Everything was very good at Hotel

I didnt like being overcharged by Booking.com The prices at hotel and their website were around 15% cheaper.

The room was nice and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the facilities - the swimming pool, and qawwali night and exploring the fort.

The food was okay but could have been better. The portions were huge but half plate options would have let us try more without wasting. The bar was a bit dead and could have been more interesting (or accessible, like near the pool)

Staying at a property like this is really like no other. You’re not at yet another contemporary hotel. It’s a confluence point of history, stunning Indian architecture and the emotion of an entire people. Mr. Aman Nath’s vision occupies every restored facade and revives the opulence and stories every wall held through centuries. How deliberate the intention is, permeates every decision on how the property is run, including choice of music. It’s a privilege to be able to experience an estate with so much heart. What made our stay most memorable is how the staffing team made us feel. Every single member was warm and courteous and paying great care to your comfort. Most are locals and a great Rajasthani pride colours their interactions - including answering our endless questions about Mathania mirch. Three people beg special mention. 1. Mr. Praveen Chauhan at the Front Desk - A most professional and competent gentleman who effectively curated our stay, to best enjoy the property - this included giving us the recipe to their welcome drink upon request, upgrading us to Dakshin Mahal which grants, unquestionably, the best view of the entire Fort from the patio, even customising our dinner with a cake to welcome us when he heard that one of was Malayali and on our first trip to Rajasthan. 2. Mr. Subhash Rao at Aatam Sukh - a gentleman who has been serving with Neemrana longer than my husband and I have been alive - 35 years! So full of humility and gentleness and insisted he personally fixes my first plate of Daal Bati Churma. 3. Mr. Suresh Kumar - who made our navigation around the property and transfer from Dakshin Mahal to Sahendra Mahal, seamless; constantly checking in to ensure we were okay.

The outside beauty is good and their activities are interesting. They help in transportation.

No room service. Rooms are far away from the restaurant and it involves lot of walking especially if travelling with kids. Krishna room is very inappropriate for families with young children as it involves climbing lot of chairs up and down and walking on uneven paths to reach either restaurants or pool or reception. There is a general lack of transparency in room allocation.

There’s no room service at all. Even for a bottle of water no service and one has to go to the restaurant . Very poor service n for this it it too over priced . I have stayed in castles n palaces in india many places n all have room service . I was shocked to experience this here .

インドらしく？過剰に手を加えていないので、遺跡の中にいる特別感が良かった。ティータイム、夕方のラジャスタンダンス、プール、ジム（ヨガは時間が合わず行けなかった）が、無料で楽しめた。有料のラクダカートも1000ルピー程度と安く、ホテルの駐車場から敷地の山道を下り、村中の階段井戸（無料）まで行き、少し見学して、また山道を登って戻るという、30分程のとてもゆったりしたいい時間が過ごせた。（階段井戸は、下るにつれてとても匂いがキツく、途中で階段が崩れて一番下までは行けないので注意！鳥？の糞も落ちてくる！）道中、野生の孔雀にも遭遇し、子供も喜んでいた。ホテル内のアイススタンドも、ホテルで作っているそうで、どれも濃厚で美味しかった！今回、メンバー全員が体力がありそうだからか？最上階のお部屋だったので、眺望はとても良く、どこへ行くにもとにかく歩くため、ツアーに入らなくてもあちこち探検できて楽しかった。（足腰に不安がある方にはつらいかも。）1階2階にそれぞれダブルベッドがあり、さらにソファーベッドが一つあった。昔ながらなのか？やたらと背の高いベッドで、椅子は逆にやたら低い椅子で、くつろぐには若干の難しさがあったが、1泊程度なら問題なし。テレビはないがwifiはある。シャワールームが2つあり、それぞれにタオルや洗面グッズなどのアメニティが揃っていて、石鹸がアーユルヴェーダの香りの良いもので嬉しかった。外へ出るとスタッフがスーッとあらわれ、行き先を教えてくれるので、困ることもなかった。

夕食についてだけ、もう少し改善があるとありがたい。サラダは、シナっとしているが、食べてもお腹は大丈夫だったので、衛生管理は良さそうだが、コンチネンタルとは書いてあっても、インド料理メインで、ハッカヌードルか辛くないチャパティぐらいしか、子供が食べられるものはなかった。大人にとっては、ラジャスターン料理が食べられたり、スパイスの効いているものばかりではあるが、どれも美味しく食べられた。特にラムが臭みが全くなく、また柔らかく、とっても美味しかった。子連れの場合は、夕方開催されているピザコーナーに先に連れて行ったほうが良かったかも？？（朝食は、マフィンやヨーグルト、焼きたてのワッフル、ドーサも楽しめ、子供も色々食べられたので、良かった。）

古いお城に泊まるのははじめてだったので、とても楽しかったです。階段が多くて、大変なので、今のうちに来れて良かったです。荷物を運んでくれた方が重いのに軽々と運んでくれて、尊敬します。

Beautiful place with lovely rooms, lots of history and great food. Very friendly and helpful staff, they offer a tour around the fort and everything is maintained very clean and tidy. There is also evening entertainment for guests available and additional activities.

