Reviewed May 25, 2026I booked a room relying on photos here on booking expecting a nice view that will delight me for four nights. Instead when checking in I got a room with one window facing the wall and bedroom without one at all lol Receptionist though changed the room with which I was happy since it was important for me. Cleanliness could be definitely better. Otherwise, the area is super chill and quite, nice walk to the lake, comfy bed and room has everything for a longer stay.
Cleanliness should be better

Reviewed May 21, 2026Propre, bonne literie

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Lovely comfy bed! Slept very well, no noise was heard from outside or other rooms. Good location in Tay Ho as well. Friendly staff!
The shower had no hot water, they did try and fix it for us but it still only gave about 15 seconds of hot before turning cold. We booked the apartment so that we could make breakfast and lunch, but there was 1 bowl and very little else. Also no washing up liquid or sponge to clean up our dishes, and the cleaners didn't come in every day, which left us a bit stuck. We also had some work calls to take while we were staying, but the wifi is not strong enough for a video call. Even audio was hit and miss. The wifi is fine if you just want to scroll your phone etc
