Отличные администраторы, которые помогают и заботятся на протяжении всего времени отдыха. Сама вилла чистая, бассейн чистый. Имеется всё необходимое, от полотенец у бассейна до бритвенного станка и расчёски. Тапочки, халаты - всё в наличии. Даже есть мазь от комаров(типо Москитола). По просьбе завтрак принесут в виллу в назначенное вами же время. Кровати комфортные, всё постельное идеально чистое. Уборка каждый день.

Хотелось чтобы в каждой комнате были фумигаторы.

It is quite far away from Ubud town but it was a very quiet location which made the stay relaxing.

The villa was spacious, private and looked beautiful, but unfortunately, the poor service and problems we experienced overshadowed the positives.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience Our stay at Flower Jungle Villa in Bali was completely ruined by the lack of basic facilities, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable conditions and the inadequate response from management. The shower only ran cold water. We reported the problem, but nobody came to fix it until three days later. When someone finally arrived, we were about to leave for the day, meaning we had to endure yet another day without a properly functioning shower. During our stay, both my partner and I became extremely unwell. I had a high temperature, felt very ill and could barely get out of bed. Having no hot water while we were sick made the situation even worse and completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable Bali holiday. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Even worse, there were ants on the bed. This was unpleasant, unhygienic and completely unacceptable for accommodation that guests are paying to stay in. There was also no daily housekeeping until we specifically asked for it. For a villa of this size and price, we expected basic housekeeping to be provided without having to chase anyone. Incredibly, there was not even an iron available in the villa. Another major disappointment was the advertised free airport taxi service. This offer was one of the reasons we chose and paid for the villa, but the transfer was never provided. When I tried to claim it, I was told to contact the booking agency myself, but no useful contact information or proper assistance was provided. Everyone seemed to pass the responsibility to someone else, and I ended up paying for the airport taxi out of my own pocket. In my opinion, advertising a free taxi service and then failing to provide it—or help the guest claim it—is extremely misleading. I feel that I did not receive everything that was promised when I made the booking.

The villa itself is okay and we received a warm welcome upon arrival.

Severe security risks and unprofessional management.Housekeeping & Security: We requested cleaning on days 1 and 3. The staff did not change our bed sheets; they just pulled them tight. More importantly, our iPad was stolen from the secure locker in the master bedroom on day 3 while we were exploring Ubud.CCTV & Tracking: The thief immediately turned off the iPad (Find My app shows no signal). We reviewed the CCTV with management, but the cameras are obscured by leaves, making it impossible to see the exact moment of theft.Unprofessional Management: We requested multiple conversations with the manager. He completely refused to take responsibility, stated he blindly trusts his staff, and offered no solutions or even a simple apology.Given the premium price we paid for 4 nights, the security and customer service are completely unacceptable. We are forced to return to the Netherlands without our iPad. Avoid this villa if you value your belongings.

Einfach ein Traum. Tolle Villa der untere Bereich ist komplett offen. Toller Pool. Tolles Frühstück welches man direkt um die gewünschte Uhrzeit gebracht bekommt. Auf Wunsch auch im Pool. Toller Service und sehr sehr nettes Personal. Das Restaurant dort ist auch sehr lecker und toll. Auch hier ganz toller Service. Toller bekommt man direkt in die Unterkunft gebracht auf Wunsch.

Es war Traumhaft, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit privatem Pool. Das Personal war nett, das Frühstück war gut.

De villa’s zijn prachtig en het personeel helpt overal bij. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk. Je bent in het drukke Ubud maar merkt daar niks van. Toch ben je met 15minuten in het centrum. Een aanrader !

Honestly a very quite peaceful stay, which we lover a lot. The villa was huge, well equipped, of course you will find ants and geckos, but this you will get if you book a *Jungle* Villa. We had nothing negative, the staff was super friendly, breakfast in the Villa was also a highlight. Big shoutout to the reception team, they made an amazing job with interacting of their guest. I stayed already almost 1 year of my life in Indonesia and this was on the top three accommodations. Terima Kasih Banyak Team

Security is so bad. İnside enter my bedroom gecko and I did be help security , he came my room but he did not help me . We did sleep this night sit balcony ,And he did bad look my wife in my room . We do not like his .

Everything was exceptionally good but only the geckos inside the bedroom was un acceptable and the couldn't do anything about it.

Geckos and mice and a lot of insects are everywhere.

We had really high expectations of this villa from the pictures. We were a little disappointed. I don’t know if it just our preference and with it basically being in the jungle. There were alot of ants and bugs, a large bug which looked like a cockroach in the bedroom which I asked twice to be removed as it was then covered in spiders. We didn’t mind all of the geckos as they helped with the ants. We didn’t cook as we didn’t feel comfortable using the facilities. The staff were great organising us a scooter and the breakfast was decent. We were ok our honeymoon and they did a lovely petal design on the floor for when we arrived. There isn’t much around this villa we often walked to the hotel down the road for dinner on a night. Grabs picked us up every time even though the roads are tight but it is abit of walk out to the main road. If you aren’t a fan of bugs and nature this place may not be for you.

The place was filthy. Crawling with ants, cockroaches, spiders...I know its the jungle but still. It looks goof for pictures but the novelty lasts a couple of days.

Pretty much everything. People will rave about the villa and give it exceptional but these people have very low standards and cant get out much. Look past the photo opportunity and you see filth and a place so poorly maintained. Its only been open 12 months so god knows how bad this place will look in 5 years.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Villa ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Säfte im Café waren sehr lecker.

