I think that if you provide tea and coffee in the rooms you should provide milk or creamer to go with it.

Absolutely gorgeous room and the surroundings were stunning.The pool was beautifully clean and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Also loved the cooing doves and then gentle crowing of roosters in the morning

Seemed to be difficult for taxi drivers to find and was hard to leave due to a festival blocking the streets in the area so had to wait over an hour to get a taxi

The rooms were massive, the bathroom was massive. Lots of privacy. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly. They did their best to make us comfortable. The location is central and we could walk around on the street, and do some shopping, Kuta was just 10mins away in taxi. Must say the staff went out of their way to accommodate for an early breakfast for us as we needed to leave by 8am, they ensured our breakfast was ready at 7.30 so we can eat and leave by 8am for our day. Really appreciate this. Thank you to the kitchen staff and the reception for making this possible.

The place is pretty old and needs a lot of maintenance. We were not able to use the private pool as it was dirty and leaves and flowers were everywhere. The outside of the room needs a lot of attention. However the main pool looked ok. Our room was located on the ground level and every time someone flushed the toilet, we could hear in our bedroom and it was quite annoying. On the website, it shows a tumble dryer but there was no such thing and upon enquiring, was told that they do not have one and it was an error on the booking website. While the room was clean and spacious, the outside of our room was a big letdown. Every time we walked into or out of our room, it disappointed us. Felt like we wasted our money getting a room with private pool but not able to use it at all.

The way the staff treats you is impeccable they are there to service all your needs. The property is outstanding in an excellent location walking distance to Bintang market and surrounding beautiful shops.

Staff are all delightful and helpful, with nice welcome. Room was amazing. Restaurant was excellent (including good adaptations for gluten free) and afternoon tea was a nice extra touch.

A bit of a walk to the beach, but less than 15mins, and there is a drop off service a few times a day.

Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is a problem. They could not have done more for us. Having breakfast served in the restaurant outside of villa made it very easy. Beds were turned down and outdoor area sprayed each evening.

La villa è bellissima e rispecchia perfettamente lo stile balinese, creando un’atmosfera autentica e molto suggestiva. La colazione è stata ottima, con prodotti di qualità e una buona scelta. Anche la posizione è molto comoda, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente ristoranti, negozi e le principali attrazioni della zona. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consigliamo assolutamente!

Even though the hotel is situated in the heart of Seminyak, we found it to be a peaceful oasis that felt hidden away from the city's hustle and bustle. It is a 15-minute walk from the beach and has a beautiful pool area. What we loved most about the hotel was the staff; they are incredibly kind and will go out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable — or, as they say, 'at home.

ウェルカムドリンク、デザート、朝食の全てが素晴らしく美味しかった。素材の良さを強く感じ、見た目も美しく楽しく食事を楽しむことができた。 部屋は広くバリらしさを感じられ虫除け等細やかなサービスに感動した。徒歩圏内にビンタンスーパーがあり重宝した。お土産は全てここで調達。

特にありませんが、スパの当日予約ができればよりよいと思います。次回は部屋予約と同時にスパも予約したいです。

I was lucky to get a cancellation booking which made the Blue Karma affordable for me. Room was lovely, with a balcony and generous bathroom with everything provided. A welcome snack was provided by lovely staff despite my late arrival. Breakfast was really good and generous. The pool and surrounds are gorgeous. Location is not far from main road, but not noisy, and about 15-20 mins walk to the beach along the main road with shopping attractions, or wander the charming, quiet back lanes for a more relaxed, if labyrinthine, experience. Pick-up from airport was appreciated. Complimentary ginger tea while I waited for my ride to Ubud also great.

Nothing at all to complain about, unless you want to stay right on the beach.

Wir waren vom Blue Karma in Ubud total begeistert deshalb haben das in Seminyak gebucht. Leider kann man die beiden Häuser nicht vergleichen. Das Zimmer in Seminyak hatte einige Türen die verschlossen waren, ich denke es ist einfach umfunktioniert worden,die Türen waren verschlossen und mit einer Matratze versehen. Das fühlte sich gruselig an. Die Sauberkeit liess auch zu wünschen übrig und das Personal sehr schroff und nicht wirklich bereit uns entgegen zu kommen. Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. An eine Erstattung war nicht zu denken.

Hard to pick one thing that I liked. Overall it was an excellent experience and would definitely stay again.

Çalışanlar harikaydı resepsiyonda ki hanımlar ve beyler hele fotoğrafta ki bey inanılmaz tatlıydı. Her konuda yardımcı, aşırı güler yüzlü, sıcak, içten ve samimi. Gerçekten bayıldık ona. Böyle çalışanı olduğu için çok şanslı bir otel. 🤎 Otelin kahvaltısı, havuzu, temizliği gayet yeterliydi.

Puan kırılacak bir durum değil çünkü önlemesi zor biliyorum ama oda rutubet kokuyordu.

De la réservation à l'accueil, le personnel est attentif et soucieux de notre confort. l'hôtel est magnifique et bien placé. Notre chambre est agréablement agencée et bien décorée. Du cocktail au diner, c'est parfait. Les sont plats savoureux. Mention spéciale pour Widy et Dian qui ont été à notre écoute.

We loved the beautiful surroundings And the way the staff really listened To us eg.Can you please make our coffee hotter .The next coffee was just right.It's the little things that make a holiday awesome. All the staff were friendly and proficent..We had a great holiday and would stay again .

Blue Karma Dijiwa Seminyak was amazing! I cannot say enough good things. My suite/room was incredible. The private pool was so peaceful and perfect. The bathtub was so nice. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. The main pool was wonderful. It's a gorgeous oasis in the heart of Seminyak and an easy walk to shops, the beach, restaurants, and pharmacies.

Honestly, it couldn't have been better. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The hotel is nicely located in Seminyak a short walk to everything. The staff are very friendly.

The air con in my room was not the best and the bathroom doesn’t completely close off to the outside so I was concerned about mosquitos etc.

Fijne plek in het drukkere Seminyak. Je loopt via een leuke winkelstraat naar het strand waar veel leuke strand tentjes zitten. Het eten was fantastisch, de ontbijtjes helemaal geweldig en het personeel nog beter. Heerlijk relaxed zwembad en super fijne bedden. Kortom alles wat je wil om te verblijven.

Stayed here for our first few nights in Bali. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a standout for service. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection to eat. The room itself was beautiful, clean ammenities. The location of the accommodation was great, a very close walk to lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants and more. Was a 30min drive from the airport. We did get the airport service through the accommodation and was greeted by Ketut a very friendly driver. Would definitely recommend the stay

Will say the only down fall was the air conditioning wasn’t super strong but cold enough that it wasn’t uncomfortable.

The door to the bathroom was hard to close silently. The space for sunbathing around the swimming pool felt a bit cramped.. ( just go to beach)

It is centrally located, can walk to nearby places like Seminyak Beach. The suite was perfect for us with a decent amount of space in the bathroom. It is clean and staffs are very helpful and welcoming.

Big Thank you to every one of the staff that we met in Blue Karma during our stay! These people were incredible! Amazing place and outstanding hospitality! The food in their restaurant is hands down the best in Bali! Highly recommend to everyone looking for place in Seminyak!
