It was perfect for what we needed as a family of 4. Very modern and clean with all the relevant amenities. Brilliant location. 5 minutes from the door of the apartment to the beach. Close to the marina and Quarteria. Importantly for us you could always get a sun lounger by the pool. Montoya looked after us with drinks and snacks. The team were great with good advice and support when needed. We’ll be back.

Lovely apartments with everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Location was good being close to the beach and the Marina. Pool bar was good and Mantoya the barman was great.

No toilets around the pool area. Additional facilities such as a gym, games room would be good.

Great location, lovely rooms which were modern and spacious. The overall layout was great with the pool and large balcony with a sea view. Thought from the reviews it couldn’t be that good but it really was. Highly recommend.

Late bar across the beach played music to 1am but sound proofing was decent.

部屋が綺麗で広く快適だった。目の前のビーチにも、アクセスが大変よく、2つの賑わうエリアが徒歩圏内でアクセスも非常によかった。レセプションは誰もがとても親切で、アーリーチェックインも、レイトチェックアウトも、臨機応変に対応してくださった。

レジデンスなので、簡単な日用品、食料品を買えるお店が敷地内またはすぐ近くにあってくれると尚良かった。 (ミニスーパーは、歩いて8分くらいのところにある)

Fantastic location midway between Quarteira and Vilamoura marina. Really spacious and well equipped apartment which feels brand new. Lovely pool and easy access to the beach. Read a lot of bad reviews about the Aqua beach club opposite but we had only good experiences of the cabanas and food and drink and service. The guys at the Dom Pedro reception were amazing, really friendly and helpful. I was a bit sceptical of the breakfasts at €15 per head but they too were really, really good.

It would be lovely to have had a pool bar but appreciate this is an apartment block rather than a hotel!

Plenty of space for our family of 8 adults. Property had every gadget you needed and spotlessly clean .

Apartments were immaculate and beautiful. Best apartments we have ever stayed in. Really easy to get a sun lounger. We loved it.

Pool was cold, but probably because we went in May. No drinks machine or snack machine. This would have been good as the bar was not open, so we had to keep walking to a shop. The washing machine smelt like sick. We reported it twice, but think there was maybe a mix-up as when we came back to the apartment the dishwasher was running through...We just hand-washed clothes in the end. The apartments were otherwise immaculate and very clean. The pillows were too puffy and unfortunately when we asked, there were no thinner ones available.

The property was very quiet especially around the pool area. The apartments were top class and brand new. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Great find in Vilamoura

Delivers on its promise in every way. This is a proper 5* experience in spacious, well appointed and fully equipped apartments. The proposition will be complete when the second block and the associated beach club are built. In the meantime, it is hard to fault.

Tip: find the concealed fire extinguisher in your room and leave it out for the duration of your stay. The architect did a fine job overall but hiding all the fire extinguishers cannot be considered a smart move. Fire blankets would also be a worthwhile addition.

This was the second time we were here. It is absolutely beautiful. Very clean everywhere you go. A bit expensive but well worth it. Will definitely be back.

The first time we were there, they had a small bar at the pool but didn’t have it this time. We enjoyed having a few cocktails which we missed this time. Had to go along to the Crowne Plaza for food & drinks.

A fifteen minute walk to the Marina or the old town, in the opposite direction, the facility is ideally located. The suite was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. Although we only stayed for 3 nights and ate out each evening, We could have easily cooked there. We visited early in the season but everything was available.

The property was very tidy and modern. Location was great and the staff were very helpful.

For a high spec apartment, to not even have washing up liquid or a dish washer tablet provided was poor. To expect guests to buy dish washer tablets for a couple night stay is poor. Iv stayed at so many self catering properties all over the world and many have the basics such as tea, salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc. This had shampoo and shower gel and that’s it. Considering the money you pay you’d expect the smaller things like this to be considered. I also paid for a sea view when booking. And was placed on the ground floor. You can JUST about see the sea view. This is very very poor. When booking you should be able to select how high or low you are. I booked thinking the apartment would be a lot higher with a better view. When asking at reception upon check In if another apartment was an available I was told no. The property itself isn’t finished off to a great standard either. Considering how much these cost to buy and rent they have definitely cut some corners! Shower doors not closing properly. Bedroom door not fitted correctly. All of which can be overlooked if it was a basic cheap holiday rental. But this isn’t. This is high end. Area was lovely. Staff were great. But I wouldn’t pay this money to stay here again. Definitely overpriced.

