and staff were willing to go over and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The owner offered to store our bags until our return to Bali and staff members were easy to reach. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the beach.

Nothing

Shining clean, design is tremendous, everything you need such like kitchen equipments or towels or sound speaker are available, near from the services and the crowded places, the owner is so helpful and cooperative (Thank you Javi).

Everything is perfecto 👍🏼

Everything’s perfect. Such a lovely villa and the host, Javier, is really charming and constantly making sure our stay at the villa is perfect. The villa is equipped with all the necessities that is needed for a comfortable stay and the location is great too. Would definitely be staying over again the next time I’m in Bali.

Nothing.

property was above expectations ,location was great near all restaurants and bars,The design was exceptional more than you expect .Swimming pool rooms bathrooms amazing ..i fully recommend 100% point to the host

We stayed here for 6 nights and this beautiful villa was nothing but amazing, Jeremy and his team were so friendly and helpful the whole time, the pool and outdoor setup is perfect to have a few drinks around, close to all you need around Seminyak, only a 5 mins scooter ride to Seminyak beach, nice cafes and lunch spots just walking distance and the BEST pizza and pasta place just up the corner at Wildhabit. Highly recommend!

Aside from a couple of small bathroom faults we could not fault this place and we will definitely be back again!