Bei der Lage der Unterkunft muss man sich im klaren sein das in der Umgebung nicht wirklich viel ist, um etwas einzukaufen braucht man einen Roller, welcher aber bei der Rezeption gemietet werden kann. Das Wasser des Pools war für meine Verhältnisse leider zu kalt, da durch den Bewuchs der Pflanzen aber auch dem bewölktm Wetter welches wir hatten wenig Sonne zum aufheizen da war. Da wir zuvor schon einige Nächte in einer anderen Villa verbrachten waren wir etwas enttäuscht über die Auswahl des Frühstücks man konnte nur zwischen 4 verschiedenen Gerichten wählen alles andere mit Aufpreis.

The villa and its location are beautiful. The villa was clean, modern, and it has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The private pool is a huge bonus as you can really relax and enjoy the villa in private. The staff are very friendly and polite. They were extra accommodating and made me breakfast earlier than normal upon request without any hesitation. Everyone was super helpful, and I hope to return soon!

We loved every bit of our stay!

We stayed at this villa in Ubud for five days, and it truly felt like a magical, peaceful place. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring — always greeting us, asking about our day, and giving helpful tips. It honestly felt like coming home to family. They also helped us rent a bike, which made getting around very easy. The floating breakfast was amazing, and the view over the rice terraces was breathtaking. The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, and designed with great taste — and there were no insects, which shows how well the place is maintained. Some people mention the location is “far,” but honestly, that’s what makes it so special. It’s peaceful and away from the noise, yet still easy to reach the center of Ubud, especially if you rent a bike — the road is simple and convenient to drive. If you prefer taxis, it’s also easy to walk a short distance to a main road. This place is perfect for those who want calm and relaxation. If you’re looking for crowded, busy, tourist-heavy areas, then it might not be for you — but that’s exactly why we loved it.

Beautifully designed with luxury and comfort in mind with many amenities provided. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

It’s very private and quiet, you can only hear animals and insects which is very nice. Besides that the Villas are very fashionable and modern, makes you want to stay longer as planned.

Nothing really - The only thing that might be negative is that the property is in a village outside the city, so that there is not many options around, so you have to get a taxi.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The villa itself was nice and clean and has everything you might need (a safe, hairdryer, towels, etc etc), the kitchen was fully equipped. So you can just buy groceries and cook yourself at the villla. I loved my stay there!

When it's raining, the stairs get wet. It would be nice to have a hand soap in the kitchen downstairs.

Great property, staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful when needed. Little bit out the way but we rented a bike from the accommodation with ease to go out and explore.

Wirklich sehr liebes Personal. Wenn man was gebraucht hat, gab es immer sofort eine Antwort und das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war auch super und das Frühstück auch top. War ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft. Man musste immer durch einen Weg durchlaufen und wenn es geregnet hat war das Wasser sehr hoch, wir mussten barfuß durchlaufen. Aber wir empfehlen es für niemanden diesen Weg. Und wer Angst vor Hunden hat, sollte diesen Weg auch nicht nehmen, sie greifen nicht an aber bellen vielleicht mal, Es gibt noch einen anderen Weg wo Gojek auch hin müsste - der Weg nach dem Jungle Flower Café. Und es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn wir auf das Café aufmerksam gemacht wären weil man da auch Shisha bestellen kann und was vor Ort essen und trinken kann. Aber das schreiben wir nur auf um das Personal drauf aufmerksam zu machen. Also das kann man alles lösen wenn man es weiß - ansonsten wirklich top Aufenthalt !!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Fabulous rooms, very comfy beds, very clean, good amenities e.g. zip style water filter in villa, villa even nicer than expected! Nice quiet rice field area outside of the busy Ubud centre. The staff went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful. Food was also great!

It is a little difficult for cars to access the villa - roads are very narrow from both sides. This meant we had to walk about 600m to meet the gojek (uber) or taxi. Not a major issue personally just a mild inconvenience! It is a quiet area so there is not much within walking distance however the on-site restaurant was very good!

So good! Incredible villa with private pool. The team were super friendly - I was even presented with a birthday cake and rendition of Happy Birthday by the full team. Very special start to my Bali trip.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The location was very difficult to reach and far from the city, which made transportation inconvenient. To make matters worse, we were attacked by stray dogs around the property, which made us feel unsafe. We had booked the accommodation for two nights, but due to the poor conditions, we were forced to leave on the first day before 12:00 afternoon. The villa was infested with insects. There were insects in the bed, and even after cleaning, we could still see many of them. We woke up with numerous insect bites despite using insect repellent. There were also many ants on the table; if food was placed on it for just a few minutes, ants would immediately gather around it. The electrical outlets were old and required a three-pin adapter, which was not mentioned in advance. The swimming pool was very small and not as expected. In the evening, when it rained, we were in the living room and could not go upstairs to the bedroom because rainwater was pouring inside the villa through the staircase like a waterfall. This was extremely alarming and unacceptable. After leaving the villa, we became ill, which we believe was due to the poor hygiene and conditions.

Good breakfast but need more options. Great Location : a vehicle accessible route map must be provided via email, unable go through the road (very narrow) which google provides.

The villa was attractive. The pool was great and the bedrooms were comfortable.

We found that getting there needed signage for the drivers. Getting transport into Uber was extremely difficult. We were told that after sex it would be almost impossible. This may getting around hard and was the biggest letdown. Some signage clear with arrows for drivers with greatly improved this problem.

Some of the facilities didn’t work

The facility was gorgeous the rooms really make you feel like you’re in the jungle, but slightly urban. Bed was comfortable everything was very clean. Shower pressures were good. AC working well.

The only complaint that we had about the location was that it was far from everything else in the sense of not being in a common resort community other than that everything was super convenient

I had such a great stay at XO Canggu! The apartment was super cozy and beautifully designed, it instantly felt like home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also very strategic, close to cafes, and all the best spots in Canggu. It’s perfect for anyone who wants both comfort and convenience. Definitely a place I’d love to stay at again!