Truly felt like a luxury property. Amazing ocean view! New and modern furnishings and high end appliances in kitchen. Staff were friendly and very thorough. Walkable to the marina or Quarteira but far enough away from both areas to be peaceful. Pools are beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay in a beautiful apartment on the ground floor with great outside space and direct access to the swimming pool, the staff were top class, we will definitely be back, thank you 😀

Amazing apartment, very big and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Very big bathroom. Big balcony. Great location, very close to the ocean. Great personnel. Perfectly clean. Quiet, no car noise. Everything was perfect.

Bed too hard for us but it's a matter of preference :) we struggled with the bedclothes on the duvet as it was 2 sheets and it wasn't closed so it was often a mess. Apart from that it was perfect.

Location was good. Premises kept very clean. Safe place to stay. Check-in time of 4pm is ridiculous !

The worst thing about our trip was that we could not get into out apartment until 4pm. This was advertised but I had requested an earlier check-in time by email and also by telephone. I was not promised it and when we arrived at 11.30am after being travelling for hours we were very disappointed that we could not get to our apartment. There was no where to change into fresh clothes only to take our cases along by the pool to the sea end of the complex and change in toilets there....it was very bad for a 5star property. It immediately put a bad feeling for the rest of our stay. The guy who delt with us in reception was not rude but also not one bit helpful. This is the lasting memory of the premises and would stop me going there again unless I had a later flight. 4pm is too late to check-in for any accommodation !!

Appartement grand, très bien équipé, confortable. Nous étions en hiver donc n'avons pas profité des piscines mais les infrastructures ont l'air très bonnes. Commerces à proximité.

Das Gesamtpaket ist absolut stimmig. Ausgezeichnete Lage und Ausstattung. Die Wohnungen sind neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Damen vom Zimmerservice extrem nett und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt lediglich 2 kleine Dinge die noch geändert werden sollten. Leider fehlt eine Garderobe. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit die Jacken aufzuhängen. Beim TV wäre es super, wenn für deutsche Gäste noch ARD und ZDF programmiert werden könnten. Mit RTL ist leider nur ein deutschsprachiger Sender verfügbar.

The property overall was nice. The apartment had all the essentials.

We lost hot water twice during a three day stay and the engineers were called out and each time we had to wait over an hour for water. In the last day this happened just as we need to get ready and showered to head to the airport. We asked for another room to least shower and there was nothing that they could offer even though there was probably max 10 people staying there! There was a power cut so not only we couldn’t shower we had to lights and got ready in the dark! During the rainy days there is nothing indoors in these apartments so it’s pretty boring!

Absolutely everything. We usually stay at the Dom Pedro Marina but it is closed being renovated, so stayed here this time, and loved it. Was lovely to see some of the staff from the Marina here too. Always love being here at Dom Pedro. We had the breakfast pack a few days and was very pleasantly surprised how much gorgeous food was in them! And how they were delivered is so cute too. These apartments are so comfy and have everything you need and more. We cant wait to visit again!

No gym, no convenience store, no in-house cafe. TV station selection was poor. Advertised as we view and booked as so. Got ground floor and sea is far away.

Great in all ways. Staff very polite & helpful, apartment well appointed, some nice touches daily water, + arrival treats. Pools well maintained & nice to have the pool bar. 10-15 minute walk to the marine. Regular visitors to Vilamoura & would stay again.

The Dom Pedro Residences is a new hotel that opened in summer 2024. It is centrally located between Vilamoura (where the marina is located with lots of finer dining restaurants, but dinning can be very loud with a lot of drunk tourists) and Quarteira (an older quieter community with many shops and restaurants as well along the beach) The hotel itself is very modern, with two modern bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 walkouts to a very large and spacious balcony. There is also a full modern kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. A combination front-load washer dryer all in one unit can also be found in the kitchen. If you are grabbing groceries there are two Spar Markets within a 10 minute walk. For 20 Euros the hotel can also pick up food for you. The hotel is very clean and the staff keep it well maintained. They have yoga poolside three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am. Beds were quite firm and could be a bit uncomfortable after sleeping in one position for some time. We spent our time poolside as opposed to the beach as the water was quite cold in September. There are a lot of beach bars along the beautiful boardwalk but we enjoyed utilizing the poolside bar at the hotel and a big shoutout to Boris who was amazing and so friendly at the poolside bar. Overall staff did an amazing job and are very kind. Would highly recommend this hotel for the kind staff, aesthetically beautiful grounds, spacious and modern rooms and beautiful pool. You won’t

We had the best weekend staying here, could not fault these apartments. So clean and well equipped and the free breakfast hamper every morning was such a treat, stuffed full of lovely fresh food. Staff were super friendly and Boris really looked after us at the pool bar. Thank you, we’ll be back next year!
