I could not do the check in and the hotel took my money anyway. There was no human being but an automatich chat. They said my card was not working and they took the money but I could not find the way to check in.

It’s a self service check in and the hotel is in another hotel. Very inconvenient if you have lots of bags and small kids. The room setting is weird and it’s dusty.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025The location at Azure is great for business travelers like myself, as it offers quick access to both Damansara and Subang via LDP, and with Paradigm Mall connected to the building, I didn’t need to go far for food or supplies, the unit itself was clean, functional, and had a reliable internet connection which was perfect for Zoom calls.
The water pressure in the shower would occasionally drop, especially in the morning, possibly due to peak usage.

Kuzhina ishte e thjeshtë por funksionale, dhe nikoqiri madje la pak kafe dhe ushqime të vogla që ne e vlerësuam.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025This was a great unit for short getaway with tasteful minimalist decor, a very comfortable mattress and a kitchenette that had enough equipment for basic meals and we especially loved the rooftop garden and how peaceful the whole residence felt despite being on top of a busy mall. The location and value were unbeatable, especially with Kelana Jaya and Sunway Lagoon just a short drive away.

The host was very responsive when we asked for restaurant recommendations nearby. Close proximity to Kelana Jaya LRT, 1 Utama, and local food spots made this place a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers.
the parking entrance was a little confusing at first since it shares an entry with the mall’s carpark, and we had to circle around once before finding the right way in, but once parked, access was smooth with the resident lift.

Gedungnya juga punya fasilitas keren, kayak kolam renang besar, gym modern, dan bahkan taman bermain anak-anak, yg pas banget buat keluarga. Lokasinya juga oke, dekat sama tempat-tempat menarik kayak Sunway Pyramid dan 1 Utama.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Kami tinggal di sini sgt nyaman berkat unit modern yg luas dgn dapur lengkap, tempat tidur yg nyaman, WiFi yg kuat, dan pendingin udara yg berfungsi dgn baik bahkan di hari-hari panas. Fasilitas gedung seperti kolam renang, gym, area BBQ, taman bermain anak, dan keamanan 24 jam memberikan kami banyak pilihan utk bersantai dan merasa aman, sementara pusat perbelanjaan terdekat seperti Paradigm Mall dan The Curve membuat dining dan berbelanja sgt nyaman.
Satu-satunya ketidaknyamanan kecil adalah kadang-kadang harus menunggu lift saat jam sibuk, tetapi itu tak berdampak signifikan pd kunjungan kami.

The open living and dining area was perfect for relaxing after busy days. The building facilities were comprehensive. A well maintained infinity pool with panoramic views, fully equipped gym and 24/7 security made us feel safe and pampered. The location is excellent, just minutes away from 1 Utama Shopping Centre, The Curve and IKEA Damansara, making shopping and dining very convenient.

We spent our evenings at the rooftop pool, which offered a lovely view of PJ’s skyline. It wasn’t crowded, even on Saturday night. The gym downstairs was neat and adequate for our workouts and the rear entrance exit card system meant quick access in and out. Paradigm mall just around the corner with a few minutes walking distance, a lively mall with dining, a cineplex and a supermarket. It's ideal when you crave a bit of retail therapy or dinner plans
Only gripe was the WiFi turned a bit slow during evening hours

Reviewed Apr 24, 2025I like the chilling vibes here. Especially with its facilities. Convenient transport, free shuttle to the lrt station. Host was nice to answer question everytime.
One of the light was flashing at the middle of night. Host fixed it another day.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2025About 15 minutes away from sunway pyramid without jam. Location wise it was great. We like the lake park next to it where we could jogging there at the morning. The environment was kind of chilled. About 5 minutes walking away which was closed. Paradigm mall was downstairs and we could easily get our groceries.
No late check out after 11am.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2024We had a good time here with group of local friends. Easy to access to kelana jaya station. We got a shuttle from the airport direct. Mall was convenient with movies and local foods. I would say the great one in central pj.
Mall was crowded during holidays which was understandable. One of the light was not fixed and it was deem. Owner fixed it the next day at the night time when we came back.

All good. The parking is located at next building so we walked some distance.. It is best if just underground with lift..