Bathroom could be refurbished - shower head was leaking so it was inconvenient taking a shower. Swimming pool area could have more deck chairs and offer drink service.

Exceptional service. Housekeeping were brilliant getting our baggage to he rooms through the rain and again on leaving. Restaurant staff were attentive and gave us delicious vegan options The bar was very nice, great staff who were helpful with drink options. Pools were a welcome addition and well serviced. Complimentary yoga was very calming Rooms were clean, individual and the fort itself was just wow!

Excellent food and services. The Palace/fort itself is the attraction since it is huge and has many sections for discovery.

Location is fairly isolated from other things to do. Some people complain about the amount of stairs, but frankly should be expected in a XV century building. See this mostly as a place to relax and stay in the hotel

Food was very awesome Staff was also very humble and cooperative I forgot domething in my room after check out, and they helped me throughout and courier my belongings to my address

The restaurant is good.

There are so many monkeys everywhere. My wife was attacked by a monkey. She suffered fracture also due to it. They should do electric fencing to keep monkeys away. Same day another person was also attacked my monkey. The rooms are very poor quality with the cheapest possible furniture, flooring, bath fittings in the name of rustic. Looked like I was in a cheap oyo paying 10 times the money of an oyo.

The property is to difficult to stay. Lot of difficult stairs to reach your room or lunch or dinner halls. Not recommended for Elderly people at all.

El hotel se encuentra dentro de un fuerte construido en el año 1400, fue restaurado de manera maravillosa respetando el estilo de época y a la vez permitiendo ciertos cambios como la incorporación de una piscina moderna con excelente vista y el aire acondicionado en las áreas de los restaurantes y en las habitaciones. Recomiendo hospedarse, es precioso y es una oportunidad única en la vida quedarse en un sitio con tanto valor histórico.

La oferta de comida no picante es bastante limitada. Hay un restaurante que ofrece pizza, pasta y risotto pero abre únicamente por la tarde y noche, por lo que durante la mañana y el mediodía las opciones se limitan. No obstante, para una corta estadía no es algo tan problemático.

The only plus is the heritage site of the property .

The room which we got was not at all good . And did not met our expectations at all . It was not worth the money which I paid for the room .

Me Krishnan Kumar had been amazing host, he helped us in quick checkin and gave a room as per our requirement of east access to all ley areas, because we had a baby. Overall ambience was great, food was superb. And for babies they provide 24x7 food, milk etc..

Nothing as such , room size was small but can't complain as it was a heritage hotel.

A really pretty and relaxing place with lots of areas to explore, which made it feel like a proper getaway. The staff were lovely, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

The food was quite expensive, and only one restaurant was open, which limited options. There was also a lack of clear signage — we ended up walking straight past things like the ice cream parlour and high tea because they were hard to find.

Passer une nuit dans cet incroyable palace est une belle expérience. Déambuler à travers les innombrables couloirs, escaliers, terrasses un vrai bonheur pour les yeux (moins pour les jambes).

Nous espérions une après midi de repos autour de la piscine, avec pause glace à un étage, autre pause boisson â un autre, puis 2eme piscine… et tout était fermé ( sauf la première piscine). Le dîner buffet du soir est excellent, mais surtout pas d’autre alternative. Et les prix sont… élevés ( pour rester simple)

The view of the fort in the evening was an absolute beauty! The room was clean, aesthetically done and had all the facilities mentioned. Food was good. The place is huge and every corner had something nice to look at.

An excellent and beautiful restoration and renovation of a beautiful historic, heritage property. Amazing views from our very spacious and well appointed room. You get a lot of exercise walking to the restaurants, pool, etc. So if you have mobility issues check with the hotel before reserving a room, Beautiful forest views and the birds, especially the flocks of peacocks. A big shout out to the Neemrana group for saving and contributing to our heritage and culture. Thank you

Nit picking...Training: Staff training would improve interaction with guests, especially in restaurants. Crowded restaurant: very little space and privacy between tables. Signage Better and more signage to rooms and facilities as it's a huge property and easy to get lost! Dust. Better sweeping of stairs in our room and rooms, as some guests are allergic to dust.

It was very scenic and beautiful. They have live music and dance performances every night. Since it is a historic property, there are stairs to reach all places. Old people and people with disabilities might struggle. We had an amazing time.

It’s quirky nature and design. Afternoon tea was good, but had to locate.

As an older man, I found the many steps to get to anywhere a bit of a pain, though I appreciate it’s part of what makes the hotel great.

The ambience is unmatched. The live qawali at night was a such a vibe.

素晴らしい、歴史的な建造物での滞在。ホテルそのものを探索するのが楽しい。 食事も美味しく、丁寧なサービス（夕食）。 インド料理だけでなく、コンチネンタルも提供される十分な朝食。

シャワーの湯量が不足していたが、場所と建物を考えると仕方がない。 建物内が広いので迷子になってしまいそう。また階段が多いので、体力に自信の無い人は受付から近い部屋を予約すべきです。

Très bruyant, trop de monde, de la musique toute la nuit. J’ai payé le prix fort du dîner et du petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes alors que j’étais en chambre single.

Exceptionnel. Tout ! Les piscines, le personnel (Pankaj Kumar!), les bâtiments... Un rêve, cet endroit.
