El desayuno de baja calidad y escaso. La terraza y la piscina es lo único que está bien

Se podría mejorar todo, el hotel tiene una decoracion antigua de hace 40 años ,vieja y obsoleta La habitacion sucia y con manchas en las paredes y en el suelo. La atención del recepcionista Jose, fue muy mala, muy poco amable , despota y prepotente. Para no volver.

Not enough sun loungers for all the guests. Rooms on a higher floor with sea view are unavailable to book due to time share but this is not made clear during booking. Beds in room very hard.

I loved the breakfast and the staff in the hotel were faultless. So friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect Pool is great My 3rd time staying here.

No facilities for late check out like a shower room. But nothing else.

The location was spot-on, just a stones throw away from the Marina and the restaurants. A lovely sized swimming pool and plenty of dinners with its own sunshade!

Can’t say anything I didn’t really like.

Da localização, perto da praia e da Marina. Grande variedade de restaurantes. Da piscina. Da simpatia dos colaboradores!

Apesar de um grande estacionamento frente ao hotel, não haver estacionamento reservado para hóspedes. Ar condicionado ser geral e não no quarto, o que se tornou frio e pouco acolhedor.

Excelente apartamento, grande,com um terraço espectacular com vista para o mar. Pequeno almoço muito variado e delicioso. Os empregados muito atençiosos com os clientes. Tem uma piscina espectacular

Its location and the size of the Rooms

The breakfast wasn’t the best limited selection and not always replenished when it has run out. Fruit and nut choice was very limited if you wanted a healthy breakfast. We ate out a few times because of this Also our safe wasn’t working and we asked everyday for 5 days for someone to repair it and it never was. Our air on didn’t work either .

Ubicación magnífica muy cerca de la playa y de la Marina de Vilamoura. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacernos la estancia lo más agradable posible. Estupenda piscina.

Algunas instalaciones del hotel un poco anticuadas.

Great hotel, we stayed there for the past 3 years in a group of 20 to play golf. The staff were really good and helped me to cancel my double booked room. Great pool and bar and restaurant.

An upsetting incident happened in the lift with a female person , it left me shocked and upset, I was accosted and i was literally shaking when I informed the receptionist. I'm not sure I'll stay there again or even go back to Vilamoura, if I was en elderly gentleman or even worse a 14/15 year person, I don't want to think as to what might have happened !! It's a true same, I've been visiting Vilamoura for 40yrs , stayed in many different places and hotels, stayed at Dom Pedro Marina on many occasions, but NEVER again .

Everything was perfect

Great location close to the marina. We had a 2 bed apartment which had loads of space and 2 bathrooms so great for 6 people. We all slept comfortably. Breakfast was good with cooked options, pastries, fresh fruit. Staff were friendly.

Personally didn’t bother us but apartment was quite dated so some may prefer a more modern room.

Location was great and the staff very friendly. The hotel room as cleaned each morning with fresh towels provided. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice.

I would not stay again until the hotel is renovated. Broken tiles in elevator and 70s styled rooms. The pool is unheated and the restaurant and bar prices are extortionate. The hotel is catered for golf parties rather than families or solo travellers. And constantly offered drugs between the hotel and walk to the marina, 14 times in 3 days. Wider problem for Vilamoura rather than the hotel. Really ruined the holiday.

Location is exceptional! It's worth paying for a sea facing room and one on a higher floor. We chose the one bed apartment and the size and space is fabulous. Cute little 'bar' in the corner next to the kitchenette would be a great feature if you were staying longer term, in fact we would consider staying for a month or so when we retire. Breakfast is excellent by the way!

The hot water pressure is a little low, could be stronger and hotter. It takes a long time for any warm water to reach the sinks - kitchen and bathroom basin - and the shower was weak. I would prefer a conditioner to be provided alongside the shampoo/shower gel, just so that I don't have to bring my own but that's a very minor nit.

Nessa época do ano o ar condicionado não é utilizado, só o aquecedor. Para quem dorme só com ar condicionado fica complicado.

Pequeno almoço muito fraco para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, as instalações estão claramente a necessitar de intervenção. O quarto tinha um cheiro horrível. A piscina tem alguns dos azulejos mal aplicados, com uma espécie de cola branca, que não está a cumprir a função, podendo facilmente ferir os pés.

Pontos positivos: Casa de banho renovada, pequeno-almoço razoável. Localizaçâo e recepção excelentes.

Condutas de ar com filtros entupidos de tanta sujidade (a minha colega de quarto teve de tomar o seu tratamento para as alergias porque mal entrou em contacto com o quarto, fez uma crise de rinite alérgica), vidros das janelas muito manchados e estrutura das janelas bastante danificadas, dificeis de fechar, com isolamento ineficaz. Embora no geral a limpeza seja razoável, os equipamentos e as estruturas estão significativamente desgastados, bem como os elevadores. Os elevadores apresentam um aspecto desgastado e por momentos barullhentos quando em funcionamento.

Quality of the food was good & the fruit was especially good.

O Hotel precisa de Obras Urgentes esta muito desatualizado em relação atualidade.

Struttura datata con arredamento vecchio, biancheria da ospedale, frigo maleodorante come anche anche il corridoio all’uscita dell’ascensore. Avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione tenendo conto che esce come un 4 stelle.

Great and very very friendly lady upon check-in. Got a free map of the area and a free upgrade to an appartment which was just slightly dated but still nice and big. Location in Vilamoura is perfect. Value for money was good, but i did book in the low-season. Pool looked great.

The appartment had a bad, bad infestation of ants. I found out after finding them crawling into a bag of candies, that i had closed (but ofc not airtight as thats impossible with a bag of haribos) and they were crawling in there, which at first i didnt notice until i ate an ant… Maybe thats the reason why you have a kitchen, but no cutlery/glassware to have a drink or eat, because the ants will be in there within an hour, as this pic was made 30 minutes after having dinner to test it out with only very very small traces of leftovers to the “spoon” (And yes that was the only cutlery in the appt that was aomewhat useable for eating, no forks/spoons/glasses or anything available!) One bed was slightly sagged to one side, the other was fine. Shower did not get properly warm during the day (maybe other guests using it caused not enough hot water for me?) but it did get hot late in the evening after waiting 5 minutes or so. The firealarm went off, and it was so poorly hearable in my appartment that it did not wake me up! Yes i do always sleep with earplugs in hotels/appartments for obvious reasons, but in all other places (and i travel alot) i alwars hear the firealarm loud and clear, even with earplugs in. But i was having a nap in here, and it did not wake me up. Even when pulling out my earplugs, at first it wasnt too clear to me that it was the firealarm. Ofcourse immedeately went outside and all the other guests were already out there for a while clearly. Seems like a safety hazard. Upon checkout i wasnt even asked about my stay, just “whats your roomnumber” and “ok you paid in full, have a good day” was all thats been said. Overal a bit of a hit and miss on this one, but i didnt pay alot for a stay in Vilamoura compared to other places arounds so its a so-so for me. Might have just been unlucky. Probably would not return due to the above factors.

Pedro was very friendly. He even upgraded us to the 8th floor which was an apartment, for a nice Sea View. BF was very good too.
